14 Chapter 14

"And you're saying weirder things have happened?" I asked Stoner while recalling the kiss between Caspian and Drusilla.

So it had turned out things were more complicated than I thought. I thought I was maybe in a bizarre version of gossip girl at this point. Teenage drama had never been where I thrived mentally at, I still could not understand the relationship between Caspian, Sin, and Drusilla. Was it a weirder scenario of 365 days?

I didn't know what about it but I was curious about their relationship. I wouldn't say I was much of a gossip, but I really wanted to know the situation behind the trio. Did they really have a three-way complication with Drusilla?

Ridiculous, what kind of strange relationship would that be? I shook my head internally from thinking they shared a kind of poly-relationship. Probably it was something like The Twilight? No, no, the drama and intensity seemed deeper than that.

"You'd be surprised how much weirder their relationship is, they've been going at this date this brother this year and then the other the next year adventure for a while now," Stoner replied, taking a sip from her water bottle, while keeping her eyes straight at the girls at the dodgeball court.

We were currently having sports, precisely at dodgeball. While Stoner for the first time ever was in uniform— Dark blue knee-shorts and a dark blue polo, 'Nether Mount High' imprinted on the side with white, I on the other hand was just wearing basic wear since I hadn't gotten my uniform yet.

While lightly pinching on my fingers with my teeth I thought about Stoner's words. I had considered it, that Drusilla had 'shared' the Crescent brother, that she had had a relationship with each brother, thinking about it it was not really surprising, the brothers looked like real fuckbo— Wait….. This…. Why did this begin to look like an issue for me?

I tightened my stomach upon discovering that just now my chest had felt heavy. I sighed out loud, I was overthinking again. It wasn't like Drusilla and the Brothers' relationship concerned me... Even though it did seem very interesting.

"They don't look like they've ever been a couple," I said, betraying my will to mind my business.

Stoner scoffed, and gave me a look filled with pity. "My sweet innocent KiKi, it looks like you've never had an ex before."

Her hand reached out and grabbed the skin of my cheek, pulling at it while she cooed with her lips into a pout. I scrunched the bridge of my nose, and frowned at her action, before slapping the hand on my cheek after a tsk from me.

"Ow," She muttered, pouting some more while breathing air into her hand as if I'd stab a knife through it. "Meanie." She added.

I rolled my eyes at her.

"Anyways they've always been like, even when they were actually in a relationship, trying to kill each other and shit….. Also I don't really think Drusilla and Caspian were really in a relationship," She paused for a moment, looking into the air. "They just fucked I guess."

The heaviness in my chest increased by the slightest. Ignoring the weird actions of my chest I scratched my lower wrist which itched.

... I was wrong before, it was that Drusilla and the Crescent brothers' relationship was more messed up than I had thought, honestly it just seemed juicier to gossip about, to lend my ears and learn more about like an idle person... Which was strange since I was never a gossip, shit I barely even talked to others besides my Family.

Strange.

"You over there!" A voice attracted my attention, causing me to raise my downcast eyes.

Over on the court was a short man. He was fairly muscular with a deep tan, black eyes and his black hair was shaved a buzz cut. He was wearing an orange short sleeve top and knee short dark blue shorts with a whistle on his neck.

I knew I couldn't hide it, I knew my outer reaction somehow betrayed me because when I saw what he was wearing I cringed far too hard. My eyes did their best to stray from his hair filled thick thighs that seemed to be suffering from the tightness of the dark blue shorts, then what about the mortifying bright orange he matched with his dark blue.

I wasn't sure who or rather what I was looking at but it made me uncomfortable on an absurd level seeing as how I was shuddering from the view yet my eyes for some reason couldn't just stop looking at it.

"You! Girl!" He shouted in what sounded like one of the most prickly and obnoxious voices that compelled you to just want to suckerpunch him.

I….. "Me?" Was the only thing I could force out after his call.

He placed both of his hands on his waist. "Yes, you newcomer, come down here," He said.

I blinked comically at him for a moment before forcing myself to stand. I stole a glance at Stoner who looked concerned in an awkward way for a moment there. I ignored it and continued walking towards the man dressed as a coach.

"Yes sir," I said to him.

I heard him scoff. "So the witch knows how to be respectful?" The 'coach' responded.

"....."

You should be lucky I managed to say yes sir rather than what the hell are you doing with your life dressed up as Principal Bradford? I nearly voiced out but managed to quickly swallow.

Everyone was surely staring even though I was looking at his chest rather than anywhere else although I could easily look at his eyes without needing to even bother my neck.

"I am coach Teller, you've probably heard of me," He said with a hint of…. Pride.

No, I had really never heard of him since I arrived here.

"I am a human teacher by the way," The coach continued.

I wasn't aware there were other species of teachers. I almost sighed, why was I so slow at piecing things together? Of course a school with Witches and Werewolves for students would have Witches or Werewolves for teachers.

Scratching my wrist again while I was contemplating things I was knocked off my thoughts by the slam of something hard on my face. My head bounced back a little at the impact with the thing.

"Oof," I groaned, registering that I was just now hit with a ball.

I looked at the coach with incredulous eyes knowing he was the one who had thrown the ball at me. He blew his whistle and then pointed to my seat.

"You're out witch, too slow," He said after dropping the whistle. "Next time listen during my class rather than chittering like a little rodent with a coke-head buddy."

This raging dick….. Was what would have come out had it not been for me still feeling the impact of having the ball hit my forehead. I think I didn't properly hold back the small scoff in my throat as I sauntered back to my seat.

Stoner who was watching gave me sorry eyes when I reached back at my seat. "Damn, KiKi, I'm so sorry, Teller is a hard prick," Stoner consoled. "He always does this shit to students without a backing."

I clearly understood what Stoner meant. Clubs. He did this to students without Clubs.

I just waved her off, when I heard her say, "Ki…Ki," I turned back to her. "Your face…." I arched an eyebrow. "You're bleeding."

I frowned. Reaching to my face with searching fingers, then bringing them back to my eyesight, what rested on my fingers was red liquid.

I reached towards my face again, this time my nose, while the other fingers scratched my itching wrist.

Blood. It was really blood.
