The video was just a part of the news.

I couldn't believe what I just heard.

Mr. Brown: As you stated 5 minutes ago, currently around 7,5% of the world's population has received "orbs". And we expect this number to continue growing in the future. Number 1 in the world is France with 16%. And the last one is Brazil, with 0,01%. We saw all kinds of different abilities. And based on our secret views, we saw that there is a difference in the strength and power of all of the special abilities. There were a lot of people with for example "Fire" ability. But some of those "Fire" abilities were with the power of a simple lighter and others were with the power of a flamethrower or even a big bomb. We assume that it depends on the desire of the person using it. We're currently experimenting with whether a person can become more powerful. Hypothetically, it is possible to say "Yes" but we need more time. It's currently May. We expect between 0,5% and 3,5% increase in the number of "chosen" people daily. But this number will most like become smaller and smaller with every single day. As I said, we expect new "enemies" of humanity to appear sooner or later. We ranked all of the special abilities: the weakest are "F-rank" and the strongest are "S-rank". We'll continue experimenting. But for now, whoever is not "chosen" until the 1st of September this year with at least an "A-rank" ability and in rare cases "B-rank" ability, will need to be executed. Of course, not every single person at once. People with more money, who have helped the world economy grow will have an extra month or two months before being executed. We're taking this very hard decision because if enemies really appear, we'll need to grand our saviors and heroes with more food to eat and more drinks to drink. We'll need to grant them with whatever we can, saying "Thank you for everything that you do to save us". We'll experiment on whether it's possible for a "non-chosen" to become "chosen" but even if it's possible, I doubt that normal people will be able to afford such a thing. I'll gladly inform you if I know anything new in the future.

Reporter: Are you telling us that you'll kill us?

Mr. Brown: Only if you cannot help the world in the future.

Reporter: Are you sure that there will be any monsters?

Mr. Brown: No, but what will happen if they come in 5 years for example? The world will not be ready.

Reporter: What about all the people who were "chosen" but with a weaker ability?

The following night I had strange dreams again...….
