6 Behind the Scenes

I am not a good student.

I am probably not a good son either.

I don't have any talents too.

I tried so many different things.

I'm not good at singing and I draw really bad.

I tried football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, running, gymnastics.

I went to the gym for a couple of months too.

I tried playing chess – the worst choice in my life probably.

Well, nothing worked.

I'm just going to school now and hope that things will get better.

After the 'incident' I couldn't sleep really well.

I had strange dreams – a lot of "orbs" with a black background behind them. Then, they start turning black, with a glowing purple fog around them. Then, some rich men were in a room filled with orbs. Then one specific man, called 'Mr. Purple'. He was saying something but I wasn't able to hear it. The more I dreamed, it felt like I'm actually the eyes of one of those rich men. Then, 'Mr. Purple' filling some contracts and documents. He was happy. Then, the room with the "orbs" again. 'Mr. Purple' took one of the "orbs". He was looking into it for a long time. Then he became angry. He broke it. Yellow light started floating in the air. Then the scene changed. He was signing contracts and documents again. But this time, he was angry. Then he looked at the person from which eyes I was watching. He saw me. The scene started getting smaller. Or perhaps, I was going back, returning. The last thing that I saw was the scene getting red.

"Did he murder the person because of me?"

I woke up.

I was sweating. Water flowed from my face like a fountain.

"Is he the one behind the "orbs"?"

"What does he want to accomplish?"

"Why did he break this one specific "orb"? Was there something that I didn't see?"

Then, I thought:

"Of course there will be more. Who will give people money and magical abilities for free? Or perhaps, who will allow it. Maybe those "orbs" are falling from the sky for people to use them but someone takes them away?"

Whatever it was I thought of a couple of different possibilities.

Suddenly, my mother walked into the room really worried and showed me the news - they terrified me too...….
