32 Chapter 32: The Mark of Family.
Aster walked up to the monster before it could start singing. The clear skies above were overcast with dark clouds and the temperature started falling. The swirling clouds started snowing and wherever the snowflakes fell, it started freezing.
The onlookers were relieved that they were outside the radius of the cloud. Aster kept walking while the wooden demon had completely frozen solid, he placed his hand on the frozen demon and the ice coating the demon shot pikes through its body to extend out from the other side.
The tips of the spikes were dripping a black liquid that was being collected and sealed in ice spheres. The viscous liquid was the liquified essence of the demon's magic, Aster collected the spheres with a wave of his hand, and with another, the ice broke into dust along with the monster inside.
The snow clouds faded and Aster returned with a smile on his face to see the shocked looks that the others were giving him other than Madoka, who was not pleased with Aster breaking her toy. But she realized that the demon was weak and was not worth playing with.
"My name is Aster Frost, nice to meet you all. Hope we have a pleasant time together."Aster smiled as he introduced himself before the Guild Masters.
"Aster, have you joined a guild?" Master Bob asked with hearts in his eyes.
"Not yet, but I am spoken for I fear. Erza has already invited us to join Fairy Tail and we accepted, now the only thing that is left is to get the Master's approval." Aster replied with a smile shocking even Makarov.
The Guild Masters have felt Aster's power and they were unanimous on the thought that this was not even a fraction of his true power, which has definitely reached the Wizard-Saint-level, even the God of Ishgar was a valid possibility.
For such a character to join a guild will make it stronger than ever, and looking at Madoka who was standing there they knew that she was an S-class mage as well if not higher. The others were jealous while Makarov had a bittersweet feeling, he knew that the guild would now be stronger than ever but the amount of destruction they can cause would make sure that he loses his remaining hair as well.
The Rune Knights who saw this happen from afar did not know what to do anymore and thus they did the thing they were best at, they turned tail and ran away to make a report to their higher-ups. Aster who had seen them chuckled at the thought of having a frog come and arrest Erza.
The Meeting Hall was not destroyed but it was frozen solid, which Aster thawed and restored it back to how it was. He even gave it a nice decorative look with a shroud of ice over its roofs and eaves. [See Arendale castle at the ending of Frozen part 1]
"Much better right?" Aster smirked.

Back at Fairy Tail:
"So, you brats are travelers and you want to join the guild?" Master Makarov asked.
"Yes, please take care of us." All four of them bowed.
"Alright, good to have you onboard, for Aster, you are qualified to take S-class quests and for you three, you will have to join this year's S class promotion test. Now, get yourselves marked, always remember that the crest that you bear is not a mere ornament, it is a standing testament to the bonds we all share as Fairy Tail mages, it's the mark of family." Makarov smiled while the others cheered.
"Alright, y'all, we drink tonight, for we have new members joining us, welcome them well!" the master shouted, getting another round of wild cheering.
"Where do you want to get the marks, and the colors can also be chosen." squealed the excited Mira.
"Ice blue, on the left chest." Aster.
"Yellow, on the right shoulder." Koro Sensei.
"Scarlet, on the left shoulder." Madoka.
"Black, on the right shoulder." Tatsuya.
The four of them got their guild marks and now only a single objective remained. The objective was willingly left unfinished to make sure that they don't get sent back without warning. Koro Sensei and Tatsuya had made much headway in their respective chosen fields of magic.
Koro Sensei studied and could now even use the Light Magic on a rudimentary level, while Tatsuya read up and experimented on Guns Magic. He even managed to tweak his CADs to be able to use magic effectively, the AI chip was doing wonders for him, processing and calculating information was easier than ever.
But only one single experiment was left, the skill regrowth that caused him to read and feel the target's condition in its entirety before returning it to how it previously was. This process included the feeling of all the emotions the target felt in a compressed duration with amplified effects.
Now that his emotions have returned, he was unsure of how it would affect him, one conjecture was that the chip will take the sensory load and filter the sensations to leave behind only the information for him to read.
And the other conjecture, well on the pessimistic side, was that now that he was able to feel again, the pain caused by the sensory overload will send him into relapse and he would collapse during the process, which would effectively make him a vegetative<brain-dead> person.
So, this was a huge risk, that could go both ways and he needed to experiment on it. But the matter was not hopeless, he could check how it goes without any sensory overload if he tries it on Koro Sensei. With his limiter no longer binding him, he could use the imagine-regrowth, quite possibly fixing Koro Sensei in the process. But, if it failed, his brain and life were forfeited.
he started with smaller animals with minor wounds to fatal wounds on medium-sized creatures. With the constant accumulation of data, he was now sure that the sensory overload will be handled by the AI chip.
Now he was sure that he could fix Koro Sensei, listening to the man's story was really pitiful, Koro Sensei deserves all good things in life despite his previous background since Tatsuya was an existence quite similar to him, both of them shared their own stories and could relate to each other.
The only problem was that Koro Sensei would lose the powers he gained from the experiments and anti-matter. They informed about this to Aster since he was the one who could freely check the Shop Menu, they asked him to look for Koro Sensei's anti-matter regeneration and body enhancement.
Aster gave them the picture of the Light-Light Fruit that Borsalino ate in One Piece, it was priced at 10,000 points, and told them that light magic can give them the same properties as the fruit once they reach a higher level.
This made Koro Sensei grind his Light Magic Mastery from the beginner to the intermediate level. He could move at 2/3rds of his top speed now only by being at the intermediate level. But he was still hesitant to remove the powers brought to him by the anti-matter.
They decided to put it off for a while and Aster gave Erza a smartphone with an invite to join the group.
[Titania has joined the chat.]
Titania: "Hello everyone, my name is Erza Scarlet. I have heard a bit about you all from Madoka and Aster, hope we get along in the future."
Amelia: "Welcome!"
Kazuma: "Did they really join Fairy Tail?"
Aster: "Yes, we did."
[Aster sent a photo.] <Aster sent a photo of them showing their guild marks.>
Fury: "@Erza, does your world have dragons bigger than Wyverns?"
[Aster sent the Fairy Tail Manga.]
Madoka: "We will bring Acnologia if we can find that guy. Read it to know who he is..."
Queen of Nightmares: "Hey, where is Erza's welcome present? @Aster, look into it please."
Aster: "The Shop Menu is loading her present as well as our rewards for completing the quest, so they will come in together after we return back to our worlds."
[Quest Objectives Fulfilled. Members will be sent back to their worlds at 0:00:29.]
[Extracting rewards...]
"Tatsuya, fix Koro Sensei, right now, just do it!!!!" Aster shouted.
Tatsuya chose to trust Aster and did as he asked and a bright light encapsulated Koro-Sensei. The timer was running and it was a race against time, for none of them knew what would happen if Koro Sensei returned while the process of regrowth was still working.
[0:00:22.] The light was removing the properties of the anti-matter from his being.
[0:00:14.] The body was decomposing.
[0:00:08.] The body started materializing again.
[0:00:05.] The process was coming to an end.
[0:00:02.] The process was completed and Koro Sensei had his original body back and in prime condition.
[0:00:00] Pillars of light took them away.
