8 Juan

Hellion's parents left the house right after the transactions were given to them and Hellion was left alone with Suga. She felt uncomfortable cause she started to feel bad for what she did to him years ago. Hellion felt weird because she had never regretted anything in life but now she did. However, it wasn't enough for her to go up to him and apologize.

"Ready?" He asked from behind.

Hellion nodded and they headed to work. They went to the vineyard and began to pick grapes separately. She actually began to talk to the workers around her and smile more.

Juan came over and said "Wow! You are picking grapes faster than us!"

Hellion gave him a side smile as she was proud of herself but he was kind of exaggerating.

"Mhm." She nodded.

"I'm serious!" He said with a big smile across his face. Hellion looked past him and saw Suga talking to Megan.

Juan looked back and said "I wonder what's going on?"

"Why?" Hellion asked confused.

Suga came over to them and said "I have to leave."

"What?!" Hellion got scared.

Juan said "Oh, that sucks."

Suga looked at Hellion. "I have a last minute meeting in New Zealand and I have to go now. I'll go ahead and leave the house keys in my office for you. I'm not sure when I'll be back."

He then looked at Juan "Could you take her home for me, please. I'll pay-"

"I'll pay him. Thank you." Hellion interrupted him.

Suga said "I'll pay."

Juan said "Ok, I'll accept both payments if you guys insist."

We looked at him and he began to laugh.

Megan came to us and said "I'm ready to go."

Hellion couldn't help but look surprised.

Hellion then said "Safe trip!" She walked to a different place to pick grapes.

Suga sighed and left with Megan.

Juan asked jokingly "So, who'll pay me?"

Hellion left with Juan afterwards and he invited her over for food. She rejected the offer because she was very tired. When she got to the organic house she took a shower and made food for herself. Hellion sat down in the loneliness and darkness. She recalled when she would see Suga eat alone in the cafeteria sometimes. She turned on the tv and saw nothing but bad news. Hellion took the opportunity to look around the house without feeling pressure. As, she got closer to the picture of Suga when he was younger she jumped a little because her phone rang.

"Hello?" She answered in a scared tone.

"Is everything ok?" Suga asked on the other end.

"Yes! Why are you calling me?" She asked confused.

Suga chuckled and said "I just wanted to make sure Juan didn't take you somewhere else."

Hellion said smiling "He wanted too." Then added a small laugh afterwards.

"What? Where? Did you accept?" He asked so many questions that made her shocked.

"Um...no." She replied.

Suga said "Good."

"What?" Hellion asked confused.

He cleared his throat "I think you should stay in because you worked very hard today."

She could hear Megan in the background asking "What should we order for food? There's to many options! Ugh! Why?!"

Hellion hanged up and Suga called back. She put it in silent and ignored him.

"Spending the time of his life and what about me?! Nothing! Ugh! I hate him." Hellion slouched on the couch very upset.

"Hellion answer my call. I see you."

Hellion freaked out and said "Suga? What the hell? Where are you?"

Suga said "Answer me."

Hellion picked up the call. "Are you spying on me?!" She asked looking around.

Suga laughed and said "I have installed cameras in my house in case someone wants to steal something. I can see and hear you or anyone. Whenever, I get on the app."

Hellion didn't say anything as she couldn't believe he's been spying on her this whole entire time.

"Is there a camera in my room?" She asked.

"Theres none in the bathroom." He answered.

"I change in the bedroom!" She yelled.

Suga asked "Why not change in the bathroom like normal people?"

Hellion flicked off her screen and Suga said "Hey! I see you!"

Hellion yelled "Well, don't! Goodnight!"

She hanged up and went up to her room.

Two days past and he didn't call again. He called Juan to see how things were but didn't ask about Hellion. Which upset her very much for an unknown reason.

"Do you miss him?" Juan asked as he drove her back home.

"What?" She chuckled and then said "No, of course not. I'm happy to be alone."

"Oh, really?" He asked teasingly.

"Yeah." She said with a smile.

Juan said "Prove it!"

She looked at him confused and asked "How?"

He chuckled and said "I live with my family in a very small house. Why don't you come over to eat with us? You must miss eating as a family."

"Wow. That was very smooth and impressive. Alright, I'll go because I do miss my family." Hellion answered surprisingly.

"Really?!" Juan answered. "Ok!" He added before she changed her weird mind.

It was more of a poor neighborhood and he said "Sorry, but I'm poor. The people are very welcoming though. Well, on this side."

Hellion smiled and said "Don't worry. I'm not leaving back."

Juan laughed and said "Ok, we're here."

He wasn't lying when he said it was a small house. His mother was cooking outside and there was tables outside like it was a party.

"Hello, honey. New friend or is she your girlfriend?" Her mother asked him.

Juan said "Mom! She's my boss's girlfriend."

Hellion, looked at him crazy and then brushed it off. She remembered how she did that to Suga too. Hellion took a seat next to Juan and she felt like family. They all shared there experiences in their jobs or told different stories. He had a big family but small house. She thought how they all fit inside and kind of worried about them. It didn't seem to worry them as she could see there smiles towards eachother. It became dark outside and Juan asked "Want to leave or stay a little longer?"

His whole family turned to look at her to see what she would say. "I would love to stay but we have to work early tomorrow." Hellion said in a very kind smile.

His mother said "Whenever, you like to come back you can. Invite Mr. Min too. He's always so busy working."

Hellion gazed at Juan before agreeing. When they got in the car she waved goodbye to them.

"Are you crazy?" She asked.

Juan said "No, I'm not. If, I hadn't have done that my mother would have been all over your arm begging you to date me. We don't want that, right?"

Hellion teasingly said "Oh, I don't know."

His jaw dropped and almost crashed.

"YOU TRYING TO KILL ME OR WHAT?" Hellion shouted.

Juan laughed and said "No, but I think you are."

They both laughed and he said "I'm really liking this new Hellion. I can see you're changing for the better."

"Am I?" She asked confused.

Juan nodded and said "You'll end up somewhere good."

Hellion shyly smiled and glanced away. She got home and thanked him for the ride. Hellion went to the alarm system to turn off the alarm but it was already off. Her heart began to beat very fast and wondered if someone broke in. She felt someone behind her and quickly turned around.

She screamed and said "Oh my gosh! You scared me! I thought someone broke in." She held her chest and breathe very rapidly.

Suga said "I thought you got kidnapped."

Hellion said "Sorry, you didn't tell me you were coming."

"I thought you wanted me to leave you alone?" He asked turning on the lights.

Hellion said "I'm going to shower and go to bed. I'm tired."

Suga said "I made food for us."

Hellion gazed towards the kitchen table. "Ah, sorry. I already ate." She said blushing.

"Where? You didn't even eat here." He asked.

"Can we talk after I shower? I stink and don't feel comfortable." She said.

He nodded and she went to go take a quick shower. When she came back downstairs he was eating alone in the dining table. She felt bad and saw her food.

"I'll join you even though I'm stuffed." She said taking a seat.

He gave her a warm smile and said "You don't have too."

Hellion said "I want too. You must of took awhile to make this."

"I did but I don't mind." He replied.

She nodded and began to eat a little.

"How was your trip?" She asked trying not to blush.

Suga said very excitingly, "Amazing!"

She looked at how happy he was and it must of been because of Megan.

"Really?" She asked before drinking out of her water.

He nodded and said "Yeah, Megan just made everything so much better."

Hellion stomach twisted at his words and stopped eating.

"You don't have to eat if your full." He said looking at her face expression.

Hellion nodded and stopped eating.

He kept eating and said "We're expanding so quickly. I bought some land in New Zealand and bought a Winery from someone in France."

"Oh, wow! That's amazing." Hellion cheered for him very happily.

"I know!" He said very thrilled.

He couldn't stop smiling and it seemed like he didn't know how either.

"I'm glad you had much success out there. I hope you keep expanding." Hellion said before getting up as she saw him finish up.

Suga asked "So, where were you? You came home very late."

Hellion looked back at him as he walked towards her.

"I accepted Juan's offer today." She said with a warm smile.

Suga looked very shocked and said "Wow. I didn't think you would go."

Hellion nodded and said "He convinced me of going."

"You had fun?" He asked with curiosity.

Hellion nodded and said "Actually, I wanted to stay longer but we're going to work tomorrow."

"Wow, a lot has changed. Since, I left." He said scratching the back of his neck.

Hellion said "Yeah and for the better."

Suga asked "You and Juan are just friends, right?"

Hellion suggested "Just like you and Megan, right?"

Suga said "Actually, we're dating now."

Hellion looked sick afterwards.

"Are you ok?" Suga asked patting Hellion's back.

"I think I ate to much." Hellion looked away.

She began to walk away.

"Laying down is not a good idea." He said.

She continued to walk towards her room and shut the door. She went to the bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror.

"I can't believe he's dating her." She whispered kind of upset.

She stayed up hoping she would feel better as the time went by but it didn't.
