Are you a flirt?
Mu Yuehan again looked at Nian Tian and then at his surrounding, trying to comprehend what was happening around him.
"You cannot touch her, not until I am here protecting here." Nian Tian said in a strong voice and glared at a man, a few inches taller than her.
"And who will stop me? You, a little and weak girl?" the man mocked and glared at Nian Tian.
Anger filled in the veins of Mu Yuehan when he heard someone calling his first kiss a weak and little girl. He looked around at the crowd which was watching the scene, no one was ready to come out and help.
'Cowards.' He muttered under his breath and made his way toward the centre. He saw the other man raising his hand, to slap Nian Tian.
His heart skipped a beat and at a lightning speed, he was standing in front of Nian Tian, holding the hand of the man who thought about hitting his First kiss.
Mu Yuehan turned his face slightly and looked at Nian Tian. A boyish smile appeared on his lips.
'First kiss, nice to meet you again.'
"Shame on you man. Haven't your mother taught you to not raise your hand on a girl?" Mu Yuehan looked at the man opposite him.
From his appearance, he looked to be a man belonging to a normal middle-class family. He had a poor appearance and was also a head shorter than him.
"You, who are you? Leave my hand right now…. otherwise." the man warned and looked at Mu Yuehan with narrowed eyes. He then looked at the girl hiding behind Nian Tian. "Aline, we can talk. Do not hide behind a stranger. Come out right now."
"I don't want to talk with you. You are a cheater, a liar." The girl named Aline said.
"Aline, I am warning…" before the man could complete, Mu Yuehan twisted his wrist. A painful cry left from the lips of the man.
"Didn't you hear, that the girl is not ready to talk with you?" Mu Yuehan gritted his teeth and kicked on his back, throwing him to the floor.
The man was a weak chicken. He knew he could not fight against Mu Yuehan. So, without wasting any second, he ran away, but not before glaring at Aline.
"Are you alright?" Nian Tian asked in perfect English, to the girl hiding behind her.
"I am all right sister. Thank you for your help." The girl replied in French. She was not very good at English. Thou, she could understand what another person had spoken to her.
Nian Tian frowned, not understanding the language. Nian Tian was an expert in many languages like Chinese, Japanese, Italian, and English but she was not good at French.
"She is thanking you." Mu Yuehan translated for the girl when he saw a big frown on the face of Nian Tian.
"Thanks to you too, brother." Aline smiled and blushed when she saw Mu Yuehan. In her eyes, he looked no less than some model from Hollywood movies.
"How will you return to your city?" Nian Tian looked at the girl with concern.
"I have called my daddy. He is already on his way." Aline again replied in her mother tongue.
Nian Tian then looked at Mu Yuehan exceptionally, waiting for the stranger to translate Aline to her.
"Her father is already on the way."
Nian Tian nodded her head. "Till the time he arrives, you can stay with me. I hope you don't mind."
Aline enthusiastically nodded her head and then smiled at her. Nian Tian turned her face and looked at Mu Yuehan.
"Thank you for your help but I didn't need it." There was a slight attitude in her voice.
"You didn't need it?" Mu Yuehan raised his brow. He saw it all, if not for him, the other man would have hit her.
"You have said, girls are not weak. I am a karate expert. I know how to protect myself from such jerks." Nian Tian nodded to him and then looked at Aline. "Let's go."
Mu Yuehan looked at her and smiled. His first kiss was able to protect herself. He was feeling so proud of her.
"Hey, how can you walk away like this, by only saying thanks?" Mu Yuehan followed her. "Sure, you could protect yourself. But for now, I have saved you. You should thank me properly over a cup of coffee."
Mu Yuehan knew that at this very moment he looked no less than a shameless flirt but he did not care.
"I don't have a cup of coffee with strangers." Nian Tian replied without turning toward him. She already had her share of flirting with men after arriving on Juju island.
He was amused at her haughty nature.
"We are not strangers, you see. I think we were kindergarten classmates." Mu Yuehan said coyly. A blush appeared on his cheeks and he unconsciously placed his hand over his cheeks.
"Really?" Nian Tian turned and looked at him. Her heart skipped a beat in fear. What if this stranger knew her real name and identity? "If you know me, then tell me my name."
"Ah, that I don't remember." Mu Yuehan replied embarrassingly. "But I am sure that we were classmates and good friends."
Nian Tian rolled her eyes and turned around. "People have found so many ways to flirt with a girl." She commented nonchalantly. Inwardly she sighed that Mu Yuehan was only bluffing.
"Hey, I am not lying, trust me." Mu Yuehan followed after Nian Tian, looking desperate. "We were friends. We both went to…."
Mu Yuehan was interrupted due to the ringing of his phone. He pulled out his phone to check the caller. And by the time he ended the call, Nian Tian was already gone.
Mu Yuehan looked around in the hope to catch her glimpse but his angle was gone like last night.
'Hash, what a stroke of bad luck. I again failed to know her.'
