[[Grave Warnings]]

Some people may ask. 'How could something like Toji be allowed?' And to that, I say zero capacity for magic.

The game gives you a certain amount of points, and each of these points goes down when you make an ability. When I removed magic from myself, I gained more points than I should ever have.

In this game, technically, magic is everything. Magic makes you faster, stronger, better at defending, and more.

If you get rid of magic, you're given points that can help make you 'overgeared', but it's still a tough task considering you're trying to fight the guy who can launch an obscene amount of fire from his hand.

As the fire rushed forward toward the elevator, I jumped over it and onto a pillar in the main lobby of the building. There were six of these pillars.

Jumping from pillar to pillar in rapid succession, I held my left hand to my cursed storage. Grabbing the M9, I landed on the ground behind them and made sure to take a stance so they wouldn't be able to see what was behind me.

"A guy with red hair, a girl with blue hair, and a paladin in white armor! If I wasn't positive you had powers, I would tell the feminists that you guys stole their looks." As I spoke, I made sure they knew where I was, as I wasn't bothering to hide.

"So we've got a funny guy, huh?" The guy with red hair was the only one who responded while the Paladin stood in front of them.

He was only covering them enough to protect them if I rushed in, but in a few seconds, that wouldn't matter.

"Hey, girlie, wanna go out sometime?" I stared into her eyes as I spoke.

Calling her out made her flinch, while the guy in the red couldn't look any angrier.

"You go from trying to kill us to asking my sister out?!" The red-haired mage looked ready to blow a gasket.

I kept my eyes on the blue-haired girl in front of me, though, and watched as she couldn't keep eye contact.

"U-um I-" Right as she was about to speak up, I interrupted her by holding my M9 automatic pistol and aiming directly at her.

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

Holding down the trigger while being able to fully handle the recoil the gun would give anyone else, I almost empty the magazine.

[An enemy has been slain!]

Even if my aim wasn't good, by emptying the magazine, I could ensure at least one or two shots made it. The second she died, a wave of fire came my way, which I dodged by jumping onto one of the pillars.

"Die!" The red-haired mage shouted as he threw fire in my direction. Every time I would jump to another pillar, he would shoot fire at it.

'I mean, I did murder his sister.' I thought as I jumped over a wave of fire and ran out the broken door of the building.

"You won't get away!" The mage shouted as he ran after me. Putting the pistol back into my storage, I took out the Inverted Spear of Heaven.

Dodging another wave of fire that was launched at me, I ran into an alley.

"Get your ass back here!" The mage continued to chase me as his Paladin buddy couldn't keep up with him due to his heavy armor.

I watched him as he ran through the alley and exited the other side, only to look confused.

'Gamers never look up.' I thought as I sat on the roof of one of the smaller buildings.

He tried to look around for me, and to his confusion, the mini-map said I was nearby, but... That's because I jumped down from the roof and was currently holding the Inverted Spear of Heaven while behind him!

He quickly tried turning around, only to receive a stab in the throat. To his credit, he did manage to release one last small burst of flame, which I dodged.

Once his final burst of flame was over, I rushed back in and stabbed him in the stomach, followed by three stabs in his thigh, only to sweep him off his feet and stab him with the Inverted Spear of Heaven in his head.

[An enemy has been slain!]

I still had the Playful Cloud in my other hand, and as I put back the Inverted Spear, I saw that the paladin was finally here.

He was slow but had a long white sword currently in his hands. I didn't want to start a conversation with him and just ran in with Playful Cloud.

The question is, how do you get past someone who is impossibly armored? The answer? Blunt force trauma.

I took Playful Cloud and hit him in the chest with the weapon before he could react.

*BAM*

He was sent flying back as I chased after him. He collided with the wall of a building, only to have me send him through the building with another swing of Playful Cloud.

*CRASH*

*BOOM*

The second his momentum stopped, I ran at him and dropkicked him in the chest. I jumped and flipped the second I landed on him, which allowed me to land on my feet.

Twirling Playful Cloud I ran at him again. He tried to hold up his arms to block, only to have Playful Cloud shred through his blocking arms and for another hit to meet his face.

[An enemy has been slain!]

[Clutch!]

[Ace!]

[Round 1 Won!]

'Having instincts is kind of weird.' I slowly flexed my body as I thought.

As my senses were upgraded, my instincts felt as if there was someone backseat gaming me and telling me what I should do or how I should dodge.

It was as if a third person was watching and whispering in my ear. Going from 'just a feeling' to 'someone's whispering in my ear to dodge' is definitely not what I expected.

I looked in chat a few seconds before the round ended and the next round was supposed to start.

[TittyLover25: HOLY SHIT! HE ACTUALLY DID IT!?]

[VirtualInstigator: Damn, they got washed! Personally, I wouldn't take that big an L!]

[UndeniedDetriment: I TOLD Y'ALL TO LET HIM COOK! HE'S ACTUALLY DISGUSTING WITH IT!]

[TrulyRemarkable65: That was an absolutely amazing performance. Truly one of the moments of all time. (Thanks for getting my get-back, though.)]

This game was kind of fun!

The second round was much the same as the first. The only difference is that my team died due to having both assassins work together to beat them with the least amount of trouble they could manage.

I'm sure they were saving me for last due to the way I dealt with them last round. All five of them had shown up with the blue-haired girl that I'm going to call 'water girl' looking a little traumatized.

That brings us to my current situation of being attacked by both assassins. The rest of the team was hanging back as we had our battle in the middle of the street.

With a smile on my face, I backed up, only to see one of the two assassins disappear. Turning around and running forward, I saw that the assassin in black had been stunned by the move. Who expects the enemy to run at you the second you teleport behind them? He didn't.

Getting up close and in his personal space, I wrapped my left gauntlet hand around his right hand, holding the dagger. As soon as I confirmed the weapon was dealt with, I kneed him in the stomach.

"UGH!" He audibly made a sound of pain as he kneeled forward. I didn't stop there, as I took my right hand and held it up to the cursed spirit's mouth.

Taking out the M9 automatic pistol, I instantly turned around to the assassin in white, the gun pointing in his direction.

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

[An enemy has been slain!]

Because he was rushing forward at me instead of trying to see what I was doing, he was unable to react to my quick turn and quicker draw.

I instantly turned back to the assassin in black to see him instantly disappear. Turning back around to where the assassin in white once was, I saw the assassin in black running back to his teammate.

It wasn't shameful for humans to run away, but as I was technically a dragon due to the boosted gear, Ddraig's pride became mine, and so this was extremely shameful in my eyes.

The Red Dragon of Domination never once ran from an opponent, and so I wouldn't either.

The assassin stood behind the paladin, who was in front of the fire boy and the water girl. Immediately, a dome of water was put up.

It was a rather large one, and I'm guessing they wanted to allow the assassin to rest for a bit before pushing.

Putting my pistol back in my inventory, I ran up to the barrier and tried to push my way in. The water, even though it flowed like water, wouldn't allow me through. It was like a liquid with the properties of a solid, and I also couldn't see inside.

Holding my right hand to the curse's mouth, I brought out the Inverted Spear of Heaven.

I walked back a few feet before jumping into the air and landing on top of the barrier. Standing in the middle of the barrier on the ceiling, I began to make a circular incision.

Once the outer rim was made, I took the Inverted Spear of Heaven and slashed at the inside of the incision as fast as I could.

Putting the weapon back into the curse's mouth, I smiled. I would make this fun for the people watching.

Taking a few steps away from the still-not-see-through water hole I made, I rushed forward and dove into the hole, hands first.

(Third POV:)

Currently, inside the water barrier, the water mage is focusing on keeping it up. She looked confused, which the fire mage noticed.

"What's wrong?" Her brother, the fire mage, asked because he knew something was wrong.

A small, unsure smile grew on her face. "I feel something has happened to the barrier, but I can't figure out what." She said as she began looking up at the center ceiling of the barrier.

The fire mage turned up to look at the center ceiling of the barrier as well, but as he did, he saw something in the chat.

[The_One_Who_Left_It_All_Behind (Match): Those who inherited the curse of magical abilities...]

As he saw that, he looked back to the top of the barrier, only to notice a wet hand come through. Time seemed to slow as he watched as another hand poked through.

[The_One_Who_Left_It_All_Behind (Match): And the one who couldn't fully leave behind that curse...]

In the corner of the fire mage's eyes, he noticed the assassin was also looking at the ceiling and definitely saw the hands.

The hands pushed further into the barrier, and the arms were now able to be seen. Water droplets stuck to the hands and arms as they penetrated the barrier.

[The_One_Who_Left_It_All_Behind (Match): They would all bear witness to the bare flesh of the one who is free...]

Everyone in the barrier had their eyes widen as a head with black hair and green eyes pushed its way into the barrier. A smile showed on his face as his neck made its way in next.

[The_One_Who_Left_It_All_Behind (Match): To the one who left it all behind and his overwhelming intensity!]

As those words were put into the chat, the being who had entered the water barrier had his hands raised above his head with an extremely sadistic and happy expression on his face.

His upper body was the only thing they could see, as the rest of his body had yet to get through the barrier.
