CHAPTER-"Why He Ran Away!!"

EIRA POV:

Oh! God, I am getting late again. I quickly took the Shower.

I am late as always!

Mr. Robert gave me the last warning. I was taking a lecture, but my eyes were searching for Adrain.

5 DAYS.. had passed, Adrain didn't come to college. I was worried about him. I know I shouldn't. Still, I don't know!! I was about to lock my door and leave for college.

I saw a cop standing in front of Andy's door.

A police officer came towards me.

'' Hello! Miss, I am Mr. Jake Smith. Can I talk to you for a second?''

'' Sure!''-I said with a confused look.

''Do, you know?? Miss. Andy?''

''Not really. We had a little conversation.''

''She is missing for five days. Do you saw something strange?''

I started remembering that night. Should I tell him? It is about Andy's life.

''Yes! 5 days before, I heard the sound of broken glass in Andy's room so, I saw through the door hole. The man with a covered face was talking on a phone than he said- work done. After that, he jumped through a window. I couldn't see the face, but I recognize his voice."

"It was... It was Adrain Dark.''

'' Are you sure? He is a very dignified man.''-He asked with suspicion.

'' yes! I am sure.''- I replied positively.

''Now you can go, Miss. ''

Even after leaving, my mind was still on Adrain. Is he involved in this? What is Andy to him? I don't know why I think he can't hurt someone.

ADRAIN POV:

I was sitting on a sofa reading magazine when I hear a knock at the door. When I opened the door, cops were standing there.

"What you want?"

The police inspector introduces himself while coming inside -'' Hello!! I am Mr.jake Smith.''

'' Hello! I think you know my name, that's why you came here.''

''Adrain, this is not the way to talk to the elder.''-A voice stated from behind, Mike said while walking down the stairs.

"Good Afternoon, Officer, Please have a seat."

"How can we help you?"-Mike said in a greeting voice.

"No! we are fine here, Mr. Blake. I need to ask a few questions from Mr. Adrain Blake."

"Yes! sure Officer."

''Do you know Miss. Eira Bain''

As I heard her name, I felt a wave of anger stirring in me, but I can't show it here so, I replied, calmly as I can-"No!!!"

"Are you sure.?''-He asked, emphasizing, but I just stared at his face showing that I don't.

" She studies with you in your college in your class."

"Ohh! Yes, Now I remember. Thanks for making me remember."

"Don't you think it's weird not even remembering your fellows?"

"Is it Against the law? I don't think so."- I replied with a smirk on my face.

''Miss. Andy is missing for five days."

"She said that she saw you in Andy's room.''

''Is she sure that she saw me?''

''She couldn't see your face but, she recognizes your voice.''

I said, clapping my hands- ''Then we must say she has a brilliant hearing power... WOW! And that's why you came here? you must be kidding!!''

He looked toward Mike's face waiting for him to say something about my behavior, but he just gave a blank look. Did he think he will help him?

''Where were you five days before?''-He asked annoyingly.

''I was not in a town I went to my friend's house, Mr. Drek. If you want, you can ask him.''-after my reply. He left frustratedly.

''We need to do something about the girl who told them.''

''I will look after her. you know that no one will believe her.''

'' Are you hiding something ?''

'' No!''- I replied with a straight face.

What is her problem is? Why she always comes into my way. I need to talk to her.

EIRA POV:

My Next lecture was after 1 hour. So, I was roaming in the yard. I was thinking about Adrain. Did he hurt her? What was his relationship with her?

I didn't realize that I was in the top-floor restricted area.

Suddenly A hand came from my behind and inrolled around my waist. Before I could run was pulled towards that person's chest. My back was touching his chest. My whole body was shivering. I was launching my hand here and there to run, but his grip on my waist was a lot strong. As I was about to scream, he covered my mouth with his hand. I couldn't see his face. He drags me towards the room. Please!! God, save me.

My back touched the wall, but his hand was still on my mouth. It's that idiot, stupid person Adrain blake.

'' Don't scream! I need to talk to you .''-He said calmly and removed his hand.

''Can't you talk by coming in front of me. Why do you need to scare the hell out of me?-I asked, him trying very hard not to yell.

''Why do you need to kidnap me ?''

''Just listen to me.''

'' First, answer my question!! WHY DO YOU HATE ME? Have I done anything wrong to you? Why do you always insult me? I don't understand you? you are so confused....''

He again put his hand on my mouth and cut my question. His other hand was holding both my hands at the back. Our faces were just a few inches away only. I can feel his cold breath on my face. I was trying to get my hands away from his grip.

''Do you think that you can get out from my grip?."-He asked amusingly.

"Now listen, stay away from Andy's case. You will not go to the cops again to talk anything regarding Andy's case. Have I made myself clear?''-He said orderly as if I am a small child.

He was looking straight into my eyes. I was not able to remove my eyes from his eyes. I don't know what happens to me. Now I was not even trying to get out of his grip before I could understand anything. He ran away like he was never here. What Just Happened?

WHY HE RAN AWAY!!

WHY DIDN'T I PUSHED HIM BACK?? HE BROKE MY CONFIDENCE!!!

WHAT HAPPENED TO ME ???????.....
