11 Chapter Twelve

Corey

All I cared about was finding her. I had just gotten her back from being out cold for three days and now she is gone again. Why? How? I swear when I find her, I am never letting her out of my site again. As I was trying to follow her sent, I saw something shine in the moon light and I stopped to see what it was. I bent down to pick up the object and turned it over to see what it was and I froze when I saw that it was a picture of Kai and some guy. They looked happy but I know that it was a while ago because she looked younger and it was in front of her old school. The glass was broke right over her face. I went to take the picture of the frame when I noticed a piece of paper folded up and taped to it. As I unfolded the paper, I realized this wasn't here by coincidence. I finished unfolding it and read it:

Dear Alpha Young,

I regret to inform you that I have taken your precious mate. You will not get her back until I am done with her. You see I have to finish what I started back in Texas. You see, McKenzie is mine and will always be mine. You can try to find us but I doubt that you will be able too. You see, she should not have spoke to me the way she did the other morning. By the way tell Kathrine and Miss Callie that I said hello and I will be visiting soon.

Kat and Aunt Callie knew who this C.R. is, so that's where I am going. I don't care what any one says I will get my mate back. If that means I have to track this fucker all the way back to Texas, then so be it, I will.

"Father, be in your office in twenty minutes, Stevie so bringing Kat and Aunt Callie. Kai has been kidnapped!" I mind linked my father. I knew he could sense the urgency in my voice. he replied: "Your mother will be with us. Hurry and get back so we can figure out who took her. DON"T DO ANYTHING IRRATIONAL."

" Stevie, have Kat and Aunt Callie be in my father's office in twenty minutes. It's about Kai!" I mind linked my future Beta Stevie. In less than a minute he replied: "Yes Alpha!"

I ran as fast as I could to my father's office, it took me ten minutes before I was barging in the house. No sooner the front door slammed close behind me, Cammie was jumping onto my back. "Hey baby. Came back alone, huh? Realize that you need a real woman and not some pathetic country slut?" The fact that she had the nerve to call my beautiful; wonderful Southern Belle, a pathetic country slut, made me want to rip her to shreds.

"Cammie, I swear to the Goddess, if you don't get your grubby paws off of me and out of my house; I will rip you to shreds. Do you understand me?!" With that she slid off of me and ran out of the house with fear in her eyes. In all honesty I could care less what I did and said to her. I ran to my father's office on the third floor and slammed the door. Everyone was there waiting for my and I slammed the picture frame on the desk and Kat screamed bloody murder as soon as she saw the picture.

Stevie ran to her and held her as she cried on his shoulder. "Corey, what the hell man? Kat sweetie, it's all going to be okay. We will get her back, I promise." Stevie was pissed at me and I don't really care I needed to know who he was and why he took her.

"Kat, if you know who he is and why he took her, please tell me. I need to find her. I love her and can feel her pain. Please?" She lifted her head and stared at the picture then looked at her mom then my mom. She looked like she had seen a ghost honestly and as she turned to look at Stevie she held pain in her eyes. "Stevie, I'm sorry but you are not going to want to hear what I have to say." With that she kissed his cheek and turned to me." Corey, you may want to sit down this is going to take a while."
