2 Chapter Three
The next morning she woke up to a consistent beeping in her ear. That beeping meant time to get your ass out of bed and get ready for school. So that's what she did. She heard her Aunt and Luna Young walk by knocking on her door and the door across from hers to make sure that they where up for school.
She decided that she was going to listen to music while getting ready. Before she knew what was happening her cousin came in as their favorite song starts playing, 'Breaking Free' from High School Musical. So naturally they turn it up and start singing and dancing. I sang Gabriella's part and Kat sang Troy's part.

As we finished the song there was laughing coming from the hallway. Thankfully, we were skilled enough to get ready as we sang. So we opened the door and there he stood with a smile from ear to ear on his face.
"You girls have some major talent. And Kathy, I don't think I have ever seen you smile let alone sing and laugh like you are right now." Good goddess, his voice sounded like angels, and man did he look yumalicous. I know it's not a real word but hey I am only 17.
I must have been lost in thought cause Kat grabbed my arm and started dragging me down the hall, as we hear: "Mckenzie Rae Longing and Katherine May Longing, get down here for breakfast or you will be late. Do you hear me?" All we could say as we giggled hoping down the stairs was "yes ma'am". It caused looks that could kill I swear.
"Look girls, I understand that it has been a while but you will be seeing each other every day now so you need to hurry." I could tell that it hurt her to say we would be together every day now. You see Aunt Callie married my father's brother, Henry. He unfortunately passed away 3 years ago due to a Rogue attack. Now her and Kat are the only family I have left.
"Aunt Callie, I'm sorry. You're right, but you know as well as we do what happens in the morning when Kat and I are in the same house. Luna Young told us stories that you and her were the same way as young girls. We only want to have fun. That's all. We didn't mean to upset you, honestly." As I said that, I went to give her a hug. I knew that this was going to be hard on her. With her being a widow and having one teenage girl to raise on her own, and now she has me.
"Ms. Callie? If you would like, I can take the girls to school and make sure that Mckenzie gets settled in?" There was that sweet angelic voice again. I knew instantly it was him. Corey Young, soon to be Alpha of the Midnight Blood Pack. "Oh, would you sweetie? Thank you so much." Was all she said.
"Oh, no. I can drive us two. It's not a problem. Besides, I don't think that you want to listen to our girl chat anyways." Just as I said that my phone rang. I looked down to see that it was my ex boyfriend, Chris. "Hey, Chris. What are you doing calling me? I thought I made it clear that we weren't together anymore. And what part of losing my number did you not get? ..... I understand that you miss me, but I caught you on top of that tramp!.... I don't care what you say and no you won't be seeing me in school I moved and no I'm not telling you where to. GOOD BYE Chris."
I turned around to see five set of eyes on me, three saying 'you go girl' one saying did that actually happen?' And finally a pair of eyes saying 'if he calls again, I am going to kill him.' All I could say was "I'm sorry about that. I thought he would understand that I was not joking about us being broken up. And don't worry Aunt Callie, I didn't with him. I still have that card you gave me 3 years ago." She literally sighed out loud making all of us but Corey, laugh. He had no clue what I was talking about. But soon his face lightened up as if he was finally catching on to what I was saying.
"I still insist on driving you girls at least for today. Just so that none of the unmated wolves jump you as you're getting out. At least this way, you'll be safe until you get to class." Kat and I just sighed and gave in.
