5 Chapter Six

Corey's P.O.V.

I was standing there shocked that Kat had raised her voice, let alone yelled at me. Not to mention my beta had touched my mate.

'You idiot. He wouldn't have picked her up if you hadn't of made her get hurt!' My Wolf, Ace, was pissed that I treated Kai that way. I honestly don't blame him.

My phone began to ring so I answered it. "Hello?"

"Hey man, it's Steve. Alpha wants you home now. He is not happy, man."

"How mad is he? I know I'm gonna hear about it when I get there." Great it's very seldom that my dad is unhappy but when he is, you don't want to be near him.

"It's bad. So bad your mom had to take him to the next room to calm him down." Oh boy, I am going to get my ass kicked.

"Alright, I'm on my way. See you there." With that said we hung up. I was walking to my truck when I felt arms wrap around my waist.

"Where are you going, baby? I thought we were going to skip class together and have some fun." Ugh, the sound of her voice just made me want to run and never look back.

"I gotta go, Cammie. I am needed at home. I'll try to get a hold of you later." Okay so it wasn't all a lie. I was needed at home. So before she could say anything, I jumped in my truck and sped out of the school parking lot not looking back.

Back at the Young household

When I pulled into the driveway, my father met me on the porch. He was pissed and it took a lot to get him that way.

"What the hell is wrong with you, boy? Why on earth would you do that to a lovely young lady who the Goddess made as your other half? I thought I taught you better than that. You will make things right. Thanks to you, Kai has passed out for who knows how long. But all you care about is getting laid? You have no idea how painful it is to hear that my own son would or has done this. You are lucky that Kai has alpha blood in her. She won't be out as long as any others would be."

"Yes, sir. I understand what I did was wrong and I feel horrible about it. I know I have to make things right." I felt horrible about what I had done.

"Damn straight you will make things right. You need to apologies to everyone, your mother, your aunt, Kat, and Steven. And as for Kat going off on you, get over it and fast. I'm proud of her for finally finding a voice. As for Kai, she is resting in her room. You may want to wait to go up there your mother and aunt are changing her." With that he gave me a slap on the shoulder and walked back inside.

I will fix this my sweet Kai, I will fix this and make you mine.
