Justin VS Mordo

A/N: Hey guys, I just want to inform you that, I'm going to change the double bladed weapon into single bladed. I'm sorry for the change. I hope you have a pleasant read.

*Two days later*

It is the day of the fight between me and Mordo. Nothing happened in these two days I was staying in the girls house. But my instincts are screaming at me something is gonna happen. I have read enough novels to atleast anticipate schemes from the villain. But I'm not intelligent enough to figure it out myself. I think I should have asked for intelligence perk or something.

I just meditated to calm my agitation. 'I know I can take Mordo down but he doesn't. What if he goes all 'young master mode' and doesn't plan anything? But that sounds stupid even to me.' I have to be extra careful today.

I slowly get up and went to the living room. I saw komiko and Arora were both sitting in the couch and drinking coffee. I went ahead and greeted them.

"Good morning ladies." And poured myself a cup and joined them.

"How are you feeling Justin? Are you ready to fight Mordo?" asked Arora with concern.

"I'll be fine. But could you both do me a favour?" I asked them both. They turned to me instantly and nodded.

"Sure, what is it?" Asked komiko.

"Please don't come to the clan building today. I feel something is going to happen and I don't want to involve you guys both." They looked at me for a second and answered,

"Isn't that a reason to come with you today? What's going on in your mind?" Asked komiko while Arora just stared at me.

It seems that just saying them to not be there is not enough, I have to make them understand that this is important.

"No. If you both present at the scene there is a possibility that you can be taken hostage to get me." I said.

I saw Arora clench her fist and looked at me furiously,

"Are you saying, we are too weak to have your back. Have you become so arrogant Justin." Said Arora in fury. 'Shit. I should have explained clearly.'

"Wait a minute, I didn't say anything like that. Even if you are strong, you can't take the whole clan head on. The same goes for me. That's why I need a back up. I need you guys out of the building and prepared for an escape." Hearing me say this they visibly calmed down. Then looking at them relax, I continued.

"I need you both to find a ship that we can escape. Just wait outside the building. If something goes wrong, I'll do my best to escape from the building. Then we can get the hell away from them. Also be sure to get some artillery, there is a chance we would be given a chase." Listening to me, they both nodded.

"This sound like a plan. But what if you can't come out of the building?" Asked komiko

"I'll come out of the building for sure. If there is no heavy artillery aiming for me I'm sure I can escape safely. But make sure we stay connected. It's also possible that they already manned some vehicles to prevent my escape. So your first priority is to thin their numbers. Don't be reckless, wait until I give you the signal."

"Sure, I already have prepared a ship anticipating the escape, if things went south, after hearing your challenge to Mordo. But we have to prepare an anti ship artillery." Said komiko.

It seems they were already ready for the escape. It feels good to have people look over your back.

"I have a contact which I can use to get a weapon for the ship. But it's going to cost us a lot." Said komiko. I looked at her and said. "Don't worry about it" and sent her 3/4 of my credits which I saved during the last 6 months after the fighting and betting. It's a lot. The bet was not just a

100 credits after that fight. So I could save a lot of credits.

"Use this to get a weapon for the ship. And fill it up with some supplies. Also where are we going to escape?" I asked them.

"We are going to go outside the city. There is a friend who can help me as I saved his life once. He has a base outside the city which can come in handy. It's a reliable spot to hide." Said Arora. It seems this was a temporary safe house for us.

"Hmm, If in case, I can't come out or I happened to have an unfortunate accident please escape from here. Don't try anything stupid and get yourself killed. If, in case I got caught, I'll just accept the terms and work for them for sometime before planning the escape again. For that we need a new set of communicator for everyone."

"Here, already have some spare communicators, but there are only two. You can use one and we both will use this. But, if you got caught how are you going to hide the comms from them?" Asked komiko.

"I have my ways. So please, if some thing goes wrong, just lay low until I contact you." I said a slight pleading tone. I lost everything i had once, I don't want to lose the friends I made just for my selfishness.

They both accepted my request reluctantly. Then we further discussed about the plan. Komiko and Arora went to get items that are necessary for the plan. I went to the clan building. After I went inside the building, I saw everyone looking at me with various feelings. Some of them were anger, hate and frustration. Some of them were anticipation, even admiration.

I ignored them and reached the elevator. I soon reached the floor of the arena. I got out of the elevator and walked towards the centre. Once I reached the centre most stage I looked at everyone present. I didn't find Mordo on this floor yet, so I tried something that will make him come down soon.

"Hello people, today I'm here to challenge clan head Mordo to a fight. I want everyone here to be a witness. We made a bet stating that, if I win I'll get the axe and if he wins I'll work for him." After saying that I sent the video that I recorded of our conversation to the clan internal forum.

Soon the atmosphere became boisterous. Some of the people started noticing the video I posted and it started spreading like wildfire. I didn't even wait for more than 10 minutes, Mordo came through the elevator along side came some of the captains.

Mordo looked at me with hatred. Now he can't backdown from the fight. Soon he marched towards the centre and climbed up on the stage. I noticed a large axe that was resting in his back. It's handles were wooden and the blade was grey and silver at the edge. It looked majestic.

He looked at me first and glared. I didn't mind. He then looked at one of the captain and gave a signal. But the captain checked the comms and shook his head. It wasn't gone unnoticed by me. I now know for a fact that they were planning something. So the sooner the fight happens the better it is for me.

I then heard a sound from my ear. "Everything is done from our side. We are just a block away, just give us a signal and we will be there ." Said komiko. Since my side is ready I don't have to wait for the villain to finish his plan.

"Let's start the fight already Mordo. If you are afraid to fight me just handover the weapon and go. I won't blame you for your cowardice." As I said that Mordo was visibly furious but he grit his teeth and removed the axe from his back and took it in his hand and said.

"I'm ready to bring you to my knees, but boy where is your weapon. If you don't wield a weapon and lost, don't blame your defeat on the weapon." He said that and laughed. I smirked at him and said,

"You don't worry about it, it won't happen. As for the weapon, it seems you were carrying it for me, I'll take it from you once you are done with it." As I said that his laughter stopped. Everyone looked at me and were shocked.

Soon Mordo rushed at me with his axe above his head, in anger. I moved slightly to the right and avoided the slash. He was still slow for me, so I could dodge his attack easily. The only obstacle is the axe.

I soon kicked his hand that was holding the axe. He stumbled a bit but didn't let the grip on the axe go. I rushed at him and punched but he blocked it with the axe while supporting it with both of his arms. The axe was durable enough to handle the punch but Mordo couldn't handle the force.

He flew backwards and landed unsteadily. I didn't give him any space to breath and followed him with continuous attacks. He blocked two of my strikes with the axe but the third one hit him in the mid section. He stumbled and couldn't handle the punch. Took the chance and neared him held the handle of the axe and kicked him in the chest in Sparta style.

He flew out of the stage and knocked down dozens of the onlookers. I then looked at the axe as I held it. It felt like it was incredibly balanced and looking at the edge of the blade, it gave a sharp feeling that could cut through anything.

As I was admiring the axe, Mordo slowly got up and looked at the axe. He was fuming with anger. Right at this moment one of the captain shouted.

"Head, it's done. They already gave the confirmation." As soon as he said that Mordo started laughing like a maniac.

He looked at me with an evil smile and said,

"It's over. Hahahaha, You shit, you are finished. Hahaha."
