"You sure know how to get me in trouble. Don't you?" Soham asked. 

Obediently sitting on his lap, she snuggled in his arms. Taking a breath of his scent she slowly replied. "Even if I do, I also know how to get you out of it. Don't i?"

He combed her hair calmly. Kissing the top of her head, he asked. "Getting me out of the mess by bickering like a cat and dog? And even in that you lose in the end." 

"But you are safe. Aren't you?" She proudly smiled. She might be a tigress to all of them, but in front of Soham, she is just a cute little puppy.

Soham smirked. Pinching her right cheek, he bumped his head to her forehead. "By safe, did you mean hiding me away from Harry in this abandoned classroom?"

Stealing her glances away from him, she replied in a low voice. "Something is better than nothing."

'Chuckle' "Next time I sure have to be careful around your mischievous ideas."
