13 Something is fishy

Bong Soon quickly avoids being seen by Mr Baek who's just been alerted, she drags her dad and runs away with him
Bong Soon: Jeez you have the worst timing .
B.S dad: Who were you spying on?
Bong Soon: No one absolutely No one.
B.S dad:Princess.
Bong Soon: How did you even find me ?
B.SÂ dad :I have my ways.
Announcer: Dr Kim can you report to the receptionist
B.S dad: Okay I have to go ,you can go back to my office
Bong Soon: Okay dad
As she's walking to her dad's office she sees Mr Baek leaving and she immediately changes her course and goes back to the room.She gets lucky as she gets there when there's no one in the room .She enters the room and she's shocked by what she's stumbled on.
Bong Soon: Omo isn't this Mrs Baek...Wasnt she supposed to be dead...Omo What is this...She's alive...Whats going on...
Bong Soon takes a picture .She hears someone coming so she quickly leaves the room.
Her dad sees her coming out the same room she was standing by.He gets inside the room and as he's about to look at the patients face a nurse walks in
Nurse :What are you doing here Dr Kim?
B.S dad:I just ,I got lost.
Nurse :Okay you need leave though this room is out of limits.
B.S dad:Okay who is she?
Nurse: We're not allowed to give out patients information to people who are not her doctor.
B.S dad:Awe what's wrong with her.
Nurse: She's in a coma..Can you leave now.
B.S dad :Awe okay I'm going now.
He leaves the room and goes to his office where a nervous Bong Soon is waiting for him.
B.S dad:What were you doing at that patient's room?
Bong Soon: Which room?
B.S dad:That room I saw you leaving.
Bong Soon :I don't know what you're talking about.
B.S dad:That room with the lady in the coma.
Bong Soon: Awe she's in a coma.
B.S dad: So now you admit it ,tell me why you were there.
Bong Soon: Did she look familiar to you.
B.S dad:I didn't see her face.
Bong Soon: Awe..i see..Dad can I leave now there's something I need to do.
B.S dad: What is it?
Bong Soon: I can't tell you yet ,bye I'll wait for Mr Cho outside
She leaves the room
B.S dad:What's going on with this kid?
MEANWHILE...The nurse has called Mr Baek informing him About Dr Kim.
Mr Baek:He just dug his own grave.
Bong Soon gets picked up by Mr Cho and goes straight to her room to start doing some research.From what she finds on the internet Mrs Baek is supposed to be dead.She had an accident her car fell into a river and her body was never found.
Bong Soon: Poor Soo Hyun ....i wonder if he knows about his mother...But if she's alive why would Mr Baek hide it...Something is fishy..
Mrs Park enters with snacks
Bong Soon: Mrs Park do you know anything about the Baek's ?
Mrs Park: Why ask young Miss?
Bong Soon: I'm just curious .
Mrs Park: Well I remember when Mrs Baek died. They didn't even find her body.It was a sad time especially for the young master I saw his picture in the news paper crying it broke my heart.Some people had speculations that Mr Baek was behind her death but no one had proof .Plus you can't trust everything you hear.
Bong Soon: Thank you for the information.
Mrs Park :Okay young Miss now eat up
Bong Soon spends the rest of the day with her mind wrapped around this new information which she has .She keeps on thinking about who to share it with but no one comes to mind
Thursday
Myung Soo calls Bong Soon to his house after school.
Myung Soo: You're here!
Bong Soon: You said it was life or death.
Myung Soo: Come on let's go swim.
Bong Soon:Argh I don't have a swimming costume.
Myung Soo: Its okay you can just watch me then.
Bong Soon sits by the pool watching Myung Soo swimming.
Myung Soo: Are you sure you don't want to join me?
Bong Soon: Yeah I'm sure ,I'm coming back I need to use the toilet.
Myung Soo: Okay hurry back.
She goes to the toilet and on her way back she can't help but get drawn to Min Ho's room.Mr Chan sees her going in.Bong Soon looks around the room and then just sits on the bed sulking. She sits there for a couple minutes soaking it all in then she gets up and starts looking at the pictures in his room.She smiles looking at his picture with his family especially one when he's with Myung Soo.
Bong Soon: (smiling) They looked so adorable when they were younger.
She keeps on looking at the pictures then lands at one where he's with Soo Hyun
Bong Soon: You both haunt me everywhere I go.
She then leaves the room and goes downstairs where she runs into Mr Chan.
Mr Chan:Ahh Bong Soon how are you?
Bong Soon: Hi sir I didn't know you're here.
Mr Chan :Its not like Myung Soo tells you anything .
Bong Soon: Aish I should go he's waiting for me.
Mr Chan: Okay dear.
Bong Soon: Wait a minute can I ask you something ?
Mr Chan: Sure what is it?
Bong Soon: Well you're close with the Baek's right.
Mr Chan: Yes we're old friends and we got lucky our kids became friends too.
Bong Soon: So you were also close to Mrs Baek.
Mr Chan: Yes but my wife was closer to her.She was so hurt by Mrs Baek's death.She spent her last year's busy searching for answers about her friends death not knowing she'd meet with such a death herself .I remember how she was so excited thinking she was about to reveal something big then death beat her to it.
Bong Soon: I'm so sorry.
Mr Chan: It's okay the person responsible for my wife's death paid .Now I just hope she has peace.
Bong Soon: What had she found out though.
Mr Chan: I don't know dear.
Bong Soon: Okay thank you ,I'm going now.
As she's walking towards her sit watching Myung Soo doing laps in the pools he starts to scream for help.She quickly jumps in only to realize that he's faking it.He holds her and just looks straight into her soul.
Myung Soo: (smirking) Were you afraid of losing me?
Bong Soon:(pissed off)Â I'm going to kill you
They start playing splashing water .They leave the the pool exhausted but happy.Bong Soon changes into Myung Soo's clothes then goes back home with Mr Cho.
B.S mom:I see someone had a good day today.
Bong Soon :Don't start again.
B.S dad:Loving the look .
Bong Soon: You've started mocking me too
B.S dad:If I don't who will?
Bong Soon: Aish this is going to be a long night.
Friday
Bong Soon receives a call from Shin Won Ho.
Bong Soon: Well this is a surprise .
Won Ho:Come pick us up.
Bong Soon: I see you're even rude over the phone.
Won Ho: Argh just do it.
Bong Soon: Say the magic word.
Won Ho: Argh please.
Bong Soon: Okay I'll be there.
Bong Soon gets ready to go get the boys from school.She wears the jacket she wore the day they came to Africa. She gets to school and just waits for Myung Soo and Won Ho to come out .People keep glaring at her but she's used to it now.She sees the boys come out the school and Myung Soo rushes to hug her.Something falls out of her pocket but she doesn't notice.
Myung Soo: I missed you .
Bong Soon: Jeez I saw you yesterday .
Myung Soo: That's long enough.
Bong Soon: Argh,Come Shin don't you want to hug me I haven't seen you in weeks.
Won Ho: No I'm good.
Bong Soon: Argh you little punk(she hugs him too)
They get in the car and leave
MEANWHILE....The girl who once took a picture of her and Soo Hyun picks up the paper she dropped .
They go to an ice skating rink and spend couple hours there until they notice a large group of girls following them then they run away.They go to a costume shop and look for outfits for the boys to wear which make them look less cute .After hours of searching they leave with the boys wearing their disguises .They continue having fun around town and taking selfies.After the long day of fun and adventure Bong Soon drops the boys home starting with Myung Soo.
They then arrive at Shin Won Hos house
Bong Soon: Before you go can I ask something ?
Won Ho : What ?
Bong Soon: Why don't you talk with your grandfather ?
Won Ho: Because he's an evil man.(he exits the car)
Mr Cho drives off and Bong Soon can't believe that those words just left Shin's mouth aimed at the man who's been helping her family ever since they arrived in Korea.
Later in the evening....
Bong Soon starts getting alot of notifications. She checks her phone and sees she's been tagged on posts by Myung Soo and Won Ho.
Bong Soon: Wowww they are getting so many likes ,...Omo I'm gaining more followers ..Wowwwww...
After a couple minutes of gloating, She starts thinking about what Won Ho said .She then dm' s him.
Bong Soon: heyy.
Won Ho: Are you here to thank me?
Bong Soon: No.
Won Ho: You're just lucky I looked cute in those pictures otherwise I wasn't going to post them.
Bong Soon: Arghh you little rascal.
Won Ho: Take a joke ,I don't hate you that much.What do you want though?
Bong Soon: Why did you say your grandfather is evil?
Won Ho: Are you free tomorrow?
Bong Soon: No I have work but I'm free on Sunday.
Won Ho: Okay come over then I'll tell you.
Saturday
Mrs Park:Young Miss, wake up !You're going to be late for work.
Bong Soon:(sobbing) Its morning already
Mrs Park: Yes and you're getting late.
Bong Soon wakes up and gets ready for work.
B.S dad:Bye princess.
Bong Soon: Bye dad.
B.S Mom :(smiling) Fighting!
Bong Soon:(smiling)Â Fighting!
She gets to the shop and she's late
Manager :Aish it's your first day and you're already late.
Bong Soon: I'm sorry, I won't do it again.
Manager: I don't take people's word.
Bong Soon: I'll work really hard I promise.
Manager: We'll see.So what qualifications do you have.
Bong Soon: What..
Manager: What are you good at?
Bong Soon: Well I'm not good at cooking.
Manager: Aish you come to work at a noodle shop and you don't even know how to cook.
Bong Soon: I can do the dishes though .I'm really good at that.
Manager: At least you can do something. Okay you'll start this shift as a waiter Mi Nam will teach you she's the best.Then you can do the dishes in your next shift.
Bong Soon: Omo how many shifts do I do?
Manager: (laughing) As many as I tell you to.
Bong Soon:(sulking)Â Okay.
Mi Nam hands her ,her uniform and tells her to get changed .She goes and gets into her skirt and yellow shirt with the shop logo .As she gets by the counter someone she knows enters the shop and she quickly ducks.
