3 She said me!

"She said, me!" said Aldrin.

Julia froze when she heard the answer behind her. She wished she was dead because what was coming was worse than being dead.

Aldrin answered her before Lea could.

"I think this should make you believe her now, quite frankly I don't appreciate the abuse." he glared at Julia. He was very angry at this moment.

She was always like this in the packhouse as well. It was getting out of hand. What was she thinking bullying humans?

"I will deal with you later," he said almost growling to Julia. He had to make her understand this was not acceptable.

He must have been too lenient on her to behave this way. This was too annoying and appalling.

He turned to look at Lea with his left eyebrow raised, " What did I say to you this morning?" Lea looked at him with wide eyes and a surprised face.

"I was going to, I didn't know I had to scream your name or something," she said sarcastically.

Well, that was surprising. She was getting bolder as Julia figured.

"Ha, sarcasm. I would appreciate it if you followed orders," he said sternly.

He hates people who don't follow orders. It was very disrespectful and very annoying.

"I am not your dog," answered Lea, Aldrin found this amusing. He loved the fact that she was challenging him.

Everyone else who was not supernatural was confused. When did he become so gentle?

Why was he protecting her suddenly?

The others understood though, the Alpha has found his mate. They have a queen and Luna. Lea is their queen, this was surprising and strange at the same time. It was not common for Alphas to be mated to humans especially a king.

"Keep that mouth of yours running and you will be punished." his eyes twinkled with mischief and Lea found herself blushing, confusing enough she was curious what would be her punishment be.

Maybe he would spank her.

She blushed deeper, God I am losing it. Lea thought!

Since when did I start having a dirty mind? He is a bad influence. Al chuckled, his little cutey was getting naughty.

"You have a dirty mind, surprisingly that sounds appealing." he teased. How interesting? He didn't know she was this kind of a person.

Lea was red on her face, she was so embarrassed that she decided to hide her face with her hair. She was very confused about why was he doing this.

God, he is so handsome, why was he so handsome anyway?

It was not fair that he took her breath away like that. Her heart skipped every time she sees him. Oh, God! When their eyes connect and when she hears his husky voice, her heart beats quickly her stomach flutters. She feels happy and safe.

All she wants is to kiss him and stay in his arms forever.

This was overwhelming and it scared her to the max. Lea didn't want to give anyone else a reason to tease or even bully her again.

She was not sure why he was doing this and why she trusted him suddenly. It was weird as if something suddenly changed in the atmosphere, and all that was bad is good and all that was good is bad.

Nothing made sense to her, this morning she was being bullied and now she is being protected by the man many feared. Al was known for being vicious and ill-tempered, he had no patience for the weak.

Yet, here he was paying attention to her. She wondered what did she do to deserve this man's attention?

Aldrin was looking at his mate with admiration and love. He was aware of her thoughts, perks of being an Alpha, and most of all, him being the future KING.

He knew that this might be confusing for her and the energy coming from her just now, confirmed everything. She was self-doubting, it pained him to see her like this.

This was Julia's fault. He will make sure she suffers worse for all the pain she caused his mate. He did not appreciate people abusing power and looking down on the weak, not that he was different.

His mate though was an exception. He wanted the best for her and he will always make her happy. He will provide the best things for her and give her the world if he has to.

Many of his kind die without finding their soulmates, having was a blessing. He was going to make sure his mate was pampered and received all the love in the world. He was not sure how will he succeed in doing so as he was not a nice person, but he was willing to learn for her.

Lea has been a part of his life since they were all children, this was because they all went to the same school and lived in the same town. The difference was that he was a werewolf and she was a human.

It was a surprise that he was mated to a human as an Alpha and King but he was sure there will be an explanation. It was not uncommon for humans to mate with his kind but it was for Alphas especially kings.

"She is cute right Brandon?" He linked his beta "Yes Alpha?" answered Brandon.

"I am sad that all this time she was being bullied I did nothing. Look at her now, she is insecure. I will have to get revenge for her." he told Brandon.

"True Alpha, I guess this is also a way of learning. It is teaching us that we should not be ignorant and always make sure we stop people picking up on others, even if they are not our kind," he responded.

"You're right. Make sure this does not carry on. We are not supposed to bully humans anyway, they cannot fight back." he instructed Brandon.

"Yes Alpha, I will do as you command"

Looking at his mate Aldrin couldn't help but feel he was a failure. He must make sure this does not happen again

He bent down and whispered to her in a teasing tone.

"Relax Amore Mio, everything will be alright."

He found himself liking teasing his beautiful mate. However, he didn't want to overdo it because things were still very cold between them.

He can't wait for the future!
