Samantha laughed at this question her stupid mate asked.

"Out of my mind? Is what I said wrong? I am his mother, without me, he wouldn't be here. He owes me. ME." She greeted her teeth. " I am simply asking him to reject that bastard and find a woman as his mate. Is that too much to ask?"

"How can you be so unreasonable? I've had it with you. All these years I have endured the hate and names people calling me because of your homophobic behaviour. I had to take the blame and stop you before you made things worse. Now, you are not even sparing your son? You rather him dead than accept that he is fated to be with a man?" he said with anger.

"How can you call yourself a mother? Where is your compassion for your child? Where is your love for him? You're only clouded with your own selfish opinions and judgment that you're failing to see reason."

Samantha screamed.

"Shut up Austin. Shut up! It's disgusting. It's natural. How can you accept this? How all of you don't understand this is abnormal? This is not the way this is supposed to be. Men are meant to be with women, not with other men." she proclaimed.

"Love does not have gender, it is an emotional connection between two human beings. It doesn't matter if they are both male or female, as long as they love each other. Why do people always make things difficult as if this is wrong? There is nothing wrong with loving another human being." said Austin.

"Dad is right. You should be ashamed of yourself for even behaving like this with your son. I was not expecting this from you, mom. I am disappointed in you. So, what if we all get mated to same-sex mates? Will you kill us all?" asked Jackson.

Samantha just looked at her family and felt disgusted. She stood up and said "I am n longer related to any of you. I will cut ties at this moment. This pack is no longer my home."

"Do you need to take such drastic decision based on your son being mated to a man? I find this move rather manipulative and despicable. You're trying to guilt-trip your family as if they chased you away, if this was a decision you already made, do not use this as an excuse to leave." said Aldrin.

"Of course this is what she is good at doing. She hates same-sex partners because I was once mated to a man but he died after a month we met. She is a chosen mate and she knows she can never replace the place I have in my heart for my true mate." said Austin.

"SHUT UP" she screamed. "I hate you." indeed hatred was written in her eyes.

"It's not like I didn't tell you of my true mate. You were once a friend and I chose you because I respected you. I understand it's a pain to be born mateless but it is not an excuse to treat others so badly." Samantha didn't listen to them anymore, she left them and cut ties with family.

They were shocked at the decision she made.

"Well, it can't helped people have different views on everything. However, I felt this was a bit extreme for her to behave this way. I can't help but find it as an excuse she used to leave."

"She was always this stubborn and all these years I had to endure it. She never wanted to view things differently, and she always thought her views mattered than anyone else's. I have put up with her all this time and even made myself look like a homophobic person because I didn't want her to hear those people's comments." said Austin.

"I am tired of lying to people and taking the blame for her. She never appreciates it, Aldrin, she always finds a way to get a fight with me and she would bring the fact my true mate was a man. If he wants to leave let her be, I will certainly not stop her."

"Well, I wonder what will happen when I tell my folks my mate is a human."

"WHAT?" exclaimed Mr Jones and Jackson. Chuckled when he saw the puzzled look on their faces.

"This is very unusual for a future king. It is not uncommon for normal wolves but you, it comes as a surprise," said Austin.

"Wow, this going to be surprising to the queen and king," said Jackson. "You can say that again," said their father.

"I am exhausted I will go to take a rest. Don't worry about what happened, I will explain to Amanda when she is back. Jackson, make sure you solve your problem. I will not be of any help, also you have to learn to get these things fixed on your own, without getting help unless you're really at the deep end."

Malia with her husband was entertaining his brother and annoying wife. Thomas was such a sweet would but he was blessed with a mate who had a black heart. Well, which family does not have that type of person who always gets jealous of everything.
