6 Who killed Katherine? (Part 6)

"What do you mean by I happened?" Asked Katherine as Aron gently pushed her off. He then explains that some guys pounded on him out of nowhere and told him to stay away from her. She was filled with anger as she thinks to herself that she knows who could have did it. Storming away, Aron looks as Katherine ride Ruben back to her house. As she dashed upstairs, she kicked open the door, on the other side of the door was a frightening naked girl jumping off her naked brother. She then confronted her brother crying and hitting him and grab up his prize Horse trophy and broke it by tossing it to the ground beside the girl. She storm out as Samuel drag on his pants chasing after her. They both landed up into the hall where her father was walking with a business partner, Samuel shirtless and pants pulled, Katherine looking messy. As they look at their father , they could tell he was very upset and they were about to have it. Katherine however didn't want to know her fate because she had a patient to get back to. She makes her way back to the forest a fresh pair of clothes for him and some food and water. After refusing to take anything from her, Aron was too weak to reject her offerings any longer. As she fed him, she assure him that no one else wouldn't trouble him. She then takes him to an old abundant house over on the other side of the forest. She explained to him that it was once her grandfather's plantation house and that he could stay there without anyone knowing. Everyday she would carry food and water for him until he was healed. Even when he was sick, they still couldn't stay away from being intimate which each other. One instance while he was still healing, Katherine accidental almost broke his arm after playing it rough.
