1 Who's there?

Charlie! Charlie!! Annie tapped softly trying to wake him without make much noise, I heard something like someone is in the house she whispered slowly in fear.

Charlie there's nobody in the house he said, trying to make sure she goes back to bed but she refused, suddenly he heard a glass break like someone is trying to force the windows open, he got up and walked slowly with Annie behind him to the place of the noise.

who's there?

they both chorused, untill they saw flash lights and they rushed out to notice their neighbors where already staring at the inscription on the wall.

Charlie knew he had to protect his family, so immediately he made calls to the best private security firms and that's how he got a deal, back to the houses Annie sat with tears freely flowing from her eyes, he cuddled her trying to assure her it would be different, she held on to him until she slept.

some years back, if houses where marked with such inscription the victims are found dead within a week, so everyone knew about the markings and nicknamed the killer GHOST because none has seen him.

Even the authorities had issue cash prices for anyone with valuable information that would lead to his arrest. but it has all failed.
