2 Zanpakutō
I cannot believe this is actually happening, cold sweat drips down my back as realization slowly begins to seep in. From what I know of events like these, then this is the plot of a freaking light novel, which in a way might be great, but it also might fucking suck ass. In these kinds of novels, everybody speaks fucking Chinese for one, and I don't, so this might just be an issue, everybody also gets offended at every little thing and might decide to kill or cripple you just for bumping into them on the street. At least I don't have to deal with that right now since I am in the middle of buttfuck nowhere... Holy shit!!! I am in the middle of nowhere, there is no human in sight and I was just attacked by a freaking mutant mole, that means I must be in the wild surrounded by vicious beast some even stronger than that mole obviously. Since the mole was already this strong, wouldn't I die straight away if I ran into a rabbit?
I guess my first order of business has to be getting out of this place, and finding a city, or village pretty much anything but a freaking Olympic sprinting, man-killing moles. I should probably also use my skill points since I have five, they'll probably give me an advantage when it comes to future encounters. I looked over my stats, but something was strange, shouldn't my stats be higher than 5, after all, I gained 5 levels doesn't that mean that it should have added 5 points to whatever my usual stats were. There is no way I was at 0, after all, although I wasn't the strongest or fastest but, after going through ranger training I wasn't weak either. But it looked like the only thing that remained consistent was my intelligence, whose number I am pretty sure represented my IQ.
It could also mean that compared to the existences in this world my previous strength didn't even register, that seems like the most likely reason for why stats were at 0 prior to my evolution. Damn, I was seriously lucky, that means if I hadn't been brought to this place with my weapons I would never have leveled up and would be freaking mole meat right now... First thing first I guess I'll put one point in Zanpakutō creation since that would be maxed out with just one skill point, and since my class is shinigami a Zanpakutō is a must. Fuck if I remember correctly when I was in that dark pace it was doing an analysis of my body, and it ended up choosing the bleach system for my body. It's not too bad I guess, but can you imagine if it had given me the dragon ball z system instead, wouldn't I be freaking invincible real quick. Whatever I'll just put a point in Zanpakutō creation.
Right as the skill point is applied I can feel heat spread from the center of my chest towards my right hand. This must be Reiryoku, from what I know of bleach Reiryoku is the energy in your body, I have 5 points of it right now. While Reiryoku is the amount of energy in my body, Reiatsu is the amount of energy I am using at the moment, meaning the energy my opponent can sense I'm using against them.
A blinding light emerges from my hand making me reflexively close my eyes. A few seconds later I can feel my hand closing around what feels like glass. I fall to the ground exhausted, my body covered in sweat, this must be what its like to use all of my Reiryoku. I look in my hand and there lies a Katana, though it is the weirdest one I have ever seen. Its made out of transparent material similar to glass, the guard looks like the same one on Yasuo's sword from LOL, and the entire thing is covered by gray clouds the look like they are trapped inside the mirror like sword, slowly moving round and round. The longer I look at it, the more I feel like it is alive, its almost as if it whispering to me. I feel an intrinsic connection to it like it is family. I unsheath it, the blade looks just as magnificent as the sheath.
"This is nice" I whisper, "I guess its just you and me now" I press a finger to the edge as light as a feather, yet I am still cut. " Nice, unfortunately, no matter how sharp you are I'd rather use my gun since I'm probably too weak to be of any use with you in hand," I tell the sword as if it could understand me, and surprisingly I can feel it vibrating in my hand.
10 minutes later I can feel my body recuperating some strength, and I can finally get on my feet again. I decide to put 2 points in my Hierro, after all a skill that increases offense and defense seems good to me, and my two remaining points in Zanjutsu. After all, I only have about 200 bullets left for my rifle, and 50 for my handgun, that along with 7 grenades, I'm going to need to be able to use my sword. Since Zanjutsu is a basic Shinigami fighting skills with and without a sword, I guess it's probably the best thing to invest in. I can feel an energy flow through my body, every pore seems to open up and tighten simultaneously. As my muscle tighten, I feel like I can lift mountains, blue veins ripple through my skin and steam comes from my every breath, this lasts about 5 min and then it stops. I take my sword and execute a few slashes, it seems to come naturally to me, as if I had been doing this all my life, even the way my feet move after each strike to facilitate the next one makes me think I am superior to even the greatest known Kendo masters on earth.
Satisfied with my progress I guess its time to move out, I look up at the sky hopefully the sun works in similar ways here, if it does that would mean its morning. I might have all day to find people or a place to camp safely for the night. I strap my sword to my waist and start walking towards the tree line I think I can see far off in the distance. It's time.
