11 Kissed unexpected.

Busy with the schedule, I turned to Ezriel when he stood up and went inside of the office. I watched him 'till he was totally left.

I sigh and looked at the computer in front of me feeling so bored. Thinking about yesterday. I cannot stop myself from being paranoid sometimes even without any reasons.

I think about something to avoid those things that wants to form in my mind and wondered about my family. After leaving this country when I was just seven year old girl with my Auntie that I used to hate until now.

She was the one who assign to be my guardian but she chooses to be with her stupid freaking boyfriend that are such an gold digger.

He always came to Auntie when he needs money for his freaking bad habits. I tried to tell it to Aunt but she's not listening to me. She only listened to her stupid boyfriend who only wants from her is money and body.

Her boyfriend is such an asshole. He was once tried to harass and rape me but didn't succeed. My anger to them will always getting deeper.

I was just a kid that time but Already experiencing the worst in life and I'm used to have a hatred to those people who manipulate, humiliated, harass, and bilittled me. My hatred are growing and growing.

I will never forget what they did to me. It left me a big scar and marked a big strain in my inside.

She never treated me as her family or even just as her relatives and that makes me hate her more.

I swiftly sat properly when the door opened and Ezriel directly went to his desk and check all the papers. Someone entered to the office and walk towards him. I watched them checking all the envelopes and papers on the table.

"Sir I think we should tell to the clients that we are refusing their offer of partnership"

He said to Ezriel who is busy looking to all the papers and envelopes to his table and then turned to the guy who called him 'sir'.

"about the company's expense. We need to do a higher selling materials or the exact prices for the customers affordable products that they can buy as well for their needs. Also the clients wants to have a meeting with you to offer an partnership will be not enough to our company's liability and expenses. The offer that they are offering to us is only can help to our small branch of Marciello business. "

Ezriel nodded to what he said and then find something on the papers.

" but they are desperate to have a meeting with you. We already told them that everything is settled and fine, that we have no problem to the financial and other things to this business and company."

I just watched them talking about the business and I can say that this business was on the top. That's why lots of businessman and businesswomen wants to be part of this company. Be a Stockholders and partnership.

This Man is really a great and big catch to the business world I must say. Everyone in the business was desperate to be his partnership.

I can't help but to be amazed at how he managed the two jobs or career he have. That was really cool and amazing.

"yes you are right Miguel. But I have noticed something that we need to figure out what's happening to our employees. Crimes are seems happening often here at my own company. Though the other company also has an issue about this crimes."

The guy nodded to him. Ezriel turned to where I am that's why I looked away and pretend that I was busy to something in the computer.

" Khiella"

He called so I immediately stood up to my seat and walk towards him.

"yes?"

I asked. He stared at me for a second then spoke.

"we're leaving now. Brought the important files."

He said while getting ready by putting all the important documents to the closet of his desk. I look at the guy standing beside me and helping Ezriel so I went to my table and then put all the important files to the bag that was on the chair near from my seat and then walk towards the door then followed Ezriel and the guy.

"Miguel. I will leave now to go to the precinct. You can take care of the company. We'll be back after my Job to the precinct, you know I still have cases to fix"

"everything is settled right?".

He said and the man nodded with the smile when he turned to me to I smiled hesitant to me.

I followed Ezriel after. He seems in a hurry.

"wait. Why are you letting everything to be handled by anyone else to your company?. Isn't he one of your employees?"

I asked. He just glance at me once and then get in to his car when we got to the parking lot. I rolled my eyes when I didn't get a response or answer from him then got in and put my seat belt on me.

" He's the Manager of the company ".

He simply said so I just nodded and didn't bothered to spoke again.

Men while after one hour we finally arrived to the precinct to I went out of his car as he got out of the car. I followed him untill we were inside the precinct. Everyone looked at me. Maybe they just curious why I'm with Ezriel.

I roamed my eyes to the place and watched everyone busy with their works but some of them, the attention was on me.

"Ezriel. Glad you are here now. We have lots of things to talk about"

Said by the man was on early 40's I guess. He also look at me head to toe and frowned.

"who is this lady?"

He asked eyes are still on me. I just look at him emotionless and cold.

"She's Khiella my substitute Assistant and also will be my partner"

I looked at him because of what he said. The man smiled and swiftly change the mood.

"okay so here's all the documents and files that need. By the way before I forget. Did you bring what I ordered you to bring?"

Ezriel nodded and handed the two bags of his right and left hand to the Man.

"so as what we are talking about. The issue about those crimes that are happening often."

I just listened to them and answers when I'm bieng asked. This is what excite me. Thrill and adventures about the cases that should be fix.

I never thought it will happen. This is what I want even before. Bieng part of this.

But some part of me is saying something that hurting me.

I couldn't explain it right now because I wanted to forget everything even just for now.

We sat down after an hour and I'm thankful for that because my feet are getting hurt and numb at the same time. Imagine we're talking about the case for almost an hour and didn't even think about us setting pretty on the chair.

It's good that we are now setting not standing.

"we got the information about your previous assistant and the employees who also died recently. All the info we got is never reach the culprit's whereabouts and anything about it."

While listening to them I played my fingers and then giving them a glance for a seconds and then back to what I am doing.

I thought I would never get bored but it was just what I think 'cause this also bored me.

Maybe the one that didn't get me bored is when at school. Even before school always give me an excitement even if I'm not a very active student. I just liked seeing students and classmates. Also having fun with them though everyone always bullying me.

But I never give them a satisfaction when they're bullying me.

Because when you show them your weakness. They will never stop stepping on you so the better you can do is just ignore them that will makes them think you have no care about them and you are not affected Because they will eventually stop.

But some people won't stop when you're not giving them any glance. They will think that it's okay to you if you get bullied and that will trigger them to harm you again and again.

Because that is what people are. The world is not the one are complicated because it's the humans being, experiences and situations in our life.

I was back to the reality and got interrupted at my deep thought when the Man earlier asked me some questions.

"miss I need to know what really happened the night when Bervo died".

He said. I looked at Ezriel and the others before nodding and turned to him.

"okay tell us".

"Ezriel ordered me to get him a coffee so I went to the Near lobby of the building. After when I will directly go back to the office I saw a girl who is also working to the company. I followed her until to the parking lot and saw her meet someone and she give a small knife to the stranger and they nodded to each other before they will left. Hiding at the wall not far from them I looked around before stepping out to where I was hiding and followed the guy after. The guy seems waiting for someone at the darkness to come out and do their plan of crime".

They staring at me while I'm telling them what I saw on that night. The man who told me to tell them about the crime scene I witnessed, writing all the important to my story to list it to the notes.

"I hide again and then saw that someone came out of the darkness and waited their target. When the victim arrived at the parking they immediately went to the man and stabs him multiple times at the back and to his chest."

They nodded and then recorded my stories. I stop for a second and looked at Ezriel who is just listening while staring at me and it gives uncomfortable feelings.

I looked away then just continued my story about the crime.

" and then someone called my name so that the two strange guys got interrupted. They immediately run away and then Eman who called my name went to me. I tell him that I saw someone laying on the floor so we walk closer to it and that so he called polices and told me to tell Ezriel what happened ".

I said finishing the story. They all stop the records and listing when it's done.

" it's good that you didn't get caught by those mens"

I nodded and then secretly be thankful that it's finally done so Ezriel's intent stare is not on me.

"okay so we will review about this. We'll call you if we're done reviewing all of this".

He said and turned to Ezriel then to me. Oh thanks goodness it's finally done.

We walked towards the door and was about to leave when someone stopped us from leaving and accidentally both of us turned to the same direction of our heads that caused us to be accidentally kissed each other.

Shock plastered on our faces. I quickly hurried to pushed him slightly. I didn't know that we were that close, that when you did a wrong move and it will happen.

This scene has a familiarity to what happened last time on his house. My face turned red because of embarrassment.

This is so freaking embarrassing. Again I'm very ashamed of myself.

I shyly look at the guy who stopped us from leaving. They all seems shocked about what they witnessed. Owh goodness this is so frustrating.

"owh.. Ahmm.. I just want to give this bag. Miss you forgot it so.. Here"

He said and handed me the bag. I hurriedly get it and then walk towards the door and went outside faster as I could.

I hurriedly get in to the girl and my heart beating so fast like it has a racing game.

Stop it. Stop from beating so fast remember that it's not your first time to be kissed by someone. But heck I cannot understand why it feels so new.
