4 4 : The Truth

Her jaw dropped and eyes widened by the view inside the secret room.

Two peoples are there. A tall man and a woman. Are they intruders. What if they are some spies came to abduct files from our office. What if they have weapons.

But what is he doing now.

He is kissing the woman. Are they employees working here .Don't tell me I'm witnessing a office romance at this hour. And all of above they are in the chairman's room.

I..Is he biting her. A crazy man

wait wait what is that, fa.... fangs ...

....A Va..... Vam... Vampire "

when she realized that what's really happening she moved back in shock and bumped in to the table. She ran as fast she can towards the door. The only way for her escape.

Sam POV

When I realized that I was in trouble i ran towards the door . When I was so close to the way of my escaping the door closed with a heavy sound . And I can feel that I'm in between two strong hands. Now I can hear my own doki doki.

" Where are you running peeking tom"

This sound

when I heard that voice i forgot to breath . As I recognized the owner of that voice i become fragile.

He grabbed me and pulled my body to face him. He was so tall and I'm only reaching his chest. He lifted my face that staring at his naked chest.

His blue eyes now turned into red

His pink lips that's now covered with blood.

He is both scaring and tempting.....

And That day I Accidentally found out that My boss William Alder the Chairman of A group...

....is a VAMPIRE.

And the veracity which I found out accidentally was mesmerizing.

Wait what... am I enjoying the sight . I'm blushing in this life threatening situation. Come back to reality Sam, I try to tell my own body but ....

Sometimes the body won't listen to it's owner...

" What am I supposed to do with you" his voice made me come back to my senses. He released his hand from my shoulder

" Initially I thought you will be useful in controlling my woman and assigned you as my temporary secretary "

Temporary, am I going to be jobless now.

" But I can't do that now right " thank god ,I'm not going to become jobless . If I'm not going to lose my job then what am I , his secretary... a va...vam...vampires secretary.

I was so busy with my thoughts and I didn't realize that he became so close to me again .

He leaned towards me and then whispered

" Now I won't leave you alone because

.... you know my secret" his cold breath that fondling through my ears gave me chills.

While I was so busy with being frozen he moved away and entered to the secret room slamming the door behind.

Narrators POV

After William leaved the room Sam stayed there staring into the space for another few more minutes. When she came back to reality she ran out from the room, from the reality.

When William confirmed that she no longer in there he come out from the secret room. He wore his shirt and sat on the chair.

William POV

While leaning back in the chair her sweet alluring smell flashed through my mind. It was .....tempting..... but She is just an another ... Women ... A... Human....I don't care. I don't want to.

Sam POV

I ran all the way to my apartment. From his room, from the office, from him .

I was sweating, out of breath and tired ...but I just kept running all the way back. I locked my door and all windows and finally hide under my blanket. And realized that I was shivering all these time.

I try to divert my thought and try to sleep

"1 sheep 2 sheep 3 sheep 4 sheep 5 sheep 6 sheep... 7Vampire...

No no no not that . Think something else Sam....". I try to console my self. Whatever I did to avoid that thought I again and again merge with the reality.

Well it's true that the thing we want to forget will always end up remembering even more .

What's going to happen tomorrow he said he won't leave me alone. No no he didn't say that. He said I won't be a temporary secretary anymore. Isn't that a good thing.

But why do it feels like it have double meaning. Was he indirectly meant that he is going to kill me. Am i going to die at this young age . No... I don't want to. I want to eat snow with my bare hands( AN: don't do that it's not good for health here Sam is going crazy so don't imitate her 😌). I also want to see northern lights. What about my polar bears T-T.

Jess POV

" Why isn't she picking her phone . Is she ok. Please god not another bad fate in her life she already gone through a lot. She already suffered enough let her be happy this time.

..... Please be happy sam and pick my phone. If you're sleeping your ass off and I'm worrying for nothing imma give you piece of my mind tomorrow XD"

Sam POV

When I opened my eyes it was raining outside and it was dark.

I can see the curtain floating in the light of thunder.

I closed my eyes again to sleep . Suddenly a heavy lightning bombarded and I opened my eyes startled and looked at the windows .

Someone is standing there . And suddenly the figure came close to the bed and grabbed me by my neck... I moaned in pain... I can't breath.

Am I going to die.

Who are you.

Why do you want to kill me.

In those painful moment i heard five words that's is cable of crushing my heart.

"I

Don't

Need

You

Anymore"...
