1 Prologue
In a dark and gloomy place a young man can be heard muttering "Im sorry" over and over again as he walked mindlessly.
When someone looked in his eyes, there is nothing but regret and guilt can be seen inside.
Many years is wasted as he finally changed his destination. The cloaked man continued to walk nonstop until he reached the center of the barren graveyard.
At the center there is a lone and single grave. The man is now infront of the tombstone as he started to be emotional.
He sometimes laugh and sometimes cried. The man seems to recall all about the memories and things about the person died he visited.
After a few years of melancholy the young man took out two bottles of alcoholic drink from nothing. He then drink one bottle as he poured the other into the tombstone.
Unknown years passed by but the young man is still staring at the same tombstone for countless years now. He seems thinking something deep before light of hope appeared in his blank eyes.
The young man said some words he can only understand, followed by the end of his words a pillar of light that covered everything starts to bloom surrounding everywhere.

"Where am i?, I thought i already died? Is this the so-called 'Afterlife'?" The soul asked
Looking around the unknown soul can only see the surrounding place full of white walls that is giving a majestic and calming feeling.
Suddenly a figure covered with blinding light appeared. The light walked towards his direction and stopped in front of him.
Being in a creepy place and the unknown white figure appearing out of nowhere made him slightly panicked.
He is trying to make sense what is happening till a rush of memories deeply drilled into him.
Many unknown information followed by his former memories rushed into his <core>. Arranging his new found memories he now know what situation he is currently in.
"You are finally awake now let's finish our deal" The bright light said breaking the soul in his contemplation.
He is currently breathing heavily but he forcefully calmed himself down. The soul then recalled the time he made a wish before he fell into deep 'sleep'.
⁂1 Hour Earlier⁂
"Where am I?. Wait am I dead?? but how??." The soul screamed as he keep looking around.
The soul then see the place, it is empty white and the room that have dull white walls.
Seeing the empty room he recalled the novels and fictions he read as his hobby before he died by a blinding flash of light.
"If I remember this is the part where a 'God' will arrive and tell me that I can choose to reincarnate and stuff right?"
"So you finally arrived we can-
The soul immediately interrupt the light figure in front of him. "Hold it right there shining guy what is happening here"
Unafraid of who or what is in front of him right now, he asked to confirm his speculation and tell which direction this 'cliché' reincarnation story will be going.
"Well for starters I'm what you called mortals refer to as 'God' and you are in my domain. Now that it's out of the way , the issue is we need to kill you.
Before you interrupt me again listen for the reason first alright." The God said as he take a deep breath and continued to explain.
"You are affected of a sickness that can kill us 'Gods' but somehow your body resisted it by creating antibodies and improve your body and can live for a long time.
As for how long it's till your planet's central star explode, meaning your so-called <Sun>.
We need your body so we can search the answers we need to create a cure we've been working on for almost 3 chaos cycles."
It takes for a few moments before the soul processed the information he received from the 'God'.
"Wwaaaaaaait WHATT YOU KILLED ME???!! AND FOR WHAT TO RESEARCH MY <body> ON TOP OF THAT TO CREATE A FU**ING CURE?!!??." The soul screamed
After a few minutes of shouting colorful profanities he is now tired but he still unable to calm his anger for such petty reasoning.
The young soul really feels unlucky right now. Seeing him like that the bright figure points his fingers at the soul and shoot a green coloured light that quickly calm the soul from having another panick attack.
After a few moments the soul forcefully calmed down but he still continue cursing the 'God' lowly. The God prevent the soul to 'speak' any further as he explains the situation.
"A very rude soul , well it doesn't matter we know that it's unfair but we really need your mortal body as a research material and create a medicine for the illness that can affected us higher being.
Many catastrophic events that may happen if more Gods die. We 'Gods' need to maintain the balance and prevent such events to occur.
So as a compensation we will offer you a deal" The God one again points his finger at the soul to enable his ability to 'talk'.
"Wait so let me process this a little bit…
So in a nutshell you killed me and take my body, a <mortal body> at that to create your so called <cure> that can affect even you and other 'Gods', wow just waow that's a lot to take in.
I don't even know if I'm lucky or unlucky in this situation... but as you already killed me i know that i can't go back now right??. So instead of waiting and wasting time let's hear what's this 'DEAL' of yours to me"
"Well I read the memories from your deepest desire, so just like you wanted i will give you a chance to reincarnate.
I estimated your worth and i can give you 4 wishes for your body and another 2 as a peace offering to you.
So all in all i will give you 6 wishes in total. There is also no limitation other than having more wishes or directly wishing to be a God of course.
May this opportunity to let you mature more as this will also be your trial if you can ascend to the Gods Throne or not." The God explained amiably
Thinking that this is too good to be true the soul know that there is no free lunch in this world so he decided to create precautions and fail safes in his wishes.
"Alright then my first wish is you have to vow your very being that this 'DEAL' of ours will not be leaked to ANY others and no secrets allowed during our deal"
"There is no need to as this deal is made by the 〔Council of Gods〕 to be confidential so there is no need to waste your wish and i have my own pride as a 'God' young soul I will not deceive you."
"Fine then my wish is to have ultimate hiding 〔Skill〕 that can hide my thoughts , memories , power level etc etc from everything of course it includes fate, heaven's will, karma and you 'Gods'. I want it to be engraved in me and protect my existence passively" The soul said after thinking for a few hours
Without further delay he immediately wish a concealment technique to hide his thoughts process to the higher being in front of him.
He also hoped that maybe this can also help him in his future escapades.
"That's an intresting wish you want there young soul but nonetheless understandable alright then. Every God can conceal themselves from the heavens will so it's not a big deal.
As an extra compensation I will ask the other Gods who excel in this department for a better technique."
The figure one again points his fingers at him and give what he wished for but the soul feels unimaginable pain assault him as the skill he wished is currently engraved in his very soul itself.
To engrave something it needs full focus so the process is slow and tedious. Now information after information is forcefully pushed itself to the soul slowly.
The process takes 17 year but the young soul gritted his teeth as he endure the torturous experience.
After 17 years he feel refreshed, he feel that he is free and not bound by any shackles.
He calmed down as he try and use his new 〔skill〕, instinctively he used his new knowledge to try 'his' new ability.
After trying it, it indeed can concealed and hide his thoughts, but for him it's far from being called a perfect concealment technique.
"There you go this skill is from the Night Goddess she give me the permission to give it to you but you are not allowed to teach it to others or there will be consequences, do you understand?"

After hearing that I can improve it I didn't listen anymore and just think of a wish that can give me maximum benefit to get stronger.

Quickly organising and reeling his emotions in check he decided that he wanted to live his live in his past world atleast till the end before he proceed to start in his new life.
He know it's the opposite of what he planned but he didn't want to be ungrateful to his parents.
'I wish to return to my past self and live in it before wishing more if it's alright with you'
"I can't comply to your request this time because it will take long time, you should remember what I said that the disease will prolong your life span than a normal person right ?, the 〔Time Lords〕 will also retaliate if i did return you"
The figure replied to the young soul amiably.The soul already prepared an alternative solution as he already think that it will be close to impossible to return to his past life so he said
'Is it alright to put me in a dream sort of reality. So that I can live my life in that but with the similar settings as my past life before you killed me?.
If so can you create a clone of me in my past world and give my family a blessing so they can live a more luxurious and healthy life if you can'
"I can do everything in this wish as it's just a minor request. Before I put you inside the dream you must remember that our conversation will be sealed until you 'die' again inside your dream. But are you sure that you will waste one wish for this?"
'Yes I am' The soul answered firmly
"Since now I can't read your thoughts can you atleast tell me what's the reason of this wish of yours. It's not compulsory so you can also not answer if you desire"
'Oh sure~, Nothing much actually. I just want to know what path in life I will take in the first world even if it's my own demise.
I also wish to know what will I do if i didn't get this chance even if it will take one wish then so be it.'
'There's still more opportunity anyway. I also want to experience what failures i will face so i can prevent it in the future.
If possible my memories in that stimulation will give me much experience and drive to be better in my next world at least that's my plan.'
The figure looked at the soul with interest as if he looked like a person who seen a precious treasure.
The God know that the soul can be a genius if wanted to but at the same time his extreme laziness is his own shackle.
That then give him the mindset to do things in the most efficient way to deal with the things he wants later.
"Alright then years in your dream will be a few seconds or minutes in this domain. Now find yourself a comfortable position, As I will now put you in your wish."
Soon after that the God chant something as the soul's vision turn black…

The young soul finally remembered what he did before he died in his dream and at the same time the wishes he still left.
He quickly organized his former set of memories to update the current one.
He then recalled his name and his family. Like his father that give him every request he wants.
There is also his lovable mother that take 3 - 4 work for both his brother and him to give what they wanted. His mother give them all the love and affection.
Also the material things be it clothes , gadgets and many more that they wanted.
But in the end they take it all for granted and live his life full of regrets.
He then have his so called 'friends' that did nothing but to take advantage of him and the money he received from his mom.
There is also some pursue who pursue after his looks. Well the soul have quite above average asian face before so he looked rather attractive for those thots.
He don't have any dreams and goals set as he knew that if he want something he will get it through his mother or father.
But he regretted everything, as he become lazy as the time passed by.
That is until his mother can't comply and work anymore because of her old age. At that time he need to work hard just to receive some money.
The soul who didn't know hardships before now needed to be the breadwinner in the family.
He need to pay bills, money for food and other miscellaneous things just to live for a day.
Added to this is his leach like 'friends' and relatives that make it more harder for his every day life.
Until the young soul don't want it anymore as the pressure is too much for him to handle so he gave up and take his own life.

The soul wails and cried his heart out as he know all he's short comings and deeply regret many things.
Even if it's a dream he know that every decision he made inside there were all true. His childishness and incompetence lead to his own regrets.
He cried and cried, after some months passed he finally resolved to move on. He don't want to feel it again.
So he come to conclusion that if he don't want to be forever known as a failure, then he need to put his efforts and full attention to achieve his desired goals.
Now the soul firmly believe and decided that he will live his life for himself and his future loved ones.
Without him knowing the soul now have a determined flicker as some light glow and enter inside him making it grow more powerful. But the God seems to notice the change in the soul.
'Is that a.. h-how is it that possible!!?, H-H-he obtained a spark of 'his' divinity?!!!?' The Bright Entity thought
As he sees the absurd situation the higher beings body is now jerking as he mumbled something again and again.
Unknown to the soul what is happening outside, he decided to change for the better and now he know the meaning of the saying in his past life.
{You will only know it's true value when it's gone.}.
The soul now decided that he will take up to the up coming challenges he will face. He will not back down anymore it's not just for his past family but also for himself.
He is glad that he wish his family to be healthy unlike that of what he experienced in the dream even though he can't be with them at least he is sure that they live a happy life.
'For my third wish I want my 'OWN' system that is bound to me and my soul alone but also have everything in existence in the shop.
But to but it I need to exchange system currency for the items and other things inside the shop function.
If possible I also want to customize and add some features in it myself.' The soul said to the God infront of him
"It's quite a hard request as the Artifacts like the 〔System〕 is long been banned by the Gods. Wait a second I will ask the other Gods first...
Hmmm… interesting… The Council give their individual votes and your request have 87 Yes and 12 No...
So the wish has been approved, you are now permitted to have a system like you asked"
The higher being then fulfill his wish as the veil of light enter his soul form surrounds him and soon disappeared.
That wish take many consideration l but the 'Glowing Figure' still did it as a compensation.
As soon as the contract is fulfilled the blinding light that cloaked the God disappeared. And now the soul can finally 'see' the one fulfilling his wishes.
The Man is quite tall maybe around 1.8 meters in height. He have the typical grandfatherly visage along with his long white beard that reach his waist and also a long white hair that can be found everywhere in cultivation novels.
He also have his robe that is made of pure soft silk with gold ornaments and gold markings markings.
If looked closely, the God's robe is very unique. It have a twin dragon insignia at the back side of the sleeves that gives the aura of calmness and otherworldly elegance to the onlookers.
"Now who are you really young soul?"
The soul is confused of why does the 'God' ask that question to him but as he does not feel ill intent he replied
'I don't know what are you smoking but i didn't introduce myself before didn't I.

Before I introduced myself I feels another force shaked my soul. Soon A new set of memories forcibly inject and latch itself into me.
After a while the influx of memories settle down completely and now I can see a different figure standing in front of me.
The figure is 190 cm tall handsome guy with void black hair. He also have a bright purple eyes that can enchant people.
His eyes when see up close you can see a galaxy spinning inside those irises. The guy have a lean figure it's not too buff but also not scrawny looking.
He is wearing a full dark armor that is made of some sort of shadows?… or it it darkness?… I don't know where it is made of but it's so black.
But unlike what it looks like you can't feel any sinister feeling into it, instead you can feel some kind of protection and tranquility.
"Who are you?" I said dumbly. My eyes widened as i realized that i can now finally speak.
But before I celebrate I instead looked wary because of the unknown guy infront of me. I looked at him with caution as i don't know what is happening right now.
The Man then stared at me as he said ⟦Hello there my past? or my future? well it matters not this is pre recorded anyway so listen carefully…⟧ in a mesmerising and ethereal voice.
I feel that this situation happened already but I don't know how. Before I continue my thoughts. The figure no the self proclaimed 'Future me' proceed to speak and caught my attention.

Before I question the system what is the unknown variables in the AI tab, I found myself standing in front of the wish giving old man once again.

It started to break piece by piece, but instead of being harmed i can see your soul is being refined.

'Ummmm, sure God… I mean what are you asking again?'

'Oh that, sorry name's Sanja Mr?'
"Just call me 'Light' for now as you can't say my real name just yet, Now what's your 4th wish then" The God said amiably
I started to think for a while then I remembered that i need more skills for myself. I need to use force as a last resort precaution if negotiation failed.
Plus the other bunch of stuff that I think i can buy in the system shop so yeah i will skip that for now'
'My fourth wish is to have the ability to travel different verses be it fictional or non fictional universes' I asked hopefully
As I said those words, like he expected me to wish that, he then grant me the ability to create portals to go in other world.
He also attached it to the system for my use. But to use it I need to have an appropriate energy source to activate the 〔skill〕.
Damn it's like I have a luxurious car but I can't use it because I don't have fuel for my car to run. Did I just got scammed?!? What the Fu*k ??!!.

I also need the coordinates for it to function, well the system can take care of that and it will also let me pick the timeline so that's quite nice. The only problem is the appropriate energy to power this up.

The soul's <core> unknowingly shake again and a sudden name of a certain energy is now inside his subconscious.
'I want to own a combined energy of every other energy in existence so not only I can individually use every energy this will also give a choice to combine 2 or more separate and different energy to make a new one, I also want my energy be useable for everything and not restricted by any world systems'
"I can't do that because you first need a vessel. In simple terms a body that is durable enough to handle the pressure of the said energy for it to circulate thoroughly inside of you.
By doing so it will then strengthen your vessel even further as time passed by. Later then it will be able to handle the pressure of chosen energy naturally and unhindered."
'Then i wish to have the perfect and adaptable body that can passively perfect the balance between my soul and body first'
Before making this wish my instincts tells me that having the perfect equilibrium between soul and body will give me a more solid foundation later.
Instead of the usual instability and imbalance like having my soul ripped from my body or the possibility of my body being possessed will be lowered to almost non existent because of this.
"That's acceptable, Now what is your last wish?"
***3rd POV***
The soul of Sanja closed his non existent eyes before a blinding green light flew towards him as he felt a tugging sensation.
Instead of resisting he let it guide his soul towards his new body.
'This body really looks like my 'future self' especially my black hair but currently it's filled with more baby fat and emerald eyes??, why emerald??.
As far as i remember my future self have purple one right? Something's not adding up here.' Sanja's new body looks like around the age of 4 , 'I don't wanna lie but Im sure looked cute and adorable right now.'
"For my last wish I want my own energy that I can use everywhere"
Light look at Sanja's 4 years old body and felt a dark foreboding feeling like the situation is extremely familiar.
He felt that this current situation is being repeated over and over again. It feels like a never ending cycle.
So as precaution to change the future he decided to take a different path instead of doing what he felt is preordained. Thinking deeply 'Light' decided to follow his guts.
This guy feeling led him to survive for a long time till now, so he once again decided to follow it.
"Well Sanja I will give you choices , you have 2 choices the first one is to cultivate slowly as you absorb the surroundings energy and making it yours.
Then there is the option two. You just need to try an inheritance test. If you succeed then the said energy from the former user of the energy will be yours.
As an extra warning this choice is also random as the energy source will choose you and not the other way around" The God warned
There is another unnoticeable shake in Sanja's soul as 'Light' continued to explain the choices.
Sanja proceed to plan what is best action for him. The first option give him energy that he earn by himself and not from someone else.
But as a consequence It will take a very long time because he need to absorb, integrate and refine the energy before he can acquire a wholw energy source.
He can go to the option 2 he is leaning to this more as the energy is already refined.
All he need to do is to make it his own as the God said the user of this energy already fallen and died but this option have a risk higher than option one.
He also didn't know what energy he will get while on the first one he can cultivate it thus making him have the ability to choose his own path.
Thinking deeply for a while he decided to do a 'high risk high reward' gamble and choose the second option.
"I decided to choose option 2" Sanja said confidently as he felt something calling him somewhere
After he said that a large gate suddenly appeared that quickly suck him inside. Looking at the gates from afar, it have huge pillars made of pure gold.
Looking far away there is some large statue of phoenix and dragon bound together at the top of each pillars.
Sanja feels that his body is being dragged towards something but each time he go deeper the harder it is to breathe.
After entering the gate he is now inside a long dark tunnel. Inside of it is so dark that Sanja can't see what's infront of him.
Instead of relying on his eyes he just let his body to move and follow the direction of his 'instinct' wandering inside the tunnel of never ending darkness.
As he goes deeper he can feel some small flicker of lights that tried to bound to him from time to time and failed before completely disappearing somewhere.
As his body keep going deeper for who knows how long , the harder it is to bear the pressure that the surrounding darkness is currently emitting.
But Sanja knew that the harder it is to reach, the better the rewards. So he continues to move even if he feels like having added gravitational pressure on top of him every second passed.
Sanja persist and persevere as he keep moving forward the darkness…
⁂Years Later⁂
Many years passed by and now Sanja can be seen kneeling at the solid ground because of the massive amount of pressure. But looking closely at him, he still take a step forward from time to time even at the impossible situation.
There are moments that he want to give up, there is also times that he didn't know whether he is moving in the right direction. But he remember that he need to get 'that' energy.
Sanja can feel it getting closer and closer to him and he know that if he absorb this energy his plans for the future will be more smoother.
While walking he also organize various memories that he get from before. This is also the method he used in order to distract himself from the pain he is feeling.
As time passed by he now felt slightly numb to pain. Everytime that he feel that he wanted to give up he will look at his memories. Just like this his daily cycle continues.
Way back before he checked his memories he stumble something about the real name of this place. It's called 〔God's graveyard〕 that's the name of this forsaken and hell like wastelands.
According to the rumors many inheritance are left behind in this place. This land also have its own 'fairy' as it appears for one day and then will disappear in the next.
***Sanja's POV***
"Finally I found 'it' for who knows how long I am walking since I started and now its finally over"
I felt the familiar attraction toward this gem. I don't know how to explain but it feels like a missing piece of my soul itself.
As Sanja hold the Ruby he finally gained the energy he needed an energy that can be used for literally anything but as he feel it the energy is also more chaotic than its other counterparts.
He didn't believe in whatever 'Light' said about the energy is picking for its user. He knows that is a hoax from the ancient times of God.

After getting the gem i feel another place is attracting my soul. I wanted to search for it but before I tried to walk towards its direction I feel myself being ejected outside of this place forcefully.
I feel some kind of sensation that pushes me outward. I feel that I will die if I resist this. So I instead let it go and just let my body float obediently following the force.
I feel regretful but 'Damn finally I left that dreadful place and how long I am in there anyways' While complaining I didn't notice 'Light' staring at me with uncomfortable expression in his grandfatherly face.
Light cough to get Sanja's attention "*Cough* Well that just took you 486 years to finish the trial, quite fast compared to the others who died or trapped forever inside but what did you get?"He asked curiously
"Wait what do you mean 486 years? Why is my body still 4 years old though? Also I can be trapped inside there?? Why didn't you tell me about that?!!" I screamed
"Well 486 and half year to be exact but that is beside the point. Your body is still four because of the time laws can't access that place but the growth in your soul will remain. Anyways so what did you get in there?" Light one again asked with an exited expression
"I got a ruby and the system said it is called <Alter Source> so what is that anyway" With a curious expression I asked.

He then decided to pick a world where having a super power is normal and also coupled with advanced technology to help him when he travel some primitive or medieval world.
After that he also want slowly change and train his mindset overtime so he can grow not only physical but also mentally for his future adventure.
