1 A brilliant young detective.

Paris had never been safer. People could move up and about there day to day with nothing to fear except fear itself. Justice was at its all time high. Criminals were convicted of there crimes, evil schemes were unmasked and everything was as it should have been. The peace and tranquility of the city were for a larger part, the workings of one man, one young man, Edward Smart.

Young as he was he still proved to be a great detective. His youth did by no means render him inexperienced. He carried out his duties with much wisdom and courage. Fear itself was no part of his being. He had these eyes that could look a man in the eyes and see all the way through to his soul. He's genius must have been his most exemplary quality.

Edward was born in Paris, raised in Paris and even done his police training with the Paris police core. He was English by decent however. His parents were both English but moved to Paris early in there marriage on a honeymoon but got so acquainted to the place that they chose to stay. Edwards father worked mainly in Brighton.

Edward was Paris' hero. He had convicted many evil men that were at work. Many other evil men must been frightened at the detectives success and deterred from committing any crime themselves. Whatever the case, Edward Smart was a phenomenon to be reckoned with. He had a hundred percent record. What happens though when he is assigned to a new city to protect. let's find out shall we?
