Rosaline POV

I woke up in different clothes and no sign of my mate, sigh he must be so mad at me I thought I heard  the door squeak open "BETHANY!" I screamed as I flung the cover off of me and ran over to my best friend  "I missed you," I cried " I missed you too bestie" she said through sobs.

Bethany is my beta aka my best friend she left home in search of her mate…. "WAIT DID YOU FIND YOUR MATE !!" I pulled away and jumped up and down clapping my hands like a little child that was told they got a puppy, she sigh "no, when I heard that the castle was under attack I knew the king and queen wouldn't of survived and you would be queen and every queen needs her head warrior" she said I felt a wave of sadness wash over me I looked down

"Hey, hey it's okay I rather be here with you" she assured me I sigh and started walking to the door she followed close behind me " so you found your mate I'm guessing " she said I blush nervously. "I met him this morning silly" she giggled, "wait really do you like him?" I questioned, "yes and he's in your father's office, my smile dropped "what's he doing in there?" I asked "He is to be king is he not?" she asked confused I sigh and head for the door I was met with my mate and another man. "Good morning I'm very sorry for the intrusion," I said and started turning around to leave, *mate* the man stood up her look like a younger version to my mate but difference was he had grey eye and gold hair like me.

Bethany POV

*mate* my wolf howled, I started getting nervous do I look okay? Do I smell good? Dear moon goddess help. I shrieked in my head my mate looks like Rosaline's mate I smiled as he was standing in front of me " h-h-hi" was all I was able to stutter out, he chuckled and I felt butterflies in my belly, this was really weird he placed his fingers underneath my chin for me to look at him he then kissed me….. it felt magical it was slow and passionate.

*Bang*

Unknown POV

The sound of the gun shoot rang through my ears I instinctively pushed my mate behind me, "ROSALINE!" my mate screamed and pushed away from me and ran to her best friend I'm guessing, my brother was holding his mate growling furiously I started growling when I heard a voice chuckling.

"What a show" the rogue said I growled and stood in front of my brother his mate and my mate, I was getting ready to fight  " this doesn't concern you mutt" he sneered at me, "technically it does" my wolf spoke.

"Well so be it" he said between his gritted teeth, within a matter of minutes a fight broke out.

I shifted in my golden wolf it was ten of them against three, one lunged for my mate an I tackled him and ripped his throat out, I spit out his blood growling and circling my mate  "oh how sweet the mutt has a mate" the rogue said I sneered as they got closer

*Bang*

"BETHANY NO" I growled and ripped each and everyone of their throat out, the other rogue got away, "shit" I muttered but i didn't care I rushed over to my mate and mind linked the doctors " baby no stay here no baby stay" I begged and pleaded the doctor rushed into the room doctor Niles took my mate whiles the other doctor took my brother mate a growled " dude it's okay they gotta save them" I said suddenly Rosaline's body started levitating and she screamed my brother stood fast on his feet "princess I'm here" he cooed "make it stop please make it stop" she begged and cried she let out another scream of pain and the lights went black
