Rosaline POV

I felt a pain run throughout my body I curled in on myself the pain was unbearable and then I saw my mate... Kissing other girl.... Wait no ....that can't be. MY FUCKING BEST FRIEND. I felt my heart shatter, my wolf howled in pain please not this... I thought he loved me, did...did he lie to me....why do I feel so.... So, I don't even know how to explain it, it like being stabbed and then shot and then watching someone take everything away from you...I shot straight up in bed tears streaming down my face, I screamed the pain intensifying rapidly, I heard the door open but was in too much pain to look up to see who it was.

"Hey shhh, your strong, your going to get through this" a unfamiliar voice said I felt the pain ease up a bit, I looked up to be meet with a pair of dark brown eyes, they held worry, I was so caught up in my thoughts I jumped a bit when he picked me up " hey I'm harmless" he joked which made me laugh a bit "I'm taking you to your room, you shouldn't be in this son of a bitch's room" he said venom dripping from the words, for some odd reason I felt safe in his arms "wait what's your name? Who are you? And how do you know where my room is!?!" I questioned he chuckled and said he was assigned to be my body guard and was given a tour of the castle, he add that I wouldn't crowned queen due to the  experience "NO THEY CAN'T WHO'S GOING TO RUN THE KINGDOM WHAT IF THEIR JUST POWER HUNGRY!!!?!??!!!" I screamed at him demanding a god dam answer, "your big brother" he said calmly.

My big brother as in Liam I got lost in thought again, I haven't see my big brother since I was 14, I missed him and prayed one day he'd come home, "hey you okay?" I looked up and smiled "yeah I'm fine, you still haven't told me what's your name though" I said innocently "oh...Vain" he said in a shyly manner, I smiled at him "do you like Oreos?" I asked "yeah why?" he said obviously not get my point I jumped up off my bed and was scooped back up "hey what the hell dude" I said angry and confused "you drained a lot of energy when you shifted into your vampire form" ohhhhhh that would explain it, he was about to say something when the door was kicked open "dude what the entire moon goddess I had that door since I was 5" I screamed I looked at my angry mate, he look like those people from the cartoons who gets all red and steam comes out his ear I started laughing uncontrollably both men eyes were on me, my eyes started watering because of how hard I was laughing "GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY MATE!" Kurlal scream at Vain which made him chuckle darkly, he placed me gently on the soft bed. Kurlal rushed over to me and tried to mark me instead I kicked him right off on me "GO MARK YOUR SLUT ASSHOLE!" my anger was rising and so were my powers, there was a gold aura around me, my hair was going crazy, "leave now!" I said in a deadly tone his skated out the room and I felt my self lose consciousness for a second "I got you it's okay I got you" he said and held me like his life depended on it.

I looked up at him after he had placed me on the bed, "uhm" I said nervously "what is it" asked kindly "do you mind taking off the shirt I feel really warm" he chuckled "sure thing princess" he said which made me blush, he walked over to me and helped me remove the shirt my back was to him when I felt his fingers was  ever so gently trail down my back, I knew exactly what he was looking at my scars from the day I was raped, I whimpered as his fingers traced one of my scares, I sighed as tears formed in my eyes a couple traitors slipped down my cheeks, he growled and asked who had hurt me I turned around to face him I didn't cared that I only had a bra on I looked into his eyes and explained, he was pissed, I cried so hard, "why does everyone hate me? Why do my mates not love me? Am I really that worthless? Maybe I should just stop no one loves me no one cares," I said aloud nothing but tears streaming down my face. "Don't say that I love you, your gorgeous, sweet, caring you're a gem and your previous mates were assholes, your absolutely adorable" he said which made me blush and I bowed my head, then he did something I wasn't expecting or ready for he lifted my chin up and said "I Vain Ryan Lewis Claim you as my one and only mate" and then he kissed me ...
