Who had died silently without a trace of who could have killed him. That is of course except for the two people involved which, Drakkar is now a part of as although he didn't know how he died his predecessor did know that he had indeed offended someone who could kill him with zero traces. Demon Sovereign Astaroth. One of the many Demon Sovereigns in the realm that Drakkar's predecessor had called home. Demon Sovereign Astaroth was known for being absolutely ruthless to those that opposed him. Drakkar's predecessor, had done exactly that believing that he should not be able to come to where he lived unannounced and he had to give him treatment better than himself in his own territory. Drakkar who had read all of these memories thought that it was unimportant and no Demon Sovereign would be this petty... right? Turns out there was, as his predecessor had indeed died right after Demon Sovereign Astaroth said when he would be visiting. Only one day after he had said he would visit, did the former demon lord die. Of course the Demon Sovereign wasn't too petty he had already cursed the predecessor of Drakkar and if he somehow lived he wouldn't care. There were examples of this, as there were others that had miraculously survived after him cursing them and he left them alone unless they opposed him once again without the strength necessary for such a feat.

After completing the task of his that he was asked to do, he left with a sense of achievement for what he has done. After leaving, he went back to his normal life as if nothing happened. But just when he thought he when back to his normal life again, the people who hired him wanted to make sure he never talked about what happened. After surviving against almost a a few dozen armed soldiers and the government assassins, he tries to figure out who he is, and what happened to him when he was at the orphanage when he blacked out. And as he dose that, he slowly figures out who he is, while also being hunted down by those who wants him dead.
