Why on earth did you have to go to my boss to get hold of me. Tonia you where not answering my calls and didn't want to talk to me. You even ignored my emails. Well I thought you are still on about the money how was I suppose to know its about my living arrangements.

Can I put you up in a hotel or bed and Breakfast? I think a bed and breakfast would be more homely Tristan rather a B and B please. What is your plans with this old building of ours.

Well I am going to upmarket the interior and exterior and add a lobby and new feature like little shops etc at the bottom. Why it was fine as it was. When you do all these renovations I suppose we as tenants will have to pay more. No Tonia I will not up the rent for this year. I know you have been living here for the past 12 years.
