The members were thoroughly ashamed. They thought, since the last hotel plan was approved and got hit, they could copy a bit. But they never thought that their plan would be seen through.

"We will submit the new plan tomorrow morning sir, thank you."

"I am going out for lunch, could be a bit late. Do I have an important meeting today?" He asked his secretary while losing his tie.

"Yes sir, you have a meeting with the marketing head to finalize the brand ambassador of our new resort for advertisement. And Mr Raymonds will also come to take you to visit the annual checking of the hotel today. And sir, the investigation dept. Also called to ask you when will you answer their questions.?" For the last sentence, her voice was hardly audible by looking at the expression of her boss.

She would have thought he didn't even hear her but his ugly face told her that's not the case. She knew it's a taboo to talk about that accident but she can't delay the police investigation anymore.

She has already told them many times that their boss is not in the mood to talk about it. But police think that if he could run an office then he could also answer them. Like it's the same thing.

But by the looks of his boss, it's not. If anyone sees him right now they could feel the dark aura coming from him. Even the whole office is literally freezing. If she doesn't know any better she would have thought it's A/c but strangely the boss has none in its office.

"Sir, If you..."

"Ask them to meet me at Together Forever restaurant after lunch and send Mrs Su for the hotel visit. And ask the marketing head to contact Adam to ask for the new brand face. I will inform him of myself.

He would finalize this matter. Mail me all the files and reports. I won't be coming back for today." He stood up and left before she could process and reply about the matter.

In the restaurant.

"So tell me what help do you need?" Adam asked straight to the point while entering the private room even before sitting, just a look on his face can tell he was angry.

"I want you to fix a new brand ambassador for the advertisement and public relations etc. And I want you to help me with my work a bit. So that I can shift here." He said casually like he didn't notice the anger in his Friend's voice.

"And why would I do that? I have my own business to run." He said sitting and glaring at his friend. He didn't even put an effort to coax him.

He is literally begging his Friend to come and meet him, spend time with him. But he didn't even pick up his phone. He just worked all day and got drunk at night so that he could sleep or should he say pass out. He had just met him for the meeting in the mall just like a professional a week ago. And that's it like he doesn't even exist anymore. And now here he is bossing him around.

"Then I am sorry I have to think again about the exclusive contract of opening Together Forever branch in your mall, the competitors are giving me better offers." He said, shrugging his shoulders and eating his noodles.

Adam's jaw dropped. "Fine, you won, but remember that I hate you. And one day there will be my turn." And just like an angry kid he snatched his plate and started eating speedily so that he couldn't snatch it back. That brought a subtle smile on Leo's face. Although Adam continued to be angry but he thanked God and sang a victory song in his heart.

They both were finishing lunch when Adam noticed Valerie talking to the manager well better say pleading. " Look I am ready to work without pay, what else do you want? "

"I am sorry ma'am but there really is no vacancy, and I can't take that decision only our boss can."

"What's happening here?" asked Leo coming out. Although he was asking the manager but since Valerie was standing in the middle of them she thought he was asking her.

"And who do you think you are asking me that?"

" I am..."

"Yeah, yeah I know you are the great Leonardo but this is not Leo's den. So don't interfere"

At this Leo raised a brow while Adam laughed amusedly.

"Pretty lady since the manager is telling you there is no vacancy, then why are you so persistent. Leo's den has two posts available. Why don't you try there?" Adam asked knowingly in a mood to watch the show.

"And you are?" Asked Valerie impatiently.

"You don't know me!" Everyone in the city knows him okay.

"Yeah, we met in the mall. But I don't know your name."

"You don't ?" Asked the manager and Adam in unison.

"She doesn't." Said Leo bobbing his head.

"Look I don't care who you are. But I need a job here. Because I can't work where my boss is rude, narcissistic crazy and.. and... An idiot. So I won't work in Leo's den."

Now this made All the staff shocked, Adam was amused and Leo had an evil smirk on his face.

Watching Valerie and Leo's reaction Adam became happy. Oh this is going to be so much fun!

"So you want to work here. Do you know who is the boss of this place?" Asked Adam it would be a show to see her reaction when she knows who is the owner.

"Who is it?" asked Valerie, anticipating.

"He is." Said Leo pointing at Adam before Adam could say anything.

"He is?" Asked the manager and Valerie together. While Adam raised a brow at Leo. He just smiled, shaking his head.
