The True First Sin

This is the second and last chapter for being on {Fresh Stories}. Enjoy!

"Are you ready to unlock your bloodline, Childe of Man Hei Yun?" Michael repeated, their hands now grasping the crystal ball. A strange, whitish yellow energy seemed to be skimming the surface of the crystal ball, emanating from their palms.

Hei Yun nodded, accepting this new moniker in this world, temporarily releasing the name from his own world. "Yes, Michael. I am ready. Let my bloodline manifest… and awaken my truest side!" He said, raising his hand up and curling it into a fist.

"…. A Chuuni?... At that age?..." Michael muttered, causing Hei Yun to blush again, realizing what he had done was a tad edgy, causing him to shift back into his seat. Michael smiled at this, shaking their head with a smile, before continuing. "Then I shall commence the unlocking!" As Michael spoke, a drop of blood forced itself out of Hei Yun's finger tips, landing on the crystal ball.

Within the crystal ball, a red energy with chains wrapped around it appeared. Michael's energy seeped into the lock, causing it to shake wildly, before finally snapping, vanishing into the aether. The once red energy shone first with a white energy, before a black energy joined, taking up half of the original space, causing the two to fall into equilibrium.

Wiping sweat off their brow, Michael lifted the crystal ball before moving to be in front of Hei Yun's eyes. "Now, Childe of Man. Observe that of your ancestors. For their story is the story of your bloodline."

Michaels voice suddenly seemed to make Hei Yun sleepy, with his eyes focused on the energies, before shutting, with Hei Yun leaning forwards.

"A light, called into being in this corner of vast, endless nothingness. And then… space appeared, quietly, as if it always existed here. In this section of space, various Astral bodies were created. But one in particular was being worked on by divine hands. First, a sphere of oxygen and other gases appeared from nowhere. After some time, a world of mud, minerals, and excess metals appeared, slowly taking shape. As time passed, the world of mud had taken a circular shape. Plants of all types were layered all over this world of mud, turning it into an earthen world. Then water appeared, taking up large swaths of land, as well as adding in animals that flew in the sky and that lived on the ground. Unfortunately, not all was well. Above this world, a faint white world existed here is where angels lived. These beings were made in an image.

Some of these angels rebelled against the Lord G-"an odd sound can be heard, as if a scraping of tapes, before the voice with no voice spoke again. "Some of the angels rebelled against the Lord Israfel. These angels, led by Luci-" the sound of scraping can again be heard, echoing in the void. "These angels, led by Beelzebub, rebelled against the way the Lord Israfel treated them. This elicited the Lord Israfel's anger, causing him to cast Beelzebub and her fellow rebelling angels from heaven, causing their halos to shatter, and their wings turned black. Lord Israfel was cruel to these rebellers, giving them all sets of horns of varying lengths that he called "Horns of Sinners". These Fallen Angels fell from heaven unto the world below, to the Garden of Nede-" The voice stopped, as if expecting to get stopped again, and a silent sigh of relief can be not felt, yet felt, before the voice spoke again.

"These Fallen angels split into two factions. The faction led by Beelzebub, hic she named Demons, and the other faction was under the lead of an unnamed angel with purple eyes. This faction, although nameless at the time, would later receive the moniker of Seraphs Light. They were Fallen Angels who wished to follow the original Will and help those beings who later appeared on the planet when times needed it, such as when the first humans were cast out from the garden of Eden for falling to one of Beelzebubs tricks, causing Uriel to begrudgingly and sadly hold his sword of flame, and force the first two humans fend for themselves. During this time of exile, the two Humans, Adonis and Ena, came upon a Fallen Angel settlement. Their two children gone, perished from the world, one by the others hand. The Fallen Angels would follow the Will and allow these humans to join them. The humans eventually had a child, a girl named Adonae. She grew up along with the children of the Fallen Angels and had even fallen in love with a similarly aged Fallen Angel named Kyi. These two eventually came together as one, and produced a new being, born from their love for each other. A Seraph, they called it. A beautiful girl with jeweled purple eyes, named Juliana. Your bloodline is connected to the Blood siblings of the Seraph Progenitor. You are a full blooded Fallen Angel." The voice said, taking a breath, before uttering "Black Halo, it is time to wake up. And I am sorry but… Its time you get your wings and horns. This will hurt, as the pain receptor is turned to 100% for all race changes. Good luck to you… Descendant of my dear Fallen Brother…" Quietly spoke the barely hearable voice of a happy, yet sad, girl.

With a start, Hei Yun jerked up from the chair, the mosaic censoring following him as he breathed out in harsh breaths, staring at Michael in disbelief for a second. He couldn't believe what he had just heard, and the imagery he saw and felt. It was unlike anything he knew or had felt before, as if he was there for all of it. Michael looked at him, smiling softly and sadly, before turning around, their winged clothing barely covering their backside. "It will hurt for a bit, Hei Yun. I can't help you.." She knew that those who gain wings of white to yellow do not feel pain, but those who gain black wings… The pain is unimaginable. Then the horns… it is said that when Lord Israfel gave these horns as punishment, a third of the fallen angels died from the pain alone of the horns sprouting.

Hei Yun looked at her in surprise and confusion at this odd silent treatment, before he felt it. It felt like his shoulder blades, skin, muscle, bones and all, were ripping off of his back, causing agonizing pain, which made him fall to his knees with his back arched. It felt like someone was sticking thousands upon thousands of fiery hot brands onto his back. Eventually, the pain on his back subsided, and he felt a heavy, slimy feeling weight on his back. And then, the horns started rapidly tearing through his forehead, causing blood to spill out from the point of contact, and an agonizing wail of anguish to spill from his mouth, as it took all the strength Hei Yun had to not start attempting to rip his own skin off in an attempt to be free from the pain, as a low and long "Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccckkkkkkkkk!!!" can be heard from between screams of agony, before finally, Hei Yun was allowed to pass out, then and there.
