"Thank you Andrew. When did you realize it was me?" Allison couldn't help but ask. She had a feeling when he offered to let her live with him, but wasn't sure till now that he recognized her.

He looked around noticing his sister eyeing them suspiciously he sighed. "As soon as I saw your truck. Daisy you know I promised you I would always be there that's why you came to me right." His eyes betrayed the emotions he had been hiding for years.

All those close encounters around town. All the times he visited her in the hospital. She knew about them, but never said a word. "hmm. I did know but circumstances where they are I can't be in a relationship right now. I need to wait knowing Tony he won't spare any expense to find me. He may even have the thought to kill me since I ran this time."

Andrew knew she spoke the truth so he could only turn to Mindy and give her the truth. "Mindy this is Alison Hight aka Daisy. From today onwards though she will be Rebecca Daisy Johnson. She is my fiancee from three states over who came to Pepperton to live and work with her soon to be husband. Her real name must remain hidden at all cost. If anyone asks you she is the daughter to our father's business partner who passed away last month. If Tony Hight approaches you about her this story must be told with a straight face."

"Rodger that. Can me and Daisy go shopping now my darling brother? After all your fiancee needs to be shown around town also she needs a wardrobe showing off her husband to be's wealth. Oh and after we all eat lunch you have to go get a ring with her just so she has a prop for the fiancee title not to mention she will need jewelry for this role. My future sister in law can't be without jewelry. After all she is brothers pride and joy."

Allison heard all that and blushed knowing this brother and sister pair were going all out for this imaginative role. However this made acting a little easier. It's hard enough being the new person in town again but with Andrew posing as her fiancee it made perfectly good sense for a woman her age to move to this small town. "I don't need a whole shopping trip I have a full wardrobe jewelry and all I had put in a storage unit across town. Isn't it more believable if I already had it before I moved here. Otherwise wouldn't people say I was just with your brother for his money. Even if this is just acting I refused to be labeled a gold digging slut."

Mindy rolled her eyes at them and said. "Fine but big brother still needs to get you a ring. It looks better if he goes and picks out the ring alone though so tell him your ring size and he will meet us for lunch. Afterwards me and you can go pick up your wardrobe from storage and take it back to his place. Andrew still has court in three hours so we need to get get a move on."

Andrew and Alison nodded before heading down to leave for lunch. Mindy watched them walking ahead of her thinking about everything Daisy had told her. 'It seems this woman wasn't as heartless as I thought she at least knew my brother really cared and even sought his help as soon as she could.' Seeing Andrew laughing and talking as much as he was she couldn't help but smile at Daisy. No matter what her name was Mindy would always call her Daisy. That's what Andrew always referred to her as in the past and was something she was adamant about. They walked into the Butterfly Lounge the local hotspot for all the elites.

Looking around the restaurant Andrew chose Alison froze. Sitting in the middle of the restaurant was Tony with several coworkers. Seeing him smile at a women he worked with her heart stopped for a moment. She hadn't seen that smile in years. The way his hazel eyes naturally twinkled when he smiled and that dimple on his right cheek. It still drew her breath away no matter how bad he was towards her that was the man she pledged her life to. The man she swore she would never hurt no matter how hurt she was.

Andrew saw the look in her eyes and turned to see what she was looking at. Naturally he frowned when he saw Tony. Why of the places he had to bring her was that guy here. Seeing him with his mistress he knew Alison would be close to tears. Looking back her though he was shocked speechless. Alison was as calm as a cucumber seeing her husband flirting with another woman. In fact the look in her eyes said she even felt sorry for the woman.

"Andrew Daisy why did we stop? Is something wrong?" Mindy's voice snapped them back to their own ordeal. Just in time too. Tony looked their way as he heard Mindy speak. Mindy Sullivan was one of the women in town he wanted to make his so naturally he turned when he heard her.

Tony was shocked though by the enchanting blonde on Andrew's arm. She rivaled even his own clueless wife who was sitting back at home waiting on him. those bright blue eyes the shoulder length blonde hair and perfect hourglass figure. Pair it with her long shapely legs and her big perky breasts. This woman was the epitome of perfection.

He had to have her was all that could run through his mind as he stared at her. "Excuse me I just saw some old friends of mine let me go say a few words." Tony made the excuse like it was natural for him to greet them. He knew him and Andrew had a long feud but surely this guy wouldn't think to do anything here.

"Andrew long time no see and Mindy your as radiant as ever. Who's your lovely friend here I don't think I have ever seen her in town before."Alison couldn't believe her own husband failed to recognize her and seeing Mindy's shocked eyes she wasn't the only one. Andrew just pulled her closer in a defensive position as if he was afraid Tony would snatched her away.

Using the tone she used as a waitress Alison calmly answered him. "Hello I am Rebecca Johnson. Andrew here is my fiancee which is why I came to this place that don't even have a decent medical facility." Hitting him where it hurt was her specialty, and she wasn't going to pass up this chance to do so. "Now if you will excuse us we really would like to eat before my darling goes to his next court case."

Tony was struck dumb by this woman's courage but admired how freely she spoke her mind. Knowing he wouldn't be able to get her today he could only nod and walk away. As he sat at his table he wondered if he should go suprise his wife tonight and make her perform for him again. Smiling darkly he told Elaine he couldn't come over tonight in a text before resuming his meal with the nurses and doctors from his last shift.
