A checkpoint is just a way to start anew.

Opening his eyes, Kyle was only able to see the darkness, he regain of consciousness was followed by a pain, one that tear all soul apart. Screaming madly, it was the first time he felt something that atrocious. After adapting himself to the pain a moment, he felt himself being moved by something.

He then hear a voice that he didn't hear from age.

"Brother wake up please, wake up…"

It was the voice of his younger sister, she was ripped by a Bersekus in the first invasion, it was the day when Kyle decided to become powerful enough to avenge her, but it seem to have not be sufficient, earlier that day his father ask him to protect her and to take care of her and himself. The worst day on earth for him.

But the voice was keeping calling him.

"Brother WAKE UP we need to go, the park is today, UP UP UP!"

Slowly following the voice, he feel his soul aching, but the pain was washed away at the sensation of being fused with something. The sensation was wonderful, like being back in shape, fully feeling all the cells in his body. Opening his sense, he was overwhelmed by the quantities of informations.

"Kyle, are you ok?"

Asked the voice a little worried. By the no reactions of her brother body.

"Waaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

Kyle wake up roaring, scaring his little sister who start to run away quickly going to the Kitchen.

"Mom~, Kyle is mischievous today, he should not go to the park!"

Complaint his sister to his mom.

Without waiting he stand up close the room door and carefully search for information.

He was in his room, the one back a little more than twelve years ago, was he back in time?

Seeing a mirror he go in front of it, to look at the reflection, wat see was the body he has back then without scar, without bruise nor beard, the 16 years old body he had time ago without a muscle.

"ok, maybe it was a dream, or, I was sent back in time for some reason."

Spoke Kyle, letting him thought aloud. And focus a little more on all the sense that he won, without knowing.

'I wasn't able to sense all this back in my teen.'

This was new to him, even before waking up, he didn't remember being able to see all this colour, hear all this sound, feeling the air in his skin that much. All his sense was enhanced like never before, even time seem to be slower than before, a lot slower when he focused.

But his movement was dull, he tried to catch a pen he just threw and was not able to catch it like he wanted.

"Kyle go eat your breakfast please we need to go, quick, to be on time at the park."

"Ok, dad, coming, I need to dress up and I'm coming."

Not wasting time, he took the clothes on the desk, one used for his study, and dress up.

Unlocking his door, he breathe to calm himself, and then open it. He was home, the same stairs, decoration and ambiance than back then. It was hard, for him it was like knife cutting his skin. Putting one foot in front of the other one, he walked to stair, going to the living room next the kitchen. All was back like in his memories. Heat was flowing in him.

Suddenly Kyle start to feel his head buzzing with memories. The one from yesterday night, the yesterday night he passed playing games with his sister.

"Hey Kyle your too late , I eat all the crepes"

Say his sister, tongue out to tease her brother.

"yeah, all the one destined to you Sarah."

Smirk Kyle back, taking the pan and putting some paste in it, the sound of cooking was heard followed by the scent of crepe. Eating slowly and enjoying the time, like he was normal again.

"Kyle come, time to go to the park!"

Just finishing his meal, Kyle heard his sister urging him to go in the car.

"Mom, Dad, I've some work to do sorry, take your time with Sarah and enjoy the day the most you can, ok?!"

He don't have enough time, if he want to save at least his sister he need to start training now! He just got three week!

"Oh, ok, pass a good day, come honey let your son alone this time"

Say his mom, surely with a wrong idea but with a beautiful smile.

Kyle smile back to his family, waving his hand at the car rushing on the road at destination of the Attraction Park. Not seeing the car anymore he quickly locked the house.

Now alone, he went to his room, sat on his bed began to meditate. Doing the void in him to let himself see all the thing near him.

He quickly need to find how to control his new sense, and if he could find a once of mana in him or near.

Breathing to relax himself he stop thinking, just focusing on his sense.

The news overwhelming senses was not so difficult to adapt, focusing on his ears, he heard some voices in the next houses, right like left, in the right house a girl was humming a sound and in the left a boy was saying that he need to sleep. The one interesting was the sense of touch, he was feeling the air flow, something subtle and really pleasant.

Understanding his sense and the difficulty to control them to the fullest, he knew that what he need was just time, time to adapt.

He was now fully focusing himself to the mana, searching for just one sufficient bit of it in his body. But nothing, all of it was to scarce. He began to search around him, searching, prospecting, and focusing.

'Nothing again… '

Thought Kyle before sensing a few of it in what look like a stone.

"The geode? The stone was said to have energy in it, the same one?"

Stopping his meditation state he walked through the corridor arriving in the computer room of his father, seeing the Geode, he took it in his hand and start to feel the presence of mana, and he felt it.

Focusing all his sense on it he felt the mana around too, too scarce but much more than before, he sense it being absorbed by the Geode gently.

"That is strange, what is happening in it?"

Thinking aloud, he didn't wait, focusing again on the stone he understood. The geode was like a little black hole with some ring like atomic ring, strange thing indeed.

An before knowing it an idea sprouted in his mind and with all his means, he start to create it, the same effect of the geode, inside him. Knotted by his will the mana started to be attracted to his body, directing it to the area he have more place in his body, his belly.

Kyle smiled, he now have a mean, a mean to study and become more efficient in something he didn't have time before. With the few of experience he have on it he would not bet on only mana, but he will now have backup and now he just need to focus on training the body in the day and to meditate to absorb mana in his cells and body before resting on night.

The schedule created, Kyle again, didn't wait time to become rare and started his training session, for three week till now.
