20 Chap 20

Andrew rolled over to lay beside me, rubbing a hand absently over my stomach. I lay there very still, waiting for my heart to stop racing. I still felt slightly on edge, a lingering feeling of need around the edges of my exhaustion. As I calmed, I took a full assessment... my toes were tingling a little, my legs felt fine... although my thighs were shaking a little, the throbbing was settling down... but not from complete satisfaction but from the passing of time..., my stomach clenched and unclenched as my body settled from the dizzying heights, my breasts felt full and overly sensitive... whenever Andrew's wandering fingers slid past them I felt the urge to flinch, I could feel the raw skin of my throat where his teeth had clipped me and his face had rubbed, and I knew my lips were swollen.

"I think... I think..." Andrew began to say to himself, his eyebrows were knitted together and his lips pursed, "I think there's more to it... for you."

"For me?" I whispered, a fluttering of anticipation began in my stomach, "What more is there for me?" Andrew looked up surprised that I'd heard his thoughts.

"I think I need... I should have waited for you..." He said, color flooding his cheeks, "I needed you so badly that I didn't wait for you to be done... before I was done." His hand became more insistent as he moved it across my chest and stomach, slowly, slowly finding his way back between my legs.

"Forgive my selfishness, Anaelle." He whispered, kissing me softly as he rubbed my aching body.

"Oh, Andrew... it's fine..." I choked out, cradling his face in my hands. I was still a little raw and in more than a little pain, but I didn't want to stop him. With a maddeningly slow and deliberate speed, I felt like I was climbing ... soaring, but with effort, Andrew didn't let up his ministrations, adding his kisses. Every muscle cried out, the pain of it mixed with the pleasure to the point where I couldn't say what hurt and what felt good.

"Anaelle... let go..." Andrew said, pressing his forehead against mine and twisting his unoccupied hand into my hair. And somehow, I felt my body fling itself over a cliff of feeling... free falling in tingling nerve endings, crying out, tears pouring from my eyes even as a laugh of satisfying exhaustion bubbled out. I couldn't find any words, I couldn't even open my eyes! I turned towards Andrew, snuggled against his chest and fell fast asleep to the sound of his racing heart.
