61 Achilles' Heel

"I don't care what you do but I want Lisa's reputation t be ruined in front of my dad. Allah knows what magic she used to blind my dad..he always thinks that she is more capable than me. He even gave her my position at the company. I want her to fail at her job so miserably. That she wouldn't even dare to go out to work ever again." Ruhan's face was distorted with hatred.

"As you wish...I will make sure that she fails in her jobs. But..I need an insider. Otherwise it would be impossible to sabotage her. The security in Ahmed Corporations is really tight. I don't have any spy in the company." Jahid said with regret.

"It doesn't matter." Ruhan chuckled. "Lisa is hiding her identity at the company. I am sure that everyone sees her as a person who used backdoor to get promotion.  The senior employees must have dissatisfaction and resentment towards her. We just have to find the right person who is willing to betray her."

Although Ruhan was never involved in main branch, as a director of the charity hospital,  he knew about the hidden competition between the colleagues. Moreover,  the male colleagues always looked down on female employees.

If Lisa had joined the office as Mr. Ahmed's daughter-in-law , no one would dare to voice any dissatisfaction. But she chose to be a regular employee. Very few men would be willing to accept orders from a female. Ruhan intended to use their dissatisfaction to deal with Lisa.

After hearing Ruhan's plan, Jahid was somewhat surprised. Although most of the time Ruhan acted like a blockhead, when it came to scheming against people, he would sometimes throw brilliant strategies. It can be said that if Mrs. Ahmed didn't spoil Ruhan, he might have been a good seedling..just like his father.

But fortunately this good seedling was already spoiled rotten by his mother. Otherwise people like Jahid wouldn't have any usefulness.

"Do you know someone in the main branch?" Jahid couldn't help but ask.

"No I don't. But it doesn't matter. I will be in charge of collecting information. You just have to sabotage Lisa." Ruhan chuckled.

"Looks like you have someone in mind. Who is he?" Jahid knew his friend very well.

"It's not a 'he'. It's a 'she'." Ruhan smiled. "It's Lisa's new secretary in Ahmed corporations. I saw her photo in Lisa's contact list. She can provide us with most useful Information."

Jahid sighed. Of course Ruhan would target a girl!

"Did you contact with her? Is she trustworthy? What if she tells on you?" Jahid asked a series of question. He wanted to be careful. If anything went wrong, he wouldn't be as lucky as Ruhan who could get away with just a warning.

"Loyalty! Huh!" Ruhan scoffed. "Do you think anyone wants to remain a secretary forever? Everyone in the main branch is wolf in sheep's skin. They are quite ambitious. All they always think about is climbing up."

Jahid nodded. This was true. Ambition and loyalty rarely exist together.

"Moreover," Ruhan added, "I am not just a nameless person. I am the heir to the company. No one would be foolish enough to choose their boss over the heir. And it's a girl I am talking about. Do you really think that she would give up the opportunity to climb up my bed?" Ruhan said smugly.

Jahid glanced at him bit didn't say anything. He hated when Ruhan boasted of his status like that. He was also a middle class person. Whenever Ruhan talked about them with disrespect. He had a feeling that Ruhan was also disrespecting him.

But he also couldn't refute Ruhan. Because he wasn't wrong. A nameless secretary in Ahmed Corporations really wouldn't give up the opportunity to curry favour with Ruhan. The position of Mrs. Ruhan was really that tempting.

Besides, most of the girls grew up reading Cinderella stories. So subconsciously they imagined themselves as Cinderella and waited for their prince charming. They usually don't wake up from their fantasy until reality hit them hard.

"What happened?" Ruhan saw that Jahid was silent again and poked him. "Why aren't you saying anything? Is there any problem with my plan?"

"No." Jahid said solemnly. "But if your father found out anything, you have to shelter me. He will punish you lightly but he would just kill me if I acted against his company."

Ruhan gulped as he thought about his father. He was really scared of his father. He had to approach well in order to hide himself. But he couldn't show his cowardice side to his friend. It was a matter of dignity okay?

"Okay okay." Ruhan waved his hand as if he didn't care.

"It's almost lunch time. Now I should go and 'accidentally bump into' my Cinderella. You should prepare your men."

Jahid nodded. He also wanted Ruhan to leave. His sister was about to return home. He didn't want her to meet a guy like Ruhan. He might involve himself in every ugliness in the world but he would never let anyone harm his family.

Because...his family was his only weakness....his Achilles' heel.
