4 Chapter 3 The Principal

"teach can you explain what is going on?" i 'smiled'. "you see this here is my childhood friend" Tanaka replied, he now sits far away from the principal. "you don't need to be that far away from me Tanaka-kun" she chuckled. "let me introduce myself, my name is Misao Akira, please to meet you Tanaka-kun's children!" i shivered. (ok this woman is weirding me out). "we're not his children, anyways my name is Saito Takahashi" i bowed. "I'm Suzuki Takahashi, please to meet you" my sister bowed as well. "now then"

The atmosphere change with seriousness in the air. "what might your business in here" cold sweat pours down my face due to the unexpected pressure she emmits towards me. "W-We would like to enroll at your school mam" i fumbled. "hmm is that all?" the pressure is intense. (what the hell is wrong with this woman!). i cried out loud from my mind

"yes!" i bowed reflexively. "very good you passed!" i flinched. "wha-" she put her finger between my lips. "i was testing you to see how you would react" she chuckled. "besides Tanaka-kun here already notified me about your situation" she smiled. "so i was going to enroll you anyways, you see our school might be hard for you so that's why i tested you first" i looked at Tanaka dumbfounded. "it is what she says" he nodded. (what kind of school needs a student to be prepared for alot of pressure!) i screamed inside. *thud* "hm?" i look behind to hear what caused that noise. My face paled to see the source of the noise is my sister lying on the ground. "SUZUKI!" i imeadietly approach her to see what happened. "what the hell happened to my sister!" i glared back at the principal while she rolled her eyes. "Ni-chan... I'm.. Ok just a little dizzy" she said towards me with a weak voice. I looked at the principal with cold eyes. "you better not do that again" Akira waved her hand. "don't worry this is the first and the last time i'll be doing this" Akira smirked. I then stand up and held my sister's arm towards my shoulder so i can support her. "we're leaving" i muttered coldy *clack* the

room is silent for a few moments before Tanaka glare at Akira. "why did you have to be strict towards them" he grumbled. "they need to be at least capable of standing that much pressure to survive in here and you know that better than anyone" she replied with a serious tone. "NO!" Tanaka yelled. "those kids having nothing to do with this!" he said with a angry tone. "Ara~ are you sure about that?, the moment you have taken care of them is enough evidence that they are involved, do you think THEY won't touch the siblings" Tanaka frowned. "i can still protect them" he muttered. "Naive, you can't protect them by yourself forever they need to learn how to protect themselves" she stared at Tanaka with cold eyes. Clicking his tongue, he stand up from his chair to follow the siblings. "you better stop doing things your own way" he glared at Akira. "hm" she shrugged. *clack* the room is silent Akira stared at the ceiling. "you know eavesdropping on a conversation is rude Shiro" she muttered towards the ceiling. black mist began to manifest in the center of the room revealing a young girl wearing a school uniform with a silver hair. "forgive me madam" Shiro kneeled. "tell the head of the family Tanaka has returned" she said in a serious tone. "yes madam" Shiro nodded in a earnest matter after receiving the orders from the madam Shiro disappeared in the black mist. "now then i wonder what should i do next~" she chuckled with her sadistic grin

After the ordeal at the principal's office we both sat at the bench in the school park with Suzuki by my lap. "feeling better now?" i said with a worried face. "Mn" Suzuki nodded. "what do you think about the principal's action towards us Nii-chan" i frowned. "to be honest what she said is true we need to at least pull our own weight in here, especially since it's tokyo" Suzuki chuckled. "Nii-chan i think this school is fine" she pointed towards the students at the park happily bonding with each other. "hm, true that" i smiled. While we're talking with each other we saw Tanaka in the distance walking towards us waving his hand. "have you decided yet" he chuckled. "yes i have" i chuckled. "then we should probably find you guys an apartment to stay in and i know just the spot" he grinned.

After walking for a while we found the apartment complex our teacher is talking us about. "the must be the place our teacher is talking about" i muttered. The complex stood 3 story tall with 6 rooms in each floor. "it's a pretty good size right Nii-chan" Suzuki chuckled. "indeed, we should probably find the land lady" Suzuki nodded. "are you guys Saito and Suzuki?" a man muttered behind us. We turned around to confront the man "yes we are, is there a problem?" we ask the man. The man introduced himself as the landlord and he know Teacher Tanaka. He said that our teacher has reserved us a room. "here we are" he guide us to room 8 in the second story of the complex. "oh i forgot to mention your monthly rent in here is 2000¥ but the first two months is already paid by mister Tanaka" he gave us the keys. "thank you" i then look at the door of our apartment. *Sigh* "we're still pretty useless that our teacher is still doing things for us right Suzuki?" she nodded.
