[7:35 Black Dolphin Prison]

"All inmates please head over to the cafeteria" a female voice announced over the speaker as all the inmates marched quietly to the cafeteria, all except one. "Hey number 62815 didn't you hear the announcement" the security guard asked only to peep and see that there was nobody in there, he contacts the other guards but the inmate was not in any of the sectors nor wings. The guard decides to confirm for himself, he slowly opens the door only to be taken by surprise by the inmate who was hanging on the ceiling, and the moment the guard entered he grabbed him by the neck using his thighs and choked him to death. He picks up the security guard's pistol and quickly makes his way to the control server.

"Notice inmate number 62815 has escaped from his cell and is heading towards the—"Followed by a gunshot the voice from the speaker was suddenly cut off, the inmate had broken into the control room. The first guard tries to shoot but the inmate dashes towards him knocking his hand off course causing the bullet to fly astray, another guard tries to shoot but he uses the first guard as a shield blocking all the bullets till he made it to the 2nd guard. The guard tries to reload but has his gun kicked out of his hand, he quickly reaches for his knife and charges towards the inmate but the inmate reacts by twisting his arm causing him to drop the knife and force the gun into his mouth "Bang" He said blowing the guards head off.

"Yosh let's begin" he said shutting down the entire prison, unlocking all the doors, and releasing all the inmates which lead to a prison riot.

He makes his way towards the out of the prison after changing his clothes and hijacked two police vehicles, which he tricked an inmate into driving and escaping with him. They both zoomed off in separate vehicles which lead to a high-speed chase. Inmate number 62815 decides that it would be best for them to split up to make them a more difficult target, the other prisoner agrees to the idea and quickly made a hard turn left and zoomed up Crimean Bridge.

Soon after it was announced on the news that inmate number 62815 has escaped from The Black Dolphin Prison

The other inmate tried requesting for back up due to the number of cops on his tail rapidly increasing only to find out that he had been set up by inmate number 62815 and if he were to stop the vehicle or go below 50km/h it'll explode

"You Bastard, I swear ill k--" he paused after seeing the roadblock at the center of the bridge. With no means of stopping or slowing down, he crashed into the roadblock which caused a huge explosion.

Before the military squad could realize that they were on a wild goose chase Kenji had already made it to the airport and hijacked a plane which was already halfway to Japan.

The head of the Black Dolphin prison quickly rang the Japanese government warning them about an escape with cell number 62815 also known as Aoi Kenji is heading to their country for an unidentified purpose and advised them to tighten up security in every part of Japan.

"This could be a serious problem if he were to get in here" The Japanese governor Ito Asahi suggested, he quickly picks up his phone requesting for help from the highest Law Enforcement Agency in Japan the Federal Department of Criminal Investigation also known as the FDCI.

9hours later Kenji finally lands in Japan and got down from the plane hurriedly "there he is" some guards ran towards him, Kenji pulls out his gun successfully landing two headshots on the security guards. The loud gunshots ended up causing calamity in the airport, all the civilians were running about aimlessly due to the state of confusion. Kenji uses the chance to make a run for it while mixing into the crowd, he runs out of the airport and stole a vehicle in which he used to make his escape. All the Task Force were after him both by land and in the sky, Kenji managed to spot a car with the same color as his upfront and blends in with them and later took the lower bridge. The task force was still a bit confused which reduced the number of cops chasing him because they had to confirm the drivers in the other two vehicles, due to that Kenji was able to escape.

The whole agency was in a state of confusion when suddenly a strange man putting on an all-white outfit walked in and the whole place fell quiet. He is greeted by his subordinates and wanted to know what was going on was all about and so they explained everything they knew about the inmate to him.

"Ho so it begins" the man said with a grin on his face

"Chief we've detected a vehicle approaching the FDCI building at a very high speed" one of the employees announced, the whole squad quickly began to prepare themselves by loading their weapons and putting on bulletproofs when suddenly they were stopped by the strange man who insisted on heading out alone while putting on a straight face, Everybody seemed a bit confused on how he'd plan to handle a deadly criminal alone but the chief who knew that he would never joke around in these kinds of situation, the chief decides to trust his judgments and let him go alone

"Are you sure you're going to be ok" he's partner Akari Yui asked with a worried look on her face, he pats her on the head ensuring his safe return and quickly head out.

Kenji was approaching the FDCI head office at a very high speed when suddenly he sees a man in white standing all alone outside the building; he hits the brake bringing the vehicle to a halt and quickly got out of the car.

"Hey, Kenji how've you been" the man in white slowly approached him, as soon as Kenji heard the voice he was suddenly filled with rage "Akinobu Akito", Kenji charges towards him trying to land a few jabs on him but misses, he goes in for a big swing except this time Akito grabs his hand and puts him in an arm lock and seals it off with a chop to the neck knocking him unconscious "Good night Kenji" he smiled watching Kenji fall to the ground.
