Later, her alcohol addiction would cost her, her new best friend, Kat, and the man she became dependent on. Alone and miserable, she focused on her work but has a hard time solving a particular case until a piece of evidence comes forward which links the murder back to her past. And ultimately lands her in a revenge plot that becomes a life and death situation.
