Death, is a sensitive, and an overly mysterious topic that anyone could always talk about in wonder, as much as the majority of people wanted to live longer than the average human life span of 60 to 85 years (even younger). Everyone would have different views on it, mostly ripping the scales on the negative scales as it rather snatch away something that could never be brought or bought back—a life. But then there's Chione, a reincarnated, broken soul. Dying from the hands of the family that annhilated her whole clan, pretty much a few seconds after the most important person in her life died in front of her, she lost pretty much, her whole heart, soul, and sanity. Even if she managed to live from that incident, history would just repeat itself rather sooner than later. Anyways, she got reincarnated into another world with a large part of her missing. And even if she is indeed reincarnated, the memories, and her consciousness from her previous life remained with her—it almost pushed her to the brink of insanity. Good thing, the family she was born into is a loving one, albeit strange. Later on, she'd discover that they were something unphantomable in human eyes, and that they kill, for a living.
