What is a hero anyways?

A young man who has lost his mother and father also loses his will and spirit to live. To add more heartache in his life, he is also unable to use any powers in a world where anyone with mana, can achieve abilities. He's seen as the outcast in school and since the tragedy that claimed his mother's life, and his father's sanity he has been empty and numb. He had been invited to the local school of hero's for his high school years though he never went to their junior high where all with powers were required to go. He has a seemingly limitless flow of Mana yet it can't be harnessed for whatever the reason. Follow this young man as he breaks through barriers and learns what it means to become a hero by guidance from his parents closest friends and one childhood friend he had long ignored during his time in mental agony.
