Kushina is still the Jinchuriki of the nine tails as she does have not only the Adamantine Sealing Chains but also wood style. Kushina is a product of a marriage between Uzumaki and the Senju clan members; however, after her parent's death, she moved to Konoha, where everything happens pretty much as it did in canon. Kushina does have strong regeneration due to both the Senju and the Uzumaki blood that flows through her. Senju's are proficient at all skills, ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. This will have an impact on Naruto himself.

Minato is an Uchiha in this what-if, meaning he was even more of a prodigy and his reaction times were even better than in canon. He would be proficient in genjutsu, and it would have only taken him a year to create the Rasengan. He would also be able to create a Rasengan, which incorporates his lightning and fire releases. The relationship with the Uchiha is also better as a result.

The attack on the Konoha happens as it did in canon. Minato still beats Obito, but the attack still ends with their deaths and the seal being placed on Naruto with two changes. The first change is Naruto has the entire nine-tailed fox sealed inside of him; due to him being part Senju and part Uzumaki, he would be able to handle the sealing of the entire Kurama. Minato would also be able to utilise the Uzumaki sealing techniques due to his Sharingan perfectly. The second change would be a simple one. Before Minato dies, he requests that Hiruzen takes his eyes and his Flying Thunder God Kunai and a few scrolls he has prepared and pass them to Naruto when the time is right but until then to keep them safe.

In this what-if, Naruto lives with Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha. Hiruzen thought it would be the best option as Fugaku was close with Minato before he died. They worked together to stop the discrimination towards the Uchiha and have them become a crucial part of Konoha. Fugaku would take good care of Naruto as a result, and Sasuke and Naruto would be like brothers or literally brothers, although not bound by blood. Naruto had a happy upbringing until he is four years old, and Danzo reveals he is the nine-tails jinchuriki which led to years of torment from both the Uchiha and the villagers. However, Naruto would technically have a happier childhood than in canon. Although Fugaku, as soon as he found out that Naruto had the entire nine-tailed fox sealed inside him, he would decide to use Naruto for his own goals as well. Fugaku would still take care of Naruto, but after finding out that Naruto had the nine-tailed fox sealed inside him, he would begin training Naruto from a young age, hoping he would surpass the likes of Shisui and Itachi. He expected that Naruto, with his enormous potential, could rival a jonin by the age of 10.

Naruto would have the Fire and Wind release affinity making him have a dual nature affinity.

At the age of four, Fugaku would start training Naruto in chakra control utilising Leaf Concentration, Tree Climbing, and Water Surface Walking exercises. Naruto would be able to train for hours with no breaks due to being part Senju and having massive amounts of chakra.

At the age of four, Naruto has twice as much chakra as adult Kakashi did. Naruto would learn the great fireball jutsu, as well as all of the academy fire style and wind style jutsu together alongside genjutsu before turning five due to the amount of training that Fugaku would force onto him to mould him into the perfect weapon for the Uchiha.

Also, Fugaku would tell Naruto at the age of five that a masked man was responsible for his parents' deaths which, combined with the past year of stares and mistreatment from the villagers, would make naruto awaken the one tomoe Sharingan. Especially since Fugaku would convince Naruto, his parents were killed because his dad was an Uchiha, but he would not tell Naruto his dad was the Hokage and would not tell Naruto of the nine-tailed fox inside him. When Naruto would ask why he is so hated by those in the village, Fugaku would tell Naruto it is because he is both an Uchiha and a Senju, and his dad, was the greatest Uchiha since Madara Uchiha.

Fugaku would make sure Naruto learns all the academy jutsu before he even joins the academy, as well as start to learn more advanced jutsus. Fugaku would do this as Naruto was not allowed to enter the academy before the age of eight. Hiruzen informed Fugaku that he wanted Naruto to have a normal childhood and join and finish the academy at a normal time with his peers as thats the least he could do for Minato was to ensure a normal upbringing for him Naruto.

There is an issue with the academy time frame as the Uchiha massacre happens when Sasuke is seven. He and Naruto are supposed to attend the academy for four years before graduating. So in this, what if the massacre happens when Itachi is 15 and Sasuke and Naruto 9 so three years before they graduate.

Naruto continues to train for the next four years learning new jutsus and training the use of his Sharingan, with the only happy moments being those spent with his brothers and eating meals prepared by Mikoto as well as receiving praise from Fugaku. Although Sasuke was slightly jealous of Naruto, he understood that Naruto was being overtrained and felt bad for his brother. They sparred together, and Naruto would practice the new jutsus with Sasuke, making them stronger. Sasuke realises his affinity for lightning, which would impress Fugaku and explain why Sasuke found it more challenging to learn fire style jutsu. This meant Sauke began learning lighting style jutsu around the age of 6 in this timeline, making him stronger by the time he joins the academy. Sasuke would also learn the lightning clone technique.

Naruto joins the academy as a prodigy, although he is still looked down upon. The skills he worked hard to develop result in people call him a monster, but Sasuke supports him and when Sakura tries to tell Sasuke how amazing he is, unlike that monster Naruto. Sasuke told Sakura she disgusted him and she should never speak about his brother like that. They are both the centre of attention at the academy Sasuke since he is a prodigy from the Uchiha clan while Naruto is the demon child.

Naruto and Sasuke both aim to become as strong as Itachi, and through the constant sparring with Naruto to achieve the goal of beating Itachi, Sasuke unlocked his one tomoe, Sharingan, at the age of eight. Naruto unlocked his second tomoe a week before his ninth birthday due to the constant training to surpass Itachi due to Fugakus high expectations of him.

A year after Naruto and Sasuke join the academy, they are on their way home and realise it is too quiet. Naruto and Sasuke see all the Uchiha members murdered and ran home, where they discover Fugaku and Mikoto's bodies. The people they cared about deeply are now both dead. Sasuke falls to his knees from the shock whilst Naruto pulls out a kunai as he can sense someone's presence. Then they see their brother Itachi stepping out from the shadows.
