1 Nightmare

I'm resting my head on the desk in class waiting for school to end. This is the last class of the day and there's 20 minutes or so till the bell rings,

John ask me whats the plan for after school.

My head buried in my arms and I respond with I don't know yet well see what happens.

Little did I know that the teacher was glaring in my direction, with a stern voice says SAMUAEL please lift up your head and pay attention.

As soon as I picked up my head there was no one in sight and the the room looked a mess as if a tornado hit, desk thrown everywhere the window was broken the ceiling looked as if it was about to collapse at any minute.

I decided that the best option was to leave, as I'm entrie the hall every thing seems to be in shambles as if its been abandoned for years, the paint on the lockers is peeling off some doors are missing to the classrooms papers everywhere all chard and dirty, exiting the hall was to the cafeteria and the entrance to school the office.

The cafeteria look as if people were living there, make shift bed all over the place some seemed to live in tents, but not a person in sight. As I start heading towards the office I can tell that they tried to barricade the door but its kinda hard when the door is made of glass and all over the floor.

I took a step outside to what resembles an apocalyptic world, buildings decaying with dark clouds in the sky I could tell somthing was falling from the sky but couldn't make out what it was its the beginning of January so it might have been snow but this look different it didn't melt when touching the floor and it smelt terrible out side, just to figure out that it was ash falling.

Walking the streets of my home town taking in the scene of all the buildings remembering how they used to be the plants all lush with life and houses with great condition just to end of on fire and falling apart. As I was walking I past a friend's house know that my house was not to far

(CRACK)

as fast as possible as soon as the house gets into view I hear cracking and the earth was starting to shaking causing a deep gash to form in the earth right in front of me causing me to fall in.

Thats when I woke up with cold sweat dripping down my face my mom walks in and ask whats wrong

I respond with nothing

Mom:walks up and puts here hand on my forehead

saying you should stay home today

Samuel:no I'm fine

Mom: ok if u say so
