5 Episode 5

Anthony awoke from an incoming call in the morning. Anthony looked for his phone while still lying on bed. Then Anthony took the call with half-awake without looking at the caller on the phone.

Anthony : "Who?"

Harry : "Have you checked your email?"

Anthony immediately recognized the person who calling him this early in the morning without seeing the caller's name. Anthony then sat up slowly and forced himself to wake up completely.

Antony : "Not yet."

Anthony gave Harry an answer with a yawn. Luckily Harry didn't notice the yawn or Harry would complains non-stop at the phone.

Harry : "What?! Not yet? You know..."

Anthony : "Let's just meet at the company."

Harry almost grumbled and complains when Anthony said he had not read the email. But Anthony interrupted Harry. Anthony did not want to hear Harry's nagging right after he woke up.

Harry : "Haa... alright."

Harry sighed before agreed to Anthony. This time Harry complied because Harry thought, it was better to talk about serious matters in person than over the phone. Harry then ended the call while feeling annoyed.

Anthony took a deep breath because couldn't believe that he forgot to check his email and broke his promise to Harry. Anthony frustrated and looks to the side when feel a touch. Anthony saw his wife fast who still asleep beside him. Anthony then remembered what happened last night when he saw his wife.

"Last night I couldn't control myself for a bit and did it more than a few times. Even though I'm thinking of doing it just once. Now, she must be dead tired."

Anthony remembered what Diane did to him last night and subconsciously touched the neck that Diane bite vigorously. Only then Anthony thought that it's normal for him to out of control cause his wife was constantly provoking him. Anthony then sighed again and stroked his wife.

"Even though I'm your husband, you're too careless. What will you do if I lose control of myself completely? You won't be able to get up for work in the day."

After Anthony muttered it slowly, Anthony got out of bed and take a shower. Anthony already forgot to check his email last night, now at least he couldn't be late on the meeting.

On the other hand, Diane who actually had woke up since the phone call, feel embarrassed by Anthony words and decided continue pretending to sleep until her husband left.

Diane remembers last night events. She was very drunk at the time. It's because Diane drank 2 bottles of wine even though Diane has a low tolerance. She was upset that her husband always hiding something from her and refused to explain even though they were already married. Even though she had decided to wait for her husband to tell her on his own, Diane still upset about it.

After taking a shower, Anthony put on his bodyguard uniform and went straight to work. Anthony couldn't waste any more time considering Harry had been annoyed with him for a while now.

After Anthony left for work, Diane tried to get up from the bed, but fell out and was in pains, she also felt cramps and aches all over her body. It took Diane some times to get up properly. Though she's in pain, Diane was happy with what happened last night.

Charm headquarters, CEO's office

There were three men in the office, one of them sitting on the sofa, one at his desk and the last one standing at the side with a bunch of files. Neither of them made a sound which caused the office to be really quiet.

"Why hasn't the boss come yet?"

Brian, the pitiful man who was in the middle of the other two, felt uncomfortable with the atmosphere in the office. Brian anxiously and sincerely awaited the arrival of his boss.

"He didn't even read my email."

Harry who was sitting on the sofa was still feel annoyed. Harry was grumbling and repeating his words quietly. The more Harry repeated the words, the darker the aura he emitted.

"Can you wait calmly and patiently?"

Armand sat at his desk couldn't stand Harry's grunts and asked Harry to be quiet. The room fell silent again and the atmosphere grew darker. Suddenly the office door opened and a handsome man entered the room. The eyes of the three people fell on the man.

"You're finally here."

The man, ignored Harry and sat on the single sofa carefreely. Harry approached the man and sat down next to him with an annoyed face. Armand and Brian also approached the man.

"What happened? Why haven't you checked the file yet, Tonny? Oh, sorry. I have to call you Mr. Jack here, right Mr. CEO?"

Harry couldn't contain his irritation and sneered at his friend who had just arrived. Armand seemed to have expected this will happen while Brian was relieved with Anthony's arrival because Anthony's arrival immediately eased the tense air.

"I don't have time to check it."

Anthony casually answered without looking at Harry and shamelessly took out his cell phone to check his email. This made Harry annoyed even more because Anthony's attitude made it clear that he didn't feel sorry for Harry at all.

"And why did you..."

Harry's annoyance peaked at Anthony and the veins on his face were ready to explode from anger. Luckily someone grab Harry shoulder which stopped him from venting all his anger out on Anthony.

"Harry, look at his neck and you'll understand. How can you not know when it was so obvious?"

Armand was the one who stopped Harry. Armand didn't want any fights in the office. Harry attention was diverted by Armand and Harry looked at Anthony, to be more precise at Anthony's neck as Armand advices. Harry was surprised when he found many bite marks and hickeys on Anthony's neck. Then Harry grinned and glared at Anthony. On the other hand, Anthony who noticed Harry's gaze was not embarrassed about it and had no intention of hiding it.

"Wow, I didn't expect her to be the aggressive type. You must have had a great time last night that let you forgot to check my email."

Anthony stopped his hand that was swiping at his phone when he heard Harry's sarcasm. Anthony glanced at Harry and answered Harry without batting an eye.

"You don't have to worry about that."

After casually giving Harry short answers without feeling guilty, Anthony turned his attention back to his phone to checked Harry's email. On the other hand, Harry felt the urge to explode of irritations.

"Um, Boss. I've printed the files. You don't need to check them on your phone again."

Brian politely handed Anthony the printed files while timidly trying to divert the attention and stop Anthony and Harry from bickering with each other which can lead to a fight. Anthony had skimmed Harry's email for a bit. However, Anthony checking the file that he had just received from Brian thoroughly.

Harry, Armand, and Brian waited Anthony quietly, remembering how important and crucial the file was. Even Harry let go of his bickering even though he is still annoyed at Anthony.

"So, he's in district 7?"

After reading the file thoroughly, page by page. Anthony began to point out one by one the things he had read from the file in his hand. Harry felt that he had to confirm the things Anthony had pointed out and provide some additional explanations. But because of his annoyance, Harry only answered Anthony briefly.

"Yes."

Anthony thought for a moment when he heard Harry's answer. Harry then turned to Anthony and waited for Anthony's next question while watching Anthony closely. Even thought, it useless because Anthony's expression always flat and there was no sign of changes. Nevertheless, Anthony continued.

"Who's going?"

Harry hesitated to answer Anthony's question. Because there was no answer, Anthony turned to look at Harry. Anthony waited for Harry's answer with his eyes fixed on him.

"Just you and me. But you're allowed to bring your own people."

After saying that Harry closed his eyes because he thought that he just gave out nonsense but Harry had to tell the truths. Harry was waiting for Anthony's reaction with his eyes closed. On the other hand, the entire room became quiet and the air became tenses.

"Don't they want to recapture him?"

Anthony's brows twitched when he heard Harry's unsatisfactory answer and asked Harry again after a long pause while hiding his annoyance behind his poker face.

"Of course, they want it."

Harry then opened his eyes. There was a clear look of annoyance on him. However, Harry was not annoyed at Anthony. He even had the same reason as Anthony for his annoyance. As these two experts showed their irritations openly, the air in the office became more tense.

On the other hand, Armand couldn't help but feel relieved that the soundproof and shocks in the office were strong or else, the two people who were sitting close to each other right now would frighten the rest of the company's employees.

"So why didn't they send their men with me?"

"They sent me, didn't they?"

Anthony tapped his fingers on the sofa as he considered something before asking again. Harry who couldn't stand his irritation, let go of his shamelessness and answered Anthony sarcastically. Anthony glance at Harry and knew that Harry's sarcasm wasn't directed at him.

"Do they know he has many people under his command?"

"They know."

"And they only sent two people?"

"That's why you can bring your own people."

"How shameless!!"

"Right!!"

Anthony could not contain his irritation and gave out a sneer and sarcasm. Harry did not dispute what Anthony said, even though Anthony's words offended the organization where he worked. This was because Harry himself felt the mission this time was unreasonable and shameless. And as for Harry, no matter what happen, he will always be by his friend's side.

Anthony's hand that still holding the file, trembled with the urge to tear off the file in his hand. Harry notice that and put on helpless expression because Harry understood Anthony's frustration and Harry had no desire to defend the organization.

"What about the payment?"

Harry once again didn't answer right away because his answer won't satisfy Anthony and only make Anthony got more annoyed. But as Anthony kept staring at him waiting for an answer, Harry reluctantly gave his answer to Anthony.

"We'll get 20 million each."

Anthony was offended and annoyed by the 20 million that just came out of Harry's mouth. Anthony feels that the Grey's organization, Harry's intelligence organization that Harry so proud off, sees Anthony as pushovers. Anthony started to think if this happened because he always obeyed the organization's orders easily because the deals and considering Harry face.

"My company can make 20 million easily!!"

Anthony immediately replied sarcastically when he heard the 20 million. Even though Anthony said it while looking at Harry, Harry didn't get offend because Harry knew the sarcasm wasn't directed at him and Harry knew that Anthony's words were the truth and Harry couldn't deny it.

"So, what do you want?"

Logically speaking, the orders from the organization were ridiculous even for Harry. Given Anthony's abilities and Anthony's wealth, 20 million is nothing to Anthony. Remembering the success rate of this mission depended on Anthony's operatives, the headquarters should have Anthony a satisfactory payment or at least didn't offend him. But instead, the organization shamelessly sent only two people without reinforcements to a mission that has equal level with mission for three or five special unit elite troops. This is basically a suicide mission. Whoever with right mind, they won't accept this kind of mission. Even though Harry also thought that Anthony's ability alone was enough, this was still inappropriate. Especially since the pay was not commensurate with the difficulty of the mission.

"I need to speak to the Captain. Connect me to him."

"Sure."

Harry calling one of the higher-ups at the headquarters of the Grey organization without a second thought at his friend's request.

The air on the office got more tense. Brian was nervous with the stifling aura in the office, while Armand just wanted to get on with his work. Unfortunately, Armand couldn't do so, not when his boss was filled with an ominous aura. Armand must be on at Anthony's side right now. Moreover, Armand won't be able to concentrate on his works with a tense atmosphere like this.

Captain : "Harry? Do you need anything?"

When he heard the captain's voice, Harry turned on speaker mode on his call and put his phone on the table, so everyone can hear. Harry glanced at Anthony and asked him to speak with his gaze. Anthony knew that this was troublesome for Harry and asked Anthony to take care of it. But Anthony was sure Harry must have had arguments with his headquarters the first time he accepted the mission.

Anthony : "Good afternoon, sir. How have you been?"

On the other hand, the Captain frozen up due to surprised as soon as he heard Anthony's voice and almost dropped his phone. If Anthony and Harry were in front of the captain at this time, they would know that the captain was shaking vigorously as if he was facing something terrible.

Anthony : "Sir?"

Because the captain side was quiet, Anthony asked him once more. The captain finally regained his senses and subconsciously stand up and correcting his posture as if Anthony was in front of him or as if his superior was in front of him.

Captain : "Ah… yes. I have been fine, thanks to you, sir. I'm just a little surprised. How could I help you, sir?"

The captain tried his best to hide his stuttering. Anthony realized this and thought that the captain might be shivering in fear right now, but Anthony didn't care about that and immediately said his intention.

Anthony : "Actually it's nothing big, sir. I'm sorry to disturb you at your busy time. I just having a hard time trying to understand the assignments and payments properly. I'm sorry but I'm still lacking and need some of your guidance. Can I trouble you to explain the tasks and payments in more detail to me? Even though it's troublesome, could I ask you for that, sir?"

Even so, Anthony emphasized and repeat his point a few times while speaking politely unlike his usual way of speaking. This made the three people nearby horrified and move away from Anthony a little. Nevertheless, anyone who heard Anthony would realize the irritation behind his friendliness. Anthony was being friendly to the bone, but it was accompanied by an eerie dark aura. If the captain was in front of Anthony at this time, it is certain that the captain would kneel or in front of Anthony because of the horror he felt.

Captain : "Ah… ah… You don't have to be polite with me, sir. Please forgive me, sir!! I beg you to talk to me politely, sir!! Please have mercy!!"

The captain finally gave up hiding his fear and his stutters. On the other hand, Harry, Armand and Brian nodded in agreement with the captain as they also got goosebumps when Anthony speak politely. To be honest, Anthony had never spoken to anyone politely or formally before. They sincerely hoped that Anthony would return to his usual self. Because Anthony got more terrifying than usual.

But Anthony was offended at the Captain plea instead and Anthony also noticed the nodding of the people around him, which was quite funny, because they nod almost at the same time. Anthony was silent and did not respond or listen to the captain's pleas.

Captain : "Ah!!"

Realizing there was no response from Anthony side for quite a while, the Captain finally realized that his words had offended Anthony. The captain gasped, his body shaking again and feeling scared.

Captain : "I'm sorry, sir!! I didn't mean to offend you sir!! Forgive this useless man!! I beg your pardon, sir!! Please forgive me, sir!!"

The captain pleaded in tears. If the Captain faced Anthony at this time, everyone would know that the captain was on his knees pleading at Anthony while crying. Armand, Harry and Brian felt sorry for the Captain. Meanwhile, Anthony getting more annoyed because the captain's plea was like he would kill the captain.

Anthony : "Enough!!"

Anthony mustered all his strength to contain his irritations and said it in a low voice albeit threatening. Fortunately, the Captain immediately stopped crying or pleading and waiting for Anthony obediently. When the Captain stop crying, Anthony continued.

Anthony : "Why did you just send Harry? Even if the target only one person, but he won't be alone. Do you think his subordinates were just a statue? Moreover, don't you know their number? And what's with this payment? Do you know how dangerous he is? Are you making fun of me? Look like I'm being too nice on you this whole times!!"

Anthony finally stopped the friendly pretence as his final courtesy to one of the higher-ups at the Grey Organization headquarters and returned to his usual tone. On the other hand, the Captain was horrified at Anthony complains and got too scared to answer Anthony. The captain oppressed at Anthony's words that sounds like a threat in every word he said. Even thought, some of Anthony word was indeed threats. Meanwhile the people around Anthony were relieved that Anthony was back to his usual self. Anthony got irritated because there was still no answer and the aura around him became more intimidating.

"Um, Boss… I guess he's too scared to answer you…"

Brian was stuffed with the tense atmosphere in the office. Despite his timidity, Brian tried to calm Anthony, his superior and the main source of tensions at the office. Brian also felt sorry for the captain who was unlucky enough to face the wraths of his boss.

"What kind of captain gets scared easily?"

But Anthony just retorts at Brian sarcastically. No one can deny Anthony because the captain really like a scaredy cat at of Anthony right now. Even though they understood the pressures the captain felt for him to act like that, it was still unsightly considering he was a high-ranking officer in a well-known organization

Captain : "Sir… I… I… I'm sorry… It was the Instructor… the Instructor… who arrange it…"

The captain's stuttering got clearer. Harry twitched because couldn't stand the captain that got more submissive towards Anthony. After all, the captain was one of the higher up at the organisation and it is improper for the captain to lower his dignity easily at other people.

"Brian is right. You're scaring the Captain. Stop it!! Give me some face, will you? Or should I beg at you too?"

Anthony' was frowning even more when he heard Harry. Anthony was displeased when he heard his friend would beg him. Anthony though it was ridiculous and glared at Harry that just said some ridiculous nonsense.

"Did I do something to scare him? I even spoke politely and nicely at him!!"

Harry, Armand and Brian wanted to scream at Anthony that it was more frightening than his usual way of speaking. They don't know if Anthony really don't know or just act didn't know on purpose. Whatever the answer it is, they can't point that out or Anthony would get insulted and it will only worsen the situation. The room became quiet once again.

Anthony : "So, it's the Instructor. Anyway, thanks for the information."

Anthony recalled what the Captain had said and made a conclusion. The captain had not yet had time to reply to Anthony, Anthony had already hung up the call. Fortunately, Anthony chose not to discuss this any further. This is all thanks to Harry's ridiculous words earlier.

"Call Instructor!!"

"Okay."

After hanging up, Anthony immediately asked Harry to call the instructor. Harry looked for the name instructor on his contacts while keep paying attention at Anthony's expression. Harry, Armand, and Brian could only hope the instructor wouldn't annoy Anthony. As soon as Harry contacted the instructor, Harry put his phone back on the table.

Instructor : "Hello?"

Anthony : "Hello, Instructor!"

Anthony greeted the instructor as soon as heard the Instructor voice on the call with a dark aura. Harry, Armand and Brian could only hope once again that the instructor would not worsen Anthony's mood.

Instructor : "Anthony?"

But unlike the captain, the Instructor talk with Anthony without honorific. It's given since the Instructor was a really rank in the organization even more so than the captain. But strangely, this made Harry, Brian and Armand had a bad feeling.

Anthony : "Yes, it's me."

Instructor : "What do you want?"

And sure enough, Armand's, Harry's, and Brian's hopes for a peaceful conversation was faded away instantly. Anthony showed his sinister smile with a frightening aura.

Anthony : "Ah, it's nothing. I just don't understand the task you just gave me."

Instructor : "Have you gone stupid or something? Why can't you understand such easy instructions?"

Anthony getting more annoyed. The dark aura around him darkened. Harry, Armand, and Brian unknowingly kept their distance from Anthony. They also think that the instructor is a shameless lunatic. Now the three of them only hope that the instructor can survive Anthony's wraths. Even Harry didn't dare do something reckless when Anthony got really angry.

Anthony : "Yes, I have become stupid. So, please find someone else to do that stupid task!!"

Anthony smiled with sharp eyes and answered the instructor threateningly. Anthony even unknowingly gave off his murderous aura and because of his annoyance, Anthony ended the call with a gloomy face. The room became quiet after Anthony turned off the call and the air became very intense in an instant.

"Boss, please drink your tea!!"

Brian who saw his boss became more gloomier, immediately made Anthony's favorite tea to improve Anthony's mood. Armand, who previously wanted to immediately resume his work, immediately lost his enthusiasm for work. Harry didn't budge from his position, to be precisely he was on alert and can't move from his position while his eyes stay on Anthony. Harry knew it was the organization's fault. Harry felt that his current position was very uncomfortable. His work place was one of the things that Harry proud of and on the other hand, was his childhood friend.

A few moments later, Harry's phone had an incoming call and the caller on the display was written as "Instructor". When they saw the name on Harry's phone that was still on the table, Brian, Harry, and Armand looked at Anthony reflexively at the same time.

Anthony noticed the stares he received. Fortunately, the dark aura that Anthony emitted earlier had subsided. Anthony took a sip of the before responding to all the eyes on him.

"Ignore that."

"Haa... alright."

Knowing his friend's bad mood, Harry couldn't help but sigh and immediately compiled his friend's request. Harry then put his phone on silent for anticipation the instructor calling him again and put the phone away before Anthony changed his mind.

A few minutes later, there was a phone rang again. This time it was Anthony's. The name of the caller was "Instructor", it was the same as the one on Harry's just now. As soon as Anthony looked at the caller's name, Anthony immediately threw his phone with poker face. There was a loud bang as Anthony's phone hit the wall. Anthony's phone was destroyed and was impossible to repair it. Nevertheless, because the phone was shattered, the rang call was no longer heard. Meanwhile, the part of the wall that had collided with the phone was cracked. Harry was relieved that he had put his phone away. Otherwise, his phone will have the same fate as Anthony's phone.

"Boss, please quell your anger!!"

Brian begged Anthony to calm his anger. Brian begged in a small voice while trembled with fear. The office was quiet, Brian was near Anthony, and Anthony's hearing was quite sharp. Therefore, Anthony heard Brian's plea clearly.

After throwing his phone, Anthony felt a little better as he had vented a bit of his annoyance. Anthony drank his tea again quietly. No one started the conversation. Harry and Armand continued to observe Anthony quietly while Brian was still in shock despite having witnessed the same thing over and over again for years.

It may because he was the only regular person in the office. Or maybe because Brian is just a timid and coward person. Although usually, Brian is a cheerful and attentive person.

"Harry."

"What?"

Anthony put down his teacup and called Harry. Harry, who had been observing Anthony, stared at Anthony for a few moments before answered. Harry focused all his attention on Anthony.

"I need to speak to your father."

Harry shocked. Harry felt like someone hit his head from behind, his heart even stopped for a moment from the shocked. Armand looked just as shocked as Harry, but decided to just observe for now. Only Brian looked confused at the moment because he didn't understand the meaning Anthony's words.

"Are you trying to reveal yourself? Do you know how hard it is to hide you? Are you sure you won't regret it later? You know the consequences, right? I advise you, don't be impulsive!! Think it over again!!"

Harry was flabbergasted and tried to persuade Anthony with all his might. When Harry was at a loss for words to persuade the stubborn Anthony, Harry glanced at Armand and locked eyes with Armand. Harry asked Armand to also persuade Anthony with his gaze.

"He's right. Please don't be impulsive and rethink your decision, sir!!"

Armand who noticed Harry's hint, quietly took a deep breath and said whatever he could think of to persuade Anthony. Even so, Armand honestly agrees with Harry and sincerely hopes Anthony reconsiders his decision.

Anthony fell silent as his two friends disagreed with him and tried to persuade him. Anthony then sighed and drank the tea that had been refilled by Brian in one gulp to calm himself down. On the other hand, Brian still didn't understand the conversation between his boss and his co-worker and Harry. Although Brian feels abandoned by them, Brian doesn't mind it considering the greatness of the three people who are with him right now. Brian also didn't forget to fulfil his duty to keep the tea in his boss's cup always warm and full.

"Fine."

Armand and Harry breathed a sigh of relief at Anthony's curt reply. Meanwhile, Brian diligently refilled Anthony's tea cup. Brian felt Anthony's mood had stabilized. Brian was secretly felt proud because he thought Anthony's mood improved because of the tea he made.

"Is that instructor still trying to call you?"

Anthony did not say to whom the question was directed. But without saying a word, they all knew who Anthony's question was aimed at. All eyes immediately turned to that person, Harry. Harry was taken aback to Anthony's question and stared blankly at Anthony. For some reason Harry was nervous when he came back to his senses and realized all eyes were on him.

Harry carefully pulled his cell phone out of his suit pocket. His phone currently receiving an incoming call, but because Harry had made the phone on the silent mode, his phone didn't ring on the call. Harry then felt that he was out of luck at the moment and swore at the instructor's stubbornness in his heart. But on the other hand, this problem will not be resolved until it is discussed with the instructor. Harry still felt all the stares on him. Harry who felt annoyed, clicked his tongue and closed his eyes before responding to all the stares.

"…Yes."

"Let me talk to him one more time. Let's hope he come to his sense this time."

The office became tense again. On the other hand, Harry only hoped that his phone would be safe and didn't have the same fate as Anthony's.
