1 A Typical Day For Choosing A World To Dominate

I sat down on the moon while gazing at the beautiful scenery of a space covered in white shimmering light, also known as stars.

Those stars looked like ordinary lamps at first sight but if you peered closer towards them, an extraordinary discovery would be witnessed.

Living beings inhabited those stars which they called planets. Unbeknownst to the beings living in those stars, the stars that those beings perceived were also planets but at a much farther distance.

All of those stars are planets, whether it was an abandoned one or an inhabited one.

The reason why those planets shimmered in bright light was because of the energy that those planets possessed. Those energies ranged from mana, chakra, qi, chi, sunlight, moonlight, magic, or any other form of energy.

I, the being who wields the energy of the moon, am in the process of finding a planet to dominate. Why? Because I'm bored.

I am bored of this eternal life of mine. I needed something to entertain me. What better way to find entertainment than dominating a world?

As I thought of that, I summoned a huge roulette that was as huge as the moon that I was sitting on.

What was written on the huge roulette was a million worth of names of the planets near my current location such as Saturn, Deus, Ganes, Shura, Ahra, etc.

"Let's get this over with."

I mumbled in boredom as I waved my hand which caused the huge roulette to spin at the speed of light.

"Stop."

I commanded the huge roulette to stop spinning and it heeded my command. The pointer on the roulette pointed to a planet's name.

"Isn't this a coincidence? The Witch Of Fate must have interfered with my probability!"

I yelled in annoyance as I remembered that the Witch Of Fate kept on interfering with my plans.

"Sigh. I guess I don't have any reason not to dominate an abandoned world. By abandoned, I meant a world abandoned by a Divine God. The so-called planet brimming with life, Earth."

I sighed as I teleported the moon I was sitting on in front of the planet Earth.

Planet Earth didn't possess any moon yet so I might as well be the one to grant it a moon.

Since I was near planet Earth, I could now sense the energy that filled the entire planet.

"Wait, shouldn't a planet possess only one main energy? Why is there mana, qi, black magic, faith, and sunlight?"

I asked myself as I observed the energy that flowed out from the Earth's atmosphere.

"Now, there is another additional energy. It is the moonlight that I have brought with me. Sigh, this world is crazy."

I sighed as I thought of another energy adding up towards the crazy world's energy resources.

"Now that choosing a planet to dominate is already finished, what's left is to choose my main pawn and some sub-pawns."

I looked at the current situation of the beings living on Earth and I found out that they were called "Humans".

Those humans were attacked by monsters of different kinds such as slimes, goblins, and orcs.

To think that the cause of this world being abandoned was the appearance of evil beings known as "Shadows" or "Umbra".

Those monsters were called "Shadows" for two reasons.

One, shadows were monsters that were created from a human or any living beings' mind or imagination.

Two, shadows were attracted to negative emotions and it was because the shadows were created from a living being's negative imagination.

Usually, a Divine God would take care of the shadows before they could become a potential threat that would ruin a world.

But seeing that planet Earth was abandoned, I could only come up with two possibilities.

One, the Divine God responsible for planet Earth couldn't handle the shadows so he or she abandoned planet Earth. The other possibility was that the Divine God was killed in the process of eliminating the shadows.

The latter possibility was much more plausible since I felt a surge of corrupted divinity flowing around planet Earth.

Now I am certain that the Witch Of Fate interfered with my huge roulette so that I could save this world from destruction.

But of course, to save a world, dominating it first was needed.

As I thought of that, I remembered that I needed to grant those humans my very own power.

I needed to grant the humans a power that could rival or even surpass the power of the shadows. The power to transform humans into creatures that possessed immense strength and potential.

The power to transform into a werewolf. By using the sunlight from the Sun-Star to reflect the moon and generate moonlight in the process, I could use the moonlight to alter the inferior genes that the humans possessed into a much more perfect gene.

By doing so, the humans could transform into a werewolf by using moonlight as the catalyst for the transformation to occur.

"With my authority as the Moon Lord, I hereby command the moonlight near me to grant this pitiful and weak human a power to change their fate! The power to transform themselves into a perfect being!"

I chanted as I directed my hands towards the planet Earth while granting the humans with moonlight.

I had only granted 0.1% of the current humans' population with moonlight since that was only the number I needed to create my very own sub-pawns.

"Now that is finished. I'll just sit back, relax and choose my main pawn, the very own main character of planet Earth. And also, the soon-to-be the savior of humanity."
