Chapter 3

"Tohru" Kobayashi called from the crook of Tohru's neck. "Yes?" she called back basking in the feeling of holding Kobayashi. "Your going to have to let me go I have a job." Although she said that Kobayashi had made no attempts to get up.

"What is this so called job? And why do you have to go?" rightfully confused for an other worlder Tohru had no idea what this 'Job' thing was but she knew enough that apparently Kobayashi wanted to leave her to go to it instead!

"A job is what humans in this world do for a living. It is something that pays them so they can buy their necessities for a price." Slowly and carefully Kobayashi stated, trying her best to help Tohru understand what a job actually is and how she needs to go whether she likes it or not so she can get the necessities to sustain her lifestyle.

"Necessities? Like food and Clothes? Why dont you just make them with magic?" It made no sense to Tohru, as for her everyone she ever met used clothes made with magic or at least spead up the process with it. And as for food? Well she is a dragon, any animal she sees is potential food.

"Sigh. Tooohruu not everyone has magic. We live in a regular world with nothing amazing like magic. So we made a structure of society were you work for what you need" Finally getting untangled from Tohru and getting out of bed Kobayashi made her way around her apartment and to get clothes to leave.

'Jeez Kobayashi's taste in clothes are as bad as I remember! Its just a bunch of formal shirts and pants, even her underwear was lame! I mean at least have some diversity.' She thought as she rummaged around her closet.

"Eh? What do you mean Yuki? I can feel and incredible amount of mana radiating from you! Are you sure there is no magic?" With confused eyes and a funny look on her face, Tohru looked at Kobayashi like she had two heads.

'I have a lot of mana? O-oh it must be a perk from 'Magic Talent' God gave me.' From Kobayashi's memories the original definitely wasn't some secret magician.So most, if not all of her mana came from that perk.

On the plus side if Kobayashi already has a lot of mana that means Tohru might be able to teach her magic right!?

"Really? Do you think you could teach me magic!?" Kobayashi quickly asked turning around and dropping her clothes to lunge on Top of Tohru. I mean you can't blame her right? Even though she knew she has 'Magic Talent' from god the thought of learning magic would make any chuniybuo squirm in joy.

"Whoa!..c-calm down Yuki!" Suddenly getting pushed down and seeing Kobayashi's excited face and sparkling eyes Tohru could only give a wry smile and a comical sweat drop. "I-I do indeed know magic, but just knowing magic and being able to each it are diffrent." Slowly stated Tohru as if afraid of hurting her feelings.

"In the first place either takes a lot of talent or a lot of hard work!" trying her best to lower Kobayashi's expectations of magic.

"No No it is alright ill work hard and do anything you say Tohru! Or if you would rather I will even call you Sensei, Sensei!!" Kobayashi was on cloud nine. Magic! Real magic! Even though Tohru said she would have to work hard, Kobayashi was not one to shy away from challenges especially when she was a step away from every otakus dream!

"S-sensi!?" Tohru sputterd as a blush was making it's way up her neck.

"K-kuhum! I-i guess that I could teach you." Although bashful at first, Tohru was deadly serious at the end. Magic is a very dangerous thing and if Kobayashi made a mistake she might just go *BOOOM* and Tohru would refuse to teach Kobayashi anything like that if she isn't serious about it.

"Hai! Sensei!" Tohru couldn't even explain the feeling she got in her stomach evet time she called her that.

"Fufu~ I would like to start off by explaining what magic is and where it comes from, but sadly you said you had to leave, Yes~" Tohru stated with a smug smile as she patted the head of Kobayashi.

'T-That isn't fair sense when did head pats start to feel so good'.Through the excitement of learning magic Kobayashi completely forgot abour work. "Hmmm, but what do you mean by leave?"

"Hihi~ didn't you say something about a job" Although she would rather her stay and spend some more time together, she can't be selfish and just not remind her.

"Dang it!" Bolting up and looking for her clothes Kobayashi couldn't believe she forgot about work! Again no less!? And the teasing eyes of Tohru were no help at all!

'I can't be late for work I have to show around Aoba today!' Yes that Aoba the main character of 'New game' there was no way Kobayashi could stand her up on their first meeting!

Stumbling around while putting on her clothes she headed to the kitchen to look at the clock, while a happy Tohru trotted along with a smile.

"8:23! Thank God! There is still an hour and seven minutes till work starts. With the half hour train ride I will arrive about 30 minutes early! And then I would still have enough time to show Aoba around before work start" she happily exclaimed before she realized, and turned around and gave the one following her a hard stare.

"Hmm yes?" She totally has no idea what to do with the Dragon girl! She knows the original Kobayashi let Tohru stay there while she went to work, so maybe she should to?

"Tohru. Will you be able to stay here and not cause a mess?" she questioned. " Yes, absolutely! You can count on me Yuki!" Tohru said.

"Hmph good" Kobayashi harrumphed, as she then started to explain how modern technology worked. "Now if you want to watch television you just need to hit this red button and it will turn on. And by presseing these buttons here you can change the channel"

As Kobayashi started to explain how modern technology worked Tohru made sure to listen attentively because a maid as great as herself should know how it all worked!

Tohru's PoV:

"...and that is how the refrigerator works any questions?" 'Yuki is sooo cute when she tries to explain things with a serious expression. Ah! but she is still much cuter when she is all shy.' Tohru stated with a sagely nod.

"Tohru? Are you even listening?" Yuki said while giving me a baffled look. 'That just make's her look even cuter!'

"Yes! I would never even miss a single word of Yuki's!" Which was true as even though she wasn't paying attention it is childs play for a dragon to wander off and still listen attentively.

"Sigh whatever I have to go see you later Tohru" 'Hmm i wonder why Miss Kobayashi has been sighing so much this morning?'

"Ah wait Yuki I made something for you to eat on the way" I stated as I grabbed the special sandwich I made for her earlier that day. Although Kobayashi hadn't explained how everything worked yet(at that point in time)even I knew how to make a sandwich! But Tohru what is so special about that sandwich you ask? Well fufufu~ that is my special secret!

"E-Ehh t-thanks I guess?" For some reason Yuki looked at it suspiciously, but soon she seemed to be as if she was accepting her fate and put it in her bag. I wonder why though?

" Well im off for real this time." as Yuki was stepping out of the door I had a great idea!

"What about my goodbye kiss?" I said with a teasing smile. "K-kiss?" Yuki sputterd 'haha teasing her is so fun.'

"W-Well fine then" 'fufu just as I thought she would be too sh--.' the next thing i knew Yukis hands were pulling me into her and her lips planted themselves onto mine.

"Mmmmmm.." 'E-Eh this isn't how this was supposed to go!' but before I could collect myself Yuki pulled away and gave a smug smile.

"Look who won this time" Yuki said with the smugest smile I have ever seen and a blush spanning from the tip of her ears all the way down to her neck. 'Haha Yuki. I wouldn't count this as a win when your blushing more than me, but I will give it to you this time.'

"Anyway Bye for real this time!!" She said as she left with a happy smile. '*CLICK* With the click of the door it was just me now all alone. Standing at the doorway with a healthy blush.

"Fufu I wonder if any of my acquaintances would even recognize me?" From a chaos sowing Dragon to a love struck maid. Even so I am glad Yuki was the one who found and saved me that day.

Because the longer we stay with each other the more I can't help but fall even deeper in love with her!
