I was picked up again for work this morning at eight, we went back to the same site as on Saturday. It was left yesterday so that I could be shown how to manage the rest of the fallen tree and canopy.

Adam spent most of the morning showing me what to do and where to stack the wood before he headed to a different site. I remained at the first to continue making the area safe and usable.

By three pm when Adam returned, I had a stack of chopped wood as high as my head and three feet wide, all ready for carving, as well as most of the canopy taken apart. We loaded everything into the back of the van and headed back to the workshop.

That is the single most physically hard working day I have ever done in my life but it felt awesome. I ached from head to toe and couldn't wait for a nice long bath but at the same time want to go back and do more.

When I got back, I started the bath running while I inhaled a snack or five. Bath first then dinner was my thinking except I didn't expect to fall asleep in the bath. Nor did I expect to be woken up by Sara after she let herself in when I didn't respond to the front door.

She got the full view of course but was polite enough not to comment at all either way. We still swapped jumpers so it couldn't have been that bad for her.

After I got dry and threw some clothes on I found that she had started cooking dinner already. Again, it was enough to feed a small army and of course we ate all of it. I really could get used to her cooking, she really is very good at it.

That being said I wasn't sure if Sara prefers myself or my games console as straight after dinner we were playing Odyssey again. Not that I'm honestly complaining, the game is awesome and I'm playing with a gorgeous woman.

However, before leaving for the evening she clarified the situation by leaning over and kissing me rather soundly. I can still feel the tingle on my lips. It is entirely possible that I am a little smitten.
