10 Chapter 8 (How to Kill...)

Red is not worn out like others, but he is very easy to deal with. I can easily shut him without any effort, as he is very weak compared to me. I reached near him in an instance and appeared right in front of him, he was not so far from me. "Ffeeewww ffeeewww fee~fe~ffeeewww, ffeeew~ wha~ Hey! you nearly moved the soul out of my body," he screamed as I suddenly appeared in front of him from beneath the earth. "Can't you let me whistle on my favourite Melody, wait~ how did you become so fast?". He is quite rude in his behaviour, it's his natural manners so I can't just ask him to stop it. I was even pissed by him many times' but he is not a lazy ass and does his work without any second question.

I didn't answer his question. Instead, I Said, "Your estimation is correct, Five hundred and fifty werewolf warriors, How did you figure that out?" I asked him as it is impossible for a normal spy to find the exact number of those werewolves' when you can't able to reach inside their fortress due to the 'Defensive Wall'.

"I~ I just simply guessed it! It just happened to match... wait~ How did you know when the war is still not over?" he asked in bewilderment.

"huff... does it matter now? I thought you were quite clever!" I replied to him in disappointment.

"Huh? why are you saying~" He wanted to ask why I am ignoring his questions and saying these things' out of the blue but I didn't let him speak, he is just too annoying. I snapped his neck with a flick of my wrist, he died just like that without making any noise as I always wanted to shut his damn mouth. "you speak so much that your mouth started to disgust' me, I had no choice but to shut your mouth forever!" I sank his dead body under the ground just like with his previous comrade. I did not take anything from him as I already knew, he is just a mocking bird and has nothing valuables' with him. I left the spot and rushed towards his other comrades through the ground, so as to not make any noticeable movement.

"Hey buddies, what about we ask the captain to leave. I don't think we have any further things' to do~"

"Yeah, I'm already very bored, we have done our task."

"ho-hum *yawning* I'm also bored, lets' go ask him~" Three shadows' were talking behind a huge tree, they were resting there after their task got over. They are the other three Subordinates of Hugo. They use 'Shadow Magic' and thus their features are like shadows, so looking into them was making it seems like we are starring at three shadows.

"No need to take trouble for standing on your feet..., your captain is here for your care," I said without appearing as they were about to stand. They got startled and asked, "who?... captain! why are you not showing yourself?".

"Oh! I just don't feel like showing up." I replied and without any further delay, I sink two of them underground with only their heads showing above the surface. I didn't sink the other guy because I was taking it lightly and didn't think one will escape from my clutches. He was vigilant and jumped out from the ground to the tree trunk they were resting in, but his other comrades' were a fool and lazy. But, it's a blunder to think that he is safe from me. He got scared and climbed further on the tree, "What are you doing? are you gone mad? killing your own subordinates, are you betraying us?".

"Yes...!" It is the only thing I said for all his questions, as I appeared on the surface. He was still terrified so he didn't look towards me anymore and climbed on the top of the tree. He has no more choice, what can he do when there is no other tree nearby? He can only go further high. He is trying to escape from me by gliding from the top of the tree, "Aw! you can't escape like that.".

His other subordinates' were still trying to get out from the ground and were trying very hard to scream for help but they can't, I had shut their mouth with soil and dirt. They can't even breathe properly as I shoved the mud deep inside their mouth. As he was about to form a glider, I dashed towards the tree and stopped right beside his grounded comrades. "Trying to escape...," I jumped with the help of one of their head and punched the tree very hard, the punch was very strong coupled with my mana. I can't break that massive tree nonetheless, it wasn't for that.

"creak~ crree..."

The trees' vines started to change in Earth from the point I hit it, and in a few moments, the changing process rushed towards the top of the tree where my Prey is stuck. As his gliding wing formed and he jumped in a hope of escaping, I caught him."See this! He is trying to escape without you guys," I said while removing the mud from their mouth with the movement of my other hand.

"Cough~ cough~ cough..." *Coughing up mud*

He tried very hard to escape from my grasp and after knowing he can't, he started to scream for help but I didn't let him do that. He is about ninety meters' above the ground so I can't let him scream as it will possibly attract others' attention. The forest is dense but it is not so dense after thirty meters' so a panicked scream can be heard from very afar. I swung him in the air to play with him and scare those grounded inside the earth. "Hey, do you also wanna try it," I asked them but there was no answer. I turned around... "Bhahaha~ha...," only to laugh at his pathetic face.

He is completely petrified not because of me, his comrades' neck was partially broken and the head was leaned backward. A large opening of his neck can be seen, from where a stream of blood was flowing outward soaking the soil around him. The blood of his comrade had flowed so much that it has drenched the side of his both cheeks. It was caused by me, I accidentally stepped too hard on him that his spine broke like a chickens' neck. "Alas! He didn't survive to see the fun..., but you are still here alive!" he didn't reply as he wasn't in a state to even look towards me.

"Common cheer me up, I will show you 'How to kill in a most thrilling way?'," I said to wake him up out of his trance, as it is becoming very boring like this. He finally looked towards me with all his courage and cried, "You are a monster! how can you kill your own man? Why are you doing this to me? I didn't do any wrongdoings' to you..., sniff~ cough... cough~ sniff...". *crying*

"Aw... it's not like I'm doing this to only you, besides it's your fault that you're in my way." I replied to clear out his misunderstandings' as it's not like I personally hate him, rather I liked him among all those insolent fools. He is obedient and doesn't hide anything from me besides his background, well I already know about him even if he never told me.

"sniff..., will you let me go~ cough... cough~ if I won't reveal your homicide to the royal court! please... I'm begging you for my life, sniff~" I can't understand if he is trying to gain sympathy or wants' me to show mercy on him.

"oof... you're still ignorant, it's not going to remain as just a matter of homicide, it's going to be a Carnage!" I said to clear out his one more misconception. "and... Begging won't help much for you. You gotta show me your value in keeping you alive! cause I can get away with this without your help."
