8 chapter seven : a twist

We walked back to Hanna and Andrew ,

" have you guys had anything to drink ? No offence but I don't want to be walking with not only one but two thirsty vampire's ", Hanna said with a smirk ,

I couldn't help but laugh ,it was funny well at least I found it funny ,

" I'll put one in my pocket for later ,nothing can spoil in this weather ", I said as I took out a blood bag and slid it into my jacket pocket ,

" as long as that's all you drink then we should be fine ", Hanna smirked at me and it sent a gush of electricity throughout my body

' what the hell is that ' I thought

' she's just trying to be friendly Jen , stop being so up tight ,yes I know its a change but she's just trying to be nice ,try not to snap at her when all she's trying to do is lighten up the mood "I heard Neil's thoughts ,I looked over to find Hanna frightened ,bloody and shakey,

" hey hey ,its alright your going to be alright ,where hurts try point towards it ", I asked her while trying to stop her before she hurt herself ,

" ma-ma-my side-de ", Hanna's voice was small and soft with her Stutter's ,I lifted her top just a little bit and found what it was ,she had been shot with a silver bullet ,it wasn't that deep  I could just see it poking out but it was burning her ,

" this is going to hurt but I'll do my best not to hurt you ," I wasn't waiting for a response ,

kneeling down beside her ,I pinched the top of where the bullet was sticking out ,she started to scream and growl in pain, I felt bad for her ,

it wasn't getting loose not even a little loose ,I'm a vampire ,im super strong  and  yet the thought of hurting her naked me weaker then a warm

"almost there just a little more it'll be okay ", I tired to reassure her but it wasn't moving as fast as I hoped It could  ,

"what's going on here ", an elderly woman's voice appeared ,I was startled a bit but I figured why not just answer her ,

" my friend got shot ,I'm tiring to get it out ", I said as tears started to roll down my face ,

" this is the first time I've seen and heard of a vampire being friends with a werewolf,let alone trying to save the other ,move along dear let me try ", the elder woman said as she kneeled opposite me and started chanting something,

the elder woman's hands and eyes started to glow as she chanted louder and louder ,I sat down to try and believe what I was seeing the bullet started to rise up from out of Hanna's wound ,

" how did you?!?! ,who are you?!?", I couldn't even form my own questions ,

" look I don't think we have enough time the silver has gotten inside her blood ,so we can sit her playing twenty question or we can save your friend now pick her up and follow me ", the elder woman said ushering for me to follow so I did ,

she led me to a tiny gap between some vine's , when we came out the other end, it looked so small but as we got closer all three of us started to shrink , I looked down at Hanna and gasped ,she looked like a tiny pixie ,

" I did that so that no one would get suspicious ", the elder woman said with a different voice, I looked up and was completely taken off guard ,

" what the ", I got cut off

,"shhh that was my appearance for that world ", she said ,I on the other hand stayed quite so much has happened that I chose to shut up and follow her ,she lead me to a small hut but as they say

*things don't always appear as they seem* ,

"put her down on the bed, I'll be right over here you rest ", she spoke softly ,

"okay but first can I ask you for your name ?", I asked while taking my seat,

" I'm Norma and I'm Norma-lly im a pixie, you are ?", she said as she finished what she was doing ,she walked over to Hanna cleaned all the dry blood up and started putting something in her bullet would that made her drawl ,I stood up immediately,

" what are you doing?", I asked as I hurried to Hanna's side ,

"relax ,its only sore because its drawing the silver out ,see those tiny Speck's that look like glitter ,that's the silver coming out ,she'll be alright she just needs rest now ", Norma said softly ,

" how did you learn all this ?", I asked curiously ,

" my grandad is a healing pixie and so am I tho I'm also an engineer and scientist ,I'm the only pixie here that has three talents, I think that's because he taught me all about healing ,the other two I got from my parents", Norma said,

" oh wow ,okay that's cool, all I have is speed and the ability to drain someone dry which obviously isnt as cool as what you have ,any way ,thank you, I'm Jennifer and that's Hanna", I said as I took a seat ,

" nice to meet you ,wish circumstances where different ,there's a hut  near the entrance you and your friend would be safe there ,it's boarded up so no sun should get in ,I'll just bandage her up give her something to ease the pain then you can carry her there",Norma said with a smile ,

" again thank you", I said my thanks as she started bandaging Hanna ,

" it's no problem, alright looks like your all done ,here make her drink this it'll reduce the pain and flush out any remaining silver ,let's get you two settled shall we, as the suns gonna be out any time now", Norma said as she handed me the little bottle ,

I placed it carefully in my pocket then I picked up Hanna bridal style and followed Norma to the hut
