39 Charlotte Amande

I just smile as I sit next to the quiet and nearly always expressionless girl that is Charlotte Amande, currently she was standing about 4'9" in height for a half snake necked human girl, where as I'm about 5'7" in height now and I won't get any taller since this is as tall as I got in both my previous lives as well.

"Amande you need to interact with people more, it's not good to be off by yourself all the time." Though I feel a bit like a hypocrite saying that as in my past life until I met my previous wife I was a loner myself, but I have changed since then and I know this isn't good for her.

"I'm…. Okay, I like reading on my own…." She said as she looks back down at her book.

I just shake my head as I sit next to her, "You going to become the cool beauty when your older or something?"

"Cool…. Beauty?"

"It's a woman who's quiet and comes off cold to everyone she doesn't know but to her family a friends she shows her true side that she cares about them." I explain to her.

"…. Am I…. Like that?" She looks at me questioningly.

"Well you like to be alone, and usually give most people you don't care about the cold shoulder, plus your cute now I wouldn't be surprised when your older you be the envy of women everywhere." I say giving my honest opinion on how she looked now and how she will look in the future.

If you mix Komi from Komi Can't Communicate and Esdeth from Akame Ga Kill with out the ice abilities you would get future Amande, a cold and quiet beauty who would kill you in a heartbeat and enjoy every second of it without speaking to much, that's the best I can describe her personality after all.

*Maybe I should go to those worlds sometime in the future, oh and Saiki's world as well it seems funny to go there plus I want to see how good coffee jelly really is if he loves it so much.* I think to myself

While I was thinking that there was a slight blush on her cheeks before she looked back down at her books from hearing me compliment her like that, but she was really happy to hear that from me.

As far back as she can remember since she was little she has seen this big brother of hers that helps Mama before we get a new family members, one of the only people outside her family she calls a friend, because of personality she doesn't really have anyone to play with and she enjoys the few times a year she can see him.

"Oh right! I wasn't here for your birthday Amande, here I got you gifts, happy late birthday." I said with a smile as I placed one gift on her head and the other in her hand.

The first gift was a floppy sun hat that seemed to fit her perfectly with her image and the other was a excellent grade wakizashi that was good for her size for now that is, though it will be to small for her when she gets a bit older, in a year or two she will definitely be taller than me and when she's an adult she will be around 10ft from what I remember from the anime.

(A/N there's no cannon height for her, but people on Reddit did some calculations and based upon what they can tell she's about 10-11ft tall when she's all grown up.)

"The hat because I thought you look better with a hat like this on, and the wakizashi because I know you started to take a interest in swords and wanted to learn, so I decided that I'll come here from time to time to help you learn how to fight with a sword, and when your a bit taller I'll get you a real Katana." I said with a smile

She tilted her head down as she looked at her new blade as she used the new hat of hers to hide the blush showing on her face.

"Thank you…. Very much…." She said quietly but I could still hear her well enough, I just smiled, but she put her book to the side before pulling out her blade.

"I'd…. Like to learn now…." She said as she decided to ready herself taking up a fighting stance with her sword, but seeing her stance I shook my head.

"Will start with the basics before we do any sparing, wouldn't want you to drop your blade from one hit will we?" I say with a smirk seeing her stance, grip and a few other things off, sword mastery takes time I had my life as Mandricardo as a boost to my current life skills, not including the time as John since I had no recollection of my past lives till my current one at least.

She nodded rather enthusiastically at the thought of my training, and soon enough it would become routine of mine to come see her and help her train.

I will admit she is one of my favorite of LinLin's children (if you can't already tell) so I enjoyed the time I could spend with her as it was quiet and relaxing compared to all the bloodshed I go through while with the Rocks, but soon enough everything will come to a head.

The Legend Gol D. Roger was already making through Paradise side of the Grand Line, and in 6 months to a year he will enter the new World, and in a year or two the Rocks Pirates will fall.

God Valley is upon us, soon enough my time as a member of the Rocks pirates will be over, do I want to change history and stop our crew from falling?

No, I rather it be destroyed as I can spread my wings and fly, and soon enough the world will fear the creation of the 4 pirate Emperors, me being the youngest obviously, and later Shanks being the 5th.

But in the mean time I'll do whatever the hell I want, and come back to Whole Cake Island and help her to learn in the way of the blade, although due to me teaching her I may have unlocked her sadistic side much earlier in her life than in cannon.

She did ask how I can come back, and the easiest way to explain is magic, which she didn't believe at first, but while in a world I'm currently in I have a way to place markers on places I want to return to quickly, and putting one on her favorite tree and with a snap of my fingers I disappear and reappear right in front of her, it wasn't to hard to convince her after seeing it about my skill in 'magic' to make me come here whenever I want.

And with her believing it our training continued for a long time, though it wasn't surprising that LinLin noticed our interactions and only just grinned looking forward to the future.
