Hi my name is jess and I'm from Australia, before I start this story of mine I'd like to share that if anything this is showing experiences that could be similar to someone else's ig could potentially be a bit triggering as I share my experiences with depression and anxiety and how even after seven years I still struggle but I don't ask for sympathy or empathy. Only that when reading this you keep your mind and eyes open to how you could help others around you who might be going through similar things.
