14 URIA FINALLY TALKS ABOUT OSA

Ure was still fast asleep when Uria came knocking on her door.

Uria why are you up so early? big sis Ure what do you mean early the sun is already up and so we must be up too and besides I can't wait to see what new tricks you have in store for me today. Ure opened her window and saw that the sun was really up so she stepped out of bed got dressed and decided to go practice with Uria outside.

it was a weekend so she didn't have to do any field works. when they got to the practicing space Uria was so happy because she saw some new equipments that was added to the training area. Ure was as surprised too but she tried not to let it show on her face because she didn't want Uria to get all curious on her now.

they practiced till the sun was almost out and when they were exhausted Ure decided to go in and get some refreshments, while they were eating Uria spoke up and asked big sis Ure have you ever felt like doing something good but just because you are scared for your safety you keep your mouth shut. Ure was surprised at Uria's question but she knew where Uria was heading with the discussion so she replied in a very sensible manner.

Uria I know sometimes doing the right thing can be very risky but you just have to stand for what is right always OK. so Uria what is this thing that you are so scared of, you can tell me you know I would never allow anyone hurt you. Uria knew that Ure was telling the truth about protecting her always and that gave her the confidence to speak up.

big sis Ure the truth is that Osa is my elder brother and 4 years ago our father died and our father was the clan chief and after his death my big brother Osa was supposed to take over the clan ruling and become the next clan chief but Ose had something planned out for Osa.

before my father died he was always weak and nobody knew why or what exactly was wrong with him, we consulted many healers from different clans but none was able to help him until his death, but the truth is that my father didn't die a natural death it was thanks to Ose because he kept poisoning our father almost everyday I had no idea because I thought he loved daddy. he would always bring our father a cup of herbal tea every morning and evening claiming it was good for his health unknown to everyone that he was poisoning father.

one day I saw him put something inside the tea as usual but this time he put in way too much and Erin started complaining that, that much quantity can kill father and his reply Ose's reply was who cared. and that was when they caught me watching them because I was so shocked I knocked over a vase where I was hiding and Ose walked up to me and threatened me that if I ever say a word he would make sure I join my father in the after life.

Ure was so surprised that someone like Ose who is the clans favourite can actually do something like that. Ure asked Uria what has been bugging her all along since Uria started talking. but Uria I thought Ose was your brother? Uria looked at Ure with tears running down her eyes and replied he is but not our father or mothers child, my father found him in the battle field when they went to war with the Uromis, he was crying beside a dead woman so my father decided to save the child and that was how daddy brought Ose home and we accommodated like he was our own. Ure was bewildered and asked so Uria why does Osa live deep in the fields, Uria looked at her sadly and replied because Ose claimed that Osa couldn't wait to take over the throne any longer so he had the chief killed so that he can be the next chief and because Osa has always been an hotheaded person the elders believed Ose and he had Etin as backup. Ure was so angry that she began to shake so Uria who is this Etin? Uria replied her sobbing well Etin has always been my fathers personal guard and he is also the head of all the guards on watch duty.

I see Ure thought what sort of a demon would kill a father who adopted and saved his life and blame it on the mans biological son.

she was still lost in her thought when Uria stood up and bade her good night because it was already very late, when Uria saw that Ure wasn't saying anything instead she was fixated on a particular place Uria tapped her and Ure finally looked at the beautiful Uria standing in front of her and the only thing she wanted from now on was to protect Uria no matter what.
