2 2. The Elf Bounty Hunter

I am running on my way out of the mansion. I was at the basement area so it's a long way out. I feel like I'm really fast though. Well, I did add a lot of points on my Agility for Azalea.

Wait, is this even like how it is in the game? Let me try something out.

"Status Window" I commanded.

A seemingly augmented status window popped up on my face. I tried touching it but it just went through like it's not there. This is just really like what it was in the game.

Slayer Class? What's that? That's new.

A new window popped up.

The information goes on but that's the gist of it. It must be after slaying the Great Demon Kreutzel.

I was already out but if I run to the city from this mountain, it would take me at least two hours, even with Azalea's speed.

If this is really the same as the game, then maybe I can summon my mount.

"Summon Mount: Griffin" I commanded.

The Legendary Tier mount Griffin is my second best Mount. It's the fastest too. Usually it will just pop up in front of me but this time, it is somehow different. I heard the sound of Griffin. It is similar to the sound of an eagle but louder and has more presence. It came from the inside of the house. A blur flew past through me and wind came rushing after. The Griffin then appeared in front of me. Now that is a better entrance than it was in game.

Players will be able to get a Griffin through a special hidden quest. With a minimum level requirement of level 900, the difficulty of getting one is known. I even managed to get this mount at level 950, which also was a struggle. The hardest part of the quest is what is usually a co-op quest must be ventured solo.

I hopped unto the Griffon and it flew up. It can take three hours to travel what is supposed to be travelled in three days using the fastest horse, which makes it take seconds to reach what is supposed to be two hours.

Upon reaching the city, the elf was still on rampage. People were hiding, driven with fear. A lot were injured, a few dead. The place was a mess.

"Halt. What do you think you are doing on my planet, elf?" I asked as I landed on the city. I looked around and saw the confused looks from the people hiding. Even the policemen hiding behind their cars and aiming at the elf looked confused.

The people around began whispering.

"What is that? Is that a Griffin?"

"That clearly is a Griffin. Do these creatures really exist?"

"There is an elf on rampage and killed a few of our citizens, and you are asking whether that Griffin is real?"

"Yeah you are right, that was dumb of me. Who is that riding the Griffin?"

"Is she a cosplayer? That costume looks well made. It almost look like on of those in game."

"Stupid. That is real. The elf, the griffon, hello?"

"..."

"Wait, that's Azalea!"

"Azalea? What do you mean Azalea?"

"You don't know Azalea? She is the top 1 Swordsman in game. She is a solo player, unaffiliated with a Guild. She belongs to a party though, which also consists of top rankers."

"She even made an achievement just earlier today, solo raiding that great demon."

"Oh, that Azalea? How come she's here?"

"Shhhh. Quiet. The elf might hear you."

"Who are you? Don't stand in my way if you don't want to get hurt!" the elf bickered.

"You are the one trespassing my planet. You are the one that will get hurt if you don't leave right now, Haldir." I said confidently. I'm confident because I peeked at his status.

"You know of me? Then you must know that I'm not one to be trifled with! Take this!" He stretched his bow and aimed at me. He chanted an elven spell at released the bow.

"This level of skill is child play." I smirked. I don't even need to evade this one. I drew my sword and readied my stance.

"Eastern Blue Dragon's Breath of Consciousness." This skill is a sword skill that releases a sword energy similar to that of the Eastern Blue Dragon's Breath. There's a lot of variants on the breath, and this only induces an energy that will make the target sleep. This skill is most effective against low leveled targets.

The elf tried to escape but a sword energy directed at a target is not something you can escape. He got caught up with the sword energy and fell down.

The whole city was silent, only the sirens of the police cars on stand by was heard. A few seconds later, a loud round of applause erupted.

I smiled for a second and went over to Haldir's body. I carried him and mounted him to my Griffon and left the city.
